Got delivery from Rosati's today, and was very pleased. The delivery was on time, and the pizza was nice and warm. I got double dough which I highly recommend. It's the perfect compromise between thick crust and thin crust. It's got a nice soft warm chew with out overpowering the toppings. The sauce is nice and mild. The pizza is not greasy at all, and they top it with just the right amount of cheese. There is a nice variety of toppings to choose from. I went with green peppers, black olives, onion, mushroom, and garlic. The veggies were a nice size and plentiful. The pizza was delicious, and I have left overs. They have an assortment of other options to if you aren't in the mood for pizza. I think for what they offer it's a very good value. I highly recommend it.

Where do I start?! ROSATIS WESTMONT hands down has the best pizza!! It's always piping hot when my family and I order it for delivery. We picked up our deep dish sausage pizza and the nice man in side brought it to our car. Just amazing customer service. The pizza is always a hit. I didn't get a chance to go in to see how the ambiance was but it's snuggled inside a strip mall in Westmont near RT 83 off Ogden Ave. Don't drive too fast because you may miss it. But be sure to double back and grab a fresh slice of pizza. We ordered this one with extra sauce and the sauce was saucing! Super flavorful, herbaceous and garlicky. The tomatoes taste so fresh yet a sweet kick to it as well. The sausages were super flavorful and the cheese pull was by far the best. This will be a staple in our household.

Is this the kind of quality you guys are proud of? What an absolute waste of money, I could have got a better pizza for a cheaper price at little ceasars. The cheese from half the pizza was sloughed to the side of the box with a bunch of sauce just sitting in the corner. This is my best attempt to put the cheese back on the pizza. I've never ordered here before but I can't see myself ordering here again. I mean seriously, this is ridiculous.

This was the only place open when I came into town from California. Pizza was great food was delivered on time and hot and the salad was huge

No sauce AT ALL. even if you didn't wanna give the extra sauce like I requested at least give me sauce

Location and hours are convenient The take out personnel picks up like he's sitting in his basement and doesn't want to be bothered. ALSO ORDERS ARE POORLY TAKEN( 3rd time I've ordered and asked for extra sauce) the pizza is always just cheese and crust. I also requested half cheese and half pepperoni but it seemed like the pepperoni was scattered throughout the whole pizza. THEY HAVE POTENTIAL!!!

16 inch supreme

Very disappointing on ingredients.. Seems like your paying for the dough with no sauce no cheese no meats... Very sad night

We recommended this restaurant to our son and his wife, who incidentally live in Westmont but had never gone to this restaurant, and they too were very much impressed. Will definitely be back. The only negative is that the parking in the area was a little confusing.

We sat in the far back room, which felt like an overflow room. I wished we sat in the first dining room. (Note to self for next time ) We brought a couple bottles of wine from home. Corkage fee was $25 a bottle. I learned that this restaurant has a dual license so not only can you enjoy their large selection of wine while dining, but they sell their wine for 50% off of the wine list price to take home. Carol, our server, was personable and took good care of us. Our party of five shared two starters, the antipasto and the carpaccio. I was surprised that the carpaccio, although fresh and tasty, did not come with any grilled bread. I always order carpaccio at restaurants and it usually comes with crostini or grilled bread to put the thinly sliced beef on. I think that would be a nice addition to this starter. Taurasi makes homemade pasta so the five of us all had pasta dishes. My husband had Rigatoni Ragu Napoletano with an addition of a side of two meatballs. I had Ricotta Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Both very good housemade pasta dishes. The side of meatballs were served with no sauce. I thought that was quite unusual. My husband and I split the meatballs so I asked our server to bring some sauce for the meatballs. The meatballs were full of flavor, soft and moist. It reminded me of my dad's meatballs. My friend who doesn't eat meat took a bite and asked for a second one. That says a lot about the taste of the meatballs. Sergio checked on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying our experience and then introduced us to the owner/chef Raffaele at the end of our meal. Raffaele is the one who curates the wine selection. He is a sommelier as well as the chef.. While talking to Raffaele, I asked about the pasta my husband and I learned to make on our trip to Tuscany last fall called pici, and he said he would make it for me even though it's not on the menu. Well, you know I'll be coming back to his restaurant again. Taurasi also hosts special wine events/ tastings and also has live music on occasion in the bar area. Outside of the minor glitches I had with where we were seated, the lack of grilled bread with the carpaccio and the sauceless meatballs, I would recommend this restaurant. The pasta is delicious and the service is good.

There is no way this gentleman did not communicate this properly. He understood the issue and although shy and differential communicated well. He came back telling me that someone would take care of me. I floated, standing up for a bit, then sitting down in an overt place for 15 min. A server came out to quickly wisk me away when they noticed that I was expecting to be served. This means two things. They disregarded the busboy and did not give him a actionable response because of his nature or ethnicity. And secondly they established mistrust between me and the front of the house. I don't care about your dog policy by the curb. That is your discretion as a business. Please don't respond pretending that is the issue I am upset at the disrespect shown by the front of the house ignoring your staff, and my discretion and civility being ignored. The tomato sauce was flavorful, and the shaved Parmesan and arugula complemented the dish beautifully. Unfortunately, the arancini themselves were disappointing, as the coating was much too thick compared to the small amount of rice filling inside. For our entrées, my husband ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The chicken was unfortunately very dry and overly salted. I chose the pappardelle with short rib ragù. The fresh pasta was excellent--perfectly made with a wonderful texture--but the ragù was also overly salted, which overshadowed what could have been a great dish. One of the highlights of our evening was the service. Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout our meal. The hostess, who may have been the owner, also stopped by our table to check on us, which we appreciated. Overall, this certainly wasn't the worst Italian restaurant we've visited, and there were several things we enjoyed. However, the entrées ultimately fell short of our expectations, especially for a special dinner.

