Chicago-style stuffed pizza with sausage, onions, and green peppers.
George D.

The best Chicago-style stuffed pizza around. They gave up their liquor license a while back, so no beer or wine to go with their outstanding specialty or other Italian dishes. Place an order by phone on your way in, because stuffed pizza takes a while to prepare.

My 8 year old ate most of a large pizza! She said best ever!!

Service was good, exactly what I would expect at a pizza place, attentive and fast. The pizza was 10 out of 10!!!

Food: good quantity for two people. the thin crust was well done and was an enjoyable pizza if you like more of a cheese pizza Parking: plenty of parking and located in a small shopping area with grocery store right across from it Ambiance: small pizza shop with some indoor and outdoor seating. Service: was good and pizza came out fairly quick but did not show up at a super busy time

Why did it take us so long to discover Rosati's?!?! I've always been leery about deep dish pizza since in my past experiences, it's been too heavy & too much crust. Yes there is a wait for the pizza since it's cooked to order but trust me, it's totally worth it. Get there early since there's not a lot of seating & the service is a bit scattered. The large Caesar salad was a very generous portion as was the garlic bread with cheese. The pizza is one of the best deep dish pizzas I've had. Crust was not too thick. Sauce was perfect! This will definitely be a craving for us!!

Spouse ordered Rosati's Pizza in Morrisville. Arrived hot. Thank you, GrubHub. Mild taste overall. Was surprised when hubby told me he ordered sausage for him and pepperoni for me. No visible pepperoni. I had taken a few bites without tasting any. Found it! It was hidden "Chicago style" under the cheese. Mild flavor which I prefer. My slice was pretty small. There were others that were large. I think they could do better with that Reminded me of deep dish at Pizza Hut - with less pepperoni. Ingredients were of a higher quality. It was okay but, I don't need a repeat. I'm a pizza snob for sure.

Food-i got the 12" white pizza. 12"a meat pizza. When I say it was good MAN THIS WAS GOOD. I was expecting the sauce to be salty, but it was so sweet and so good! The meat tasted flavored the cheese was rich and stretchy!! Every bite put a smile on my face Service- we were greeted by the sweetest lady I should have asked for her name. She had a smile the whole time! It was so inviting that she refilled those drinks for free. There was music in the background not too loud, but it was a nice touch. I recommend visiting . It wasn't too busy, but writing this review, there was a hurricane happening, so I'm not sure if it's busy or not but we were the only family there.

My 1st time at Rosatis. Nice place, very good service... Excellent pizza. We're definitely coming back to try other things in the menu.

Spinach & Garlic Chicago deep dish pizza

Craving a Chicago deep dish? Rosati's is your destination. A simple family restaurant chain with a classic Italian pizza menu and a friendly, humble staff that make the you want to visit again and again. While the pizza takes a good 30 mins to cook, the wait is absolutely worth it. The big deep dish comes in sizzling with bright red chunky tomato sauce, a crunchy crust and max stretch cheesy goodness. One bite into it & you feel the rich sweetness of the tomatoes marrying the savory chewy cheese - the ultimate Italian comfort feel that calms your "hangry" mood. While that's just one bite, everybody knows the rules, you still have a monstrous pizza to finish. This ain't a pie you finish fast, you take it easy, a bite, a sip and a word until your stomach waves the white flag. Bit of a downside - they don't serve alcohol. While that's completely fine, it's a bummer when you see wine bottles decked up on the walls. Soda anyone? I would definitely come back - for the pizza & the warmth. Enjoy Rosati's - never a cheat day, it's a blessed day!

Great Pizza, sometimes we drive half hour just to get their deep dish pizza. Always end up eating a slice before we get home.

GARLIC KNOTS. I…read moreshouldn't have to say anything more, but I will. These are the best garlic knots I've ever had and it is not even close. Most knots look like crescent rolls topped with chopped garlic, parm, and fresh parsley. These looked almost like rice balls, as if they were deep fried. And they were swimming in a heavenly bath of olive oil, garlic, and parm. If that's not enough, we got 5 of them for a little over six bucks! Absolute steal. I lived in Chicago for 20 years so I've had my share of deep dish pizza. I even worked at a famous deep dish place for a time. I won't mention the name, I'll just tell you it was not in the west...anyway, I ordered a medium meathead pizza, which was about 12 inches, cut into 8 slices, so these weren't big. I think I might have cut it into 6, but it worked out for the best. It did take about 40 or so minutes to come out, which they explain on the menu. Very good quality meats: sliced sausage, thick chopped bacon, some pepperoni and beef as well. Sauce was pretty good. As for the crust it held up very well, it did not fall apart, which is so important. The flavor of the crust was not the best I've ever had, but I added some of the oil and garlic from the knots and that helped! Very friendly server who was moving fast to keep customers happy, which I certainly appreciate. I don't usually have a craving for deep dish at this point, but this is a place I'll certainly return to at some point.

