I order online for pick up, I chose to try a local vs a chain and went with Rosati's. Definitely not worth the money spent. The pizza looked good however after a bite I found the dough wasn't cooked all the way through and was doughy. I also chose the bread sticks as they looked good and made in store. What I received were frozen breadsticks warmed in the oven, they were dry with no flavor (Olive Garden breadsticks would have been better). The only partly good item was half of the garlic cheese bread, half was good and half was burned. For $38 or so I would have been better off with Jets Pizza or similar. A 14 inch pizza with two toppings and a garlic bread was over $30! The garlic bread was so burnt, I took one bite and I couldn't even chew it. I had to throw it out. The pizza was OK not worth the price but here's the kicker. Remember those coupons on the side of the box where if you save 12 you get 50% off of pizza???? Well they took those away. Remember when they had a special ordered every Monday It was a 16 inch with one topping and a 1 L of soda for $16 out the door now you can't even get the pizza for $16. I've come here three times. I'm not from the area and everytime I've stopped by i had in mind to order an Italian Beef. The first both times I surprised to see pizza slices. They stop making and I guess selling after 3pm which makes sense. Both times I got two slices with multiple toppings and a can of coke for about $6-8. Thats some early 2000s pricing. False Advertising/Won't honor coupons: I got a coupon in the mail for the Monday Night Special - an XL 1 topping pizza and an appetizer for $24.99. Called in to place the order and was told that special is no longer available and ordered me the pizza and a 6 pack of soda. Was very disappointed as I was looking forward to an appetizer. This is the second time this Rosati's has told me they will not honor a coupon. The first time I gave it a pass because I knew that coupon had been sitting in a drawer for a while, but this time I just received the coupon that day. Also, I confirmed that the coupon is still up on the internet! They're advertising something that's not available and making no effort to correct it. When I asked about it at the counter I was told that the special changed when pricing changed. When I asked when that happened I was told "uhh, May?" May? As in 5 months ago? I also found their website will allow you to place an order but it won't actually result in you getting any food. Customer service and pizza is still awesome but, we're very disappointed with the recent change of quality in the wings. This is a not a dine in restaurant, but that's fine. We are new to the area and got a coupon for a free large pizza with one topping- um, THANK YOU!! That's definitely the way to win me over. We decided the Super Bowl was a good chance to use it and ordered a large thin crust with pepperoni. They quoted us a 20 minute wait time, and it was hot and ready to go when we arrived. The pizza is a true large, which was more than my hubby and I needed, but extra pizza is never a problem. We both enjoyed the crunchy thin crust. I found the sauce a little acidic, which competed with the pepperoni flavor. The cheese was ok in flavor. The sauce really overpowered everything though, in my opinion. The pizza was fine, but not incredible. I would consider coming back, but would like to try other local options first. read more

I've been eating pizza from the Rosati's in Wheaton on Butterfield Road since I was a child and no other Rosati's in the United States has as good of quality food and consistency that the Wheaton location has. I work in many different places where they order Rosati's and when we receive the food it's like they don't have a clue what they're supposed to be providing. Honestly after I saw the frozen pizza they recently were selling in Jewel I think corporate has lost their minds. Consistency is key you should model your franchises off of Wheaton production. Honestly in my opinion you have dropped the ball on consistency and quality. I order from these guys a LOT, so I was disappointed when they sent me the wrong pizza. When I called, they were nice and offered to either send the correct pizza or give me a free pizza the next time I order. I didn't want to waste the pizza, so I took it even though it wasn't what I liked. I ordered the replacement today and was told that they would only give me a discount.
