We moved here a year ago and tried a bunch of pizza joints. This Rosati's ended up on top. The pizza is really good and the folks there are always very nice and professional. We ended up having them cater our housewarming party and it was great. We actually had multiple people ask us who catered so they could use them in the future. I used this location to cater a party. Unfortunately I had hungry guests. We ordered the budget buster consisting of fried chicken, mostaccioli, beef, salad and garlic bread. The beef and salad were the only items edible. My biggest complaint is I paid for Rosati's to provide stands, trays and sternos to keep our food warm. When they delivered and set up, I asked if he needed any water for the pans. He said everything was taken care of and not to worry. He lit the sternos and continued to set up the food. Within 5 minutes of him leaving, the smell of burnt food reeked through my house. The bottom layer of chicken was black. The chicken was overdone to begin with. In speaking with the store, this is my fault. I cannot recommend this location for any catering services. Their catering needs help. read more

The pizza tastes ok but the service is horrible. 1. The cheese they use must be the cheapest known to man it is so oily and greasy and it never melts it just stays in the shredded form. 2. This location has coupons but they only accept some of them if you get the one on their menu it is 10-15% and their website has 15-20% if bring in the higher value 15-20% they will not honor their coupon on their own website...kind of dishonest. 3. When I was waiting to pick up my pizza they guy was on the phone and the person had questions that the order taker must have thought were stupid or ridiculous because he kept on rolling his eyes...nice customer service. 4. Don't order any of the apps they are over cooked to the point where they are burned They make everything on the cheap and up-charge you for everything This time will be the last time I ever order from this establishment...save your time and money there are much better places to order pizza from. read more

If you want to get a pizza that looks like it was me by a four year old this is the place to go. My order included a jumbo pizza half Hawaiian half monster with no bacon or black olives; the rest of the order was just regular menu items; difficult order?! I don't think so. Well my pizza was full of bacon and I couldn't tell where the one half started or ended!! When I called to complain the rep was more argumentative than helpful. I totally dislike places that don't appreciate customers, I spent over $100 on this order and certainly didn't get what I was expecting. There are cheaper places with better service!! Picked up order last night. Counter help were not wearing masks and acted as though it wasn't required. Someone came out from back kitchen with a mask pulled down so don't know if they were actually wearing one while making the pizza. Masks are not an option in food service. My family ordered pizzas and apps yesterday, with added toppings for $2.50 each as advertised on the website as well as a paper brochure. When we went to pickup the pizzas, they switched the prices saying the toppings were $4 each now, all of a sudden and the total was a lot more money than it should have been. We called to talk about it over the phone and speak with a manager and the person was very rude. Be careful when ordering from here and check the prices over the phone to confirm. The pizza is decent but however, the menu is very large and it is supposed to be an Italian resturant. The items on the menu are random foods that arent italian such as: burgers, wings, coleslaw etc. The prices are very high and they find any way possible to rip you off. The company is poorly managed and the manager/owner aren't very friendly. Whenever I call in to order or pick up food, I always hear yelling and swearing in the background and Ive even seen the managers be mean to the people that work behind the counter. Terrible service. Staff is outright rude. Punk 17 yr old working the counter is probably the last person who should interact with the general public. Definitely go here if you're looking for a "last straw" reason to end it all, or if you're having too good of a day and need something bad to happen to level you out. Terrible performance... ordered a deep dish pizza for 32 dollars and was disgraceful performance and appearance of the pizza. Called in to let them know and said we were screaming at them being rude when it was not true. Manager called back and said he will send us a new one and we were thankful. Sadly made us wait 1 hour +, and apart of that the pizza was even worse than the first. Cheese was all over the box and only a little on the pizza and when we opened the box it was disgraceful and melting out of the box. Not acceptable for someone paying 32 bucks for a pizza and for a family that had to wait more than 2 hours just to eat. read more

