I have not gotten pizza from them in years because I didn't like it, but had to in a pinch thought I'll save some money by picking it up and I don't have to spend a tip and delivery fee so I'll settle for Rosati's. Today they have the 60th Anniversary for Rosati's pizza for 3.50 for a large I called to order and they said you have to buy 1 LRG pizza and order to get the 2nd one for 3.50 that's not true I called another rosati's in st Charles and was able to order online for the special they using the promotion to make money and not honoring what all the franchises are promoting I'm reporting them and will never use them they are not honest ppl. read more

Ordered delivery for first time - everything was very good. We had the fried mushrooms and jalapeno poppers - there was a good amount although they were provided in the same container. VERY good! This place is highly unethical and following deceptive business practices. They recently ran a $3.50 pizza promotion but would not pick up the phone for orders to be placed. Called at least 15 times throughout all parts of the afternoon and evening but no one would pick up. Tried to order online and the $3.50 promotion was not loaded either. They used the news media to advertise the $3.50 promotion to get free publicity but Rosatis would not honor it. read more

Order taker on the phone was pleasant, pizza was delivered hot within stated timeframe, the order was correct and the pizza was perfectly prepared and intact within the box; No mess. When adding the dressing to the salad and then shaking it in the original container there was a loud noise which turned out to be A SCREW. YES, A SCREW.. like one you use for house work. Ordered Italian beef sandwich on garlic bread and fries. No flavor! The beef was extremely salty. It had quit a bit of fat and gristle. I couldn't taste any garlic. The owner is regularly angry, disrespectful and rude -- so much so that I dread picking up my pizza when I see him behind the counter. He has never taken accountability for mistakes they make / bad food that gets delivered, literally has yelled at me when I try to use valid coupons, and is rude to his staff. This most recent time they royally messed up a delivery of multiple pizzas for my dad's birthday, said they'd take care of it, but then refused to -- yelling and arguing with us on the phone as if WE'D done something wrong. I initially ordered from YELP, but when I went to submit my order it did not go through. I would get an error message. so I called Rosati's directly to place an order. 45 min later I got my food. then a couple of minutes later we got another order. the first order was apparently from YELP which we did not know until we finished eating and got the order from the restaurant. the restaurant then called me. i explained the scenario and the man did not care one bit. he forced me to me to be charged since it was not their fault. Which i understand but YELP would not give me my refund since the food was "delivered". either way even if it wasnt their fault entirely, there is this thing called customer service. and it sucked. read more

I called this location on accident, as I had wanted to call the location in South Elgin. This location tried to get me to continue my order with them by offering free shipping. I agreed, however once I got my receipt I noticed that they did charge me for shipping. If I could give this location zero stars I would. My mother accidentally ordered from this location instead of our regular one on the East side of STC (Kirk). We went to pick up our pizzas from the Kirk location, and then realized we ordered from the Randall establishment. The employee working the front at Kirk told us that he would handle it and call over to the other location for us no problem and fulfill our order here. So, we took our pizzas home, and moments later we began to get phone calls from the Randall location (I'm assuming the owner/manager, I did not catch his name). We did not answer the first phone call, he then called my grandma's phone, and then called my mom's phone again. She picked up to him telling her that we needed to pick up our pizzas. She told him that we were informed by the Kirk employee that he would handle it for us, and he then proceeded to told her that he did not receive a phone call and it was our problem now. He aggressively told us we were required to pay for all the pizzas due to our mistake. I took the phone, and told him that this is an internal issue between him and the Kirk employee, as we were told everything would be taken care of. He began to raise his voice at me, became EXTREMELY rude and started screaming at me. I told him again that THIS WAS NOT OUR PROBLEM and to stop calling us and hung up the phone. He called back THREE times to my mothers phone, and TWICE to my grandmas within moments. The fourth call my mom picked up to him screaming at her, and told us that he's sending an employee to deliver the pizzas to us and we were required to pay for our mistake. Thankfully no driver showed up as this would have escaladed even further. I am completely disgusted and SHOCKED anyone could speak to someone in such an unprofessional, aggressive manner. SHAME ON THIS MAN, and his POOR customer service. Now upon reading the other reviews I see others have also had problems with this individual at this location. So I called and ordered a large pizza and wings... gave my address, the girl who took the order said 45min... so we waited but took hour and gets a call from the delivery guy, says he can't find our place and asks if we are in south Elgin so I said no we are in Elgin very close to South Elgin and the lady who took our order said you guys can deliver that's why she took our order.... He says "oh okay, I can be there even though it's out of our radius, but if you can add extra couple bucks on top of the tip!" I was like oh okay sure but you know you guys are the one said you can deliver when I did gave my home address. So he comes, the total was $43 something.. I prepared $53.... It's a $10 tip and he goes, "do you have anything else???" I mean really!?????? And he says, "we did you favor" !!!!!! Seriously!???! I highly recommend this Rosati's Pizza (615 S. Randall in St. Charles) for delivery. Tonight about 5 PM, I ordered a large sausage pizza for $14, using a coupon that I had received in the mail. The person who took my order on the phone was courteous and efficient. The pizza arrived in 35-40 minutes as expected, considering it was rush hour. The delivery person was polite and thankful. He did not need to see my coupon -- even when I offered to produce it. The pizza was delicious and more than enough for four people. I will definitely order for delivery from this Rosati's again. read more