The restaurant itself was nice with a ton of tables... and not too jam packed. Has a definite Italian feel. I called the restaurant and Ashley the manager personally drove a new salad and an extra side of beets to us. If that doesn't merit a good yelp review, I don't know what does! Also the food is tasty!

I didn't really want to go there. It was a dreary glum cloudy summer afternoon, and the sight of…read morethe restaurant sitting there on the corner, the color palette of the interior against the somber sky, and the type font of the sign's logo... all conspired to force a recollection of some event in my past life that brought me pause. But my Bride said: "c'mon! It's really good!". So I relented. Greeted at the door by a trifecta of Blonde Gorgeousness, my mindset relented just a bit. We were seated immediately. The venue, like just about EVERY restaurant nowadays, was fitted entirely with hard surfaces, and thus was inordinately loud, as if it had been specifically-engineered to make the guests uncomfortable, and increase the turnover rate at the tables. Not assisting this - everyone we spoke with (employees) did not project their voices AT ALL, causing quite a few "please repeat that's?" and so forth. And I continued that with my wife, sitting across from me at the table - most of the time, I simply could not hear her. I will (and *DO, OFTEN!*) happily report overly loud venues to the correct Authorities. I pulled out my dBm meter and checked - they were within bounds. Gia Mia is loud, but not unlawfully. The music was on, but never called itself to attention by being too loud. Kudos there! The menu was well-varied, and took a bit of study: many of the items involved cream sauces. I'm allergic to cream and similar foods. Kudos to the head chef - they identified each item for me on the menu, and saved me a good deal of interrogation (or worse results after the meal). I'm not a Restaurant Critic, except when complimenting of exorcizing venues on Yelp ("for the Greater Good") - but their menu seemed nicely varied. Pleasant to see! In the end, my Bride and I appetized with the Calamari Fritti (versus Griglia, which I prefer). So, I was a bit bummed when it arrived, breaded and fried. But, no worries! Chef knows his game - for Fried Calamari, this must rank as the BEST I've ever had. The breading texture, seasoning, crunch, and - ah, "enjoyability" were simply sublime. Just the RIGHT touch of salt, no ostentation here. Perfect! We also split some meatballs, veal, which were magnificent. My Bride ordered a pasta dish, which looked wonderful (and she advised that it WAS), as I debated the menu yet again. This being my first visit to Gia Mia, I decided to take a chance, and ordered the Bruno pizza. Now, I'm a native of Washington DC. Growing up, I had always heard that "for good Pizza, you have to go to Chicagoland!". There was a venue in DC, the kind with the Mob Room in back, that I frequented for years, whose "Cosa Nostra" Pizza was the BEST. Not on the menu; you had to know to ask for it. Life brought me to Chicagoland in 2014, and for the past 11 years, I've been diligently seeking that "really, REALLY good Pizza". I hadn't found it. I'm not a fan of deep dish, either. Then, in front of me landed "the Bruno". Now HERE's a Pizza that met the mark. Simply the FINEST Pizza I've had since 2014. Thin crust, crispy, hot, with EXACTLY the right proportions of each component. Eating it is tricky: without the usual "too much tomato paste that turns adhesive during cooking, glueing all the components into a single, flavorless mass", the components of the Bruno are different: they WILL fly off the Pizza as you eat it. By the same logic, each flavor stands out on the palette as a separate taste and texture, gloriously melded by Chef into a unified experience. "This," quipped I, "is a really, REALLY good Pizza!" Again -I'm not a food critic. I DO have high standards: I'm older and have earned the right to be crochety. But I despise writing bad reviews, and gladly write-off "single episode bad experiences", because EVERYONE is working to feed their families, and are entitled to having a bad day. We're all in this life together. On the flip side though - when a restaurant and their Staff come through with a really unique and pleasant experience, I feel I owe it to them to let the world know. With Gia Mia, I have happy occasion to write a nice review. You have been thus advised! Summing up: their prices were fair, portions excellent, service excellent (but need to learn to project their voices), food excellent and deserving of Award. The dining environment so-so: way too loud. A good place to go if you want to be alone, with nobody talking to you. I'd weigh them as Six Stars for the magnificent Pizza, withholding one for the noise, so Five Stars here. The triad of Blonde Gorgeousness was no longer available for viewing as we left, close to Closing Time. We emerged back into the drear night, well fed. Thanks!

I had a bite, and the cream sauce in that was absolutely delicious. I went out on a limb and ordered something I normally wouldn't, and got the Truffle Fondue Cappellacci. Upon bringing it to the attention of our server and a manager, we were told pizzas were cut to save time, the server seemed to be aware that the once pizza was not hot saying this is the one that was not hot right, and minimal response was given to the issues. Meanwhile, it had been over 20 mins for a person in our party to get a 2nd drink. There were limited bus staff clearing the tables of previously use utensils and dishes. We did not get birthday desserts until after the check was given to us, more than half of experience was dealing with service and food issues, and the check was not reduced comparative to our issues.