Bad. Ordered a $150+ order for catering for a party at my house. Delivery driver was late and very visibly high. I was overcharged and I promptly called the shop to get money back. I have only tried the pizza and mozzarella sticks. If you are feeling pizza and you don't want to spend $20 at Gino's East or Giordanos then this is your cheap pizza fix. It is a takeout and deliver joint. The slices are mediocre. They are huge and go for $3/slice. Cheap but not that great. If you get the thin crust, now that is pizza worth eating. Order from here all the time. Last time I ordered pizzas and a Caesar salad but got Italian oil and vinegar. I called and was told I would be credited next order. So tonight I order an xl pizza and caesar no croutons. I get a Caesar salad loaded with croutons and oil and vinegar dressing which I'm allergic to so again I call and said I actually should of had a credit from the last order as well. Manager was extremely rude and claims I never said no croutons and their Caesar dressing is oil and vinegar and next time I should order a different dressing. Hat company coming over for 6 pm so I went ahead and ordered pizza from Rosatis on 550 N. Kirk Rd in St. Charles I'll. At 4 pm to be delivered for 6 pm. Comes 6 pm and no delivery yet, so 10 minutes after 6 I called to find out where is the pizza and they tell me it is on the way to you and will be there in a minute, so I waited till 6:30 pm and called the restaurant again and he put me on hold for like 5 minutes just to come and tell me that the pizza is being made right now and will be on the way to you in 20 minutes about one mile from the from the store, so half hour later finally shows up, where my people had to heat the desert first and then the pizza A total failure due to a very poor management. The beer nuggets were seriously so horribly made that i just threw them out. The Italian beef was like a subway sandwich after you drive over it, And poor some juice on it. This place used to be a solid 'good' but has really lost its luster lately and tonight was my last order from Rosati's, specifically the one on Randall Road in Saint Charles. We typically ordered about every other week from this location. This place had a lot going for them especially when everyone in the family wants something different, they have a huge menu plus they have great coupons. And, the food was pretty good. Tonight's order started the same as it always does, pizza, breadsticks, and some other stuff but changed when I heard someone leaving a message on the answering machine. I played it back and got some half-discernible message from the delivery guy saying that he was in Campton trying to find my street. Did I say that we ordered from this place - a lot! I called the store and could hear someone giving directions. No problem so far, about 10 minutes later the food arrived. The delivery guy was nice enough and we have all had a bad day on the job but I had some grouchy and hungry kids to feed. Before I go any further, this one is not all on the delivery guy, any modern restaurant that can call up your address based on caller ID should be able to properly train their delivery people and provide them maps, and/or GPS tools. Right? Anyhow, the food was just plain bad. The cheese had slid off the pizza, the breadsticks were hard as a rock and the fries in the rib and shrimp combo was inedible - cold. Same goes for the coleslaw, it was warm and tasted like it was spoiled. I have to say however that the ribs were very good. Unfortunately we chucked the rest and had cereal for dinner. Obviously, no one deserves a bad review for their first offense but the quality here has been declining the last couple orders. The only thing that was good about my experience was the speed of delivery. The guy who took my order didn't listen and wasn't friendly and hung up on me after he told me the total. Won't be ordering here again. Pasta dinner came wrong. Apparently cheese comes on everything even though I didn't ask for it. Breadsticks came wrong. Called, got them to send the correct food back. Well, after reviewing the receipt with my wife. They double charged for the breadsticks and jalapeno poppers. Appetizer menu says $5 for breadsticks. We got charged $10. Poppers say $7 we got charged $14. You're telling me 24 dollars for breadsticks and poppers??? Ordered pasta and got charged an extra $1.75 for baked even though I never ordered baked. To top it off I found a tiny metal piece in my pasta. Then they wanted the food back that they sent wrong? What were they gonna do with it? Give it to someone else??? Also, I never was told the total until I saw the receipt. I wonder why.....After having to argue the prices we are supposed to get a credit, thanks, but the manager proceeded to tell my husband we needed to order breadsticks from the kids menu for them to be $5. Be careful when you order a pizza. And have it delivered .by delivery driver . The driver ran into my car and doesn't want to pay for the damage. I called rosati's thay told me to go through his insurance. So i did he did not have delivery insurance. So thay didn't pay . Now it's almost been a year now .and he still hasn't paid. I ordered a extra large pepperoni,onion,mushroom and sausage pizza which I picked up. When I got it home to eat the sausage was crumbled very small and hardly any sausage on along with very little pepperoni and mushrooms.. ALOT of onions thou. Ordered pizza for delivery and after more than an hour I called to find out where the driver was. I was told he was 2 minutes away. After waiting 10 more minutes I called again. The person who answered the phone acted as though I was unreasonable for being upset. When I placed the order I was told the pizza would arrive within an hour. I would have been much more understanding if the person taking the order gave me any indication that it was going to take 1 hour and 40 minutes to get the pizza. I could have made the choice to skip ordering or choose to pick the order up. Very poor customer service. I will never order from this place again. read more