It's hard to find good deep dish outside of Chicago. These be thiccc pies ~1.5 inches! So, being…read morethis thick, they take longer to cook, hold more sauce and ingredients, but are so worth the wait. They have a variety of named selections, but you can also build your own. We ordered the classic, and added meatball to the sausage, onion, green pepper, mushroom and pepperoni. This made it more like a supreme, but with more meat! Normally, one or two pieces are enough for a full meal, and we ordered a large for leftovers (which taste great if you warm them in the microwave or preferably the toaster oven). The restaurant has a great staff and a clean pizza diner vibe that is business casual to family friendly. To summarize, this is a great choice for pizza that is a huge step up from the national chains, great for parties or special occasions. For just a little more, you get solid eats at a reasonable price. Always recommended

The birthday girl turned 94 and it was her first time at Rigos. She loved it and is looking forward to returning. She chose the lasagna that came with bread and salad. I got the bolognese pasta that also comes with bread and salad. The salads were fresh and a good size for a side salad. There's a wide choice of dressings and a Caesar salad as well. The salads and hot bread came out first then a short time later the entrees. Both entrees were delivered quickly and hot. Both were delicious.. The drinks are self serve and the choices are sodas and tea. When they found out it was her birthday they insisted she chose a dessert . She chose the cheesecake and shared with me and it was wonderful. Thanks to the staff for making this special birthday a great treat for our family.

I was about to order 2 but ended up buying only 1 after being surprised to see that price spiked to $35. It's not like they added any premium ingredients or enhanced it any way. Yeah, it's specialty good but not worth $35 in my book. On top of that, there's a $2 service fee for a pick up order, and when asked to get extra masala sauce and garlic sauce, I got charged extra for those on top of the overpriced pizza. Final bill reached to about $44. For that amount, I could get 2 Extra Large pizzas at Marco's. As much as I love Rigo's Chicken Tikka Masala Pizza, I just think the price increase is ridiculous. At least 1 small container of garlic sauce should be complimentary (like Marco's) but can't believe they charged me extra for that. The lady at the cashier was friendly, and gave me some crushed red pepper and parmesan cheese for free, so that part was nice, but sadly, I probably won't be returning to Rigo's anytime soon after this disappointing experience. Ambiance is small and casual space so Rigo's is more ideal for take out. | Overall Score: 3.4/5

Update review 2026:…read more I've been raving about coming back and Georgina's did not disappoint. In the same location. They didnt change anything. Ambiance still relaxed. Focus will be on service and food. We were attended to right away. We both ordered diet cokes. And a cordzza to share for an appetiser and with italian bread knots. Cordozza is like an italian grilled cheese made with foccacia and mozarella im between. Then dunked in bread crumbs and deep fried with tomato cream sauce. One word: Delicious!!!! We used the bread knots to mop up the rest of the sauce. Then we had our respective mains: I got a salmon picatta and my colleague got a lasagna. My salmon picatta was delicious. Salmon was delicious and perfectly done. Cooked and not dry. Just perfect! The lemon sauce on linguini is a little tangy. And I'm already salivating whilst writing about it. I do believe there were little capers in it. And a wonderful pairing it was. Not wanting to leave without our desserts- we each got our favourites. For me, a tiramisu and for my colleague and dear friend- a slice of red velvet cake. It was a wonderful night. Yes... I admit- a lot of carbs. But it was well worth the wait! Will be back again- when I'm in town Just a little sad that I will miss their anniversary event happening in June.

Georgina's may be my favorite Italian restaurant in the greater Triangle area, and that's coming…read morefrom someone who spent most of my life in the great Italian-American diaspora of northern New Jersey. What makes a good Italian restaurant. First of all, it has to have an owner who takes pride in their food, service, AND atmosphere, and Ro, the owner here (short for Rosemarie), delivers on all fronts. The location is perfect, in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The outdoor seating area is spacious and attractive. The indoor space is pleasant. The servers are kind and conscientious (shoutout to Tiffany), and the food is exactly what you want in an Italian restaurant -- great red sauce, all the red sauce favorites, made with quality ingredients (no greasy cheap mozzarella here!), hearty sandwiches and stromboli, great pizza, and some lesser-known dishes. I've had the pizza, the meatball sandwich, the chicken parm (I told you I'm from New Jersey where that's what we call it, though I DON'T call "mozzarella" "mutzadell"), the chicken/mozzarella panini, and the chicken marsala. All of them are perfectly cooked and generously portioned. The broccoli and spinach sides are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of garlic. The most recent time I was there (April 11, 2026) there was a very young singer of American standards named Liam Rocka. It's unusual to see a guy that young in a porkpie-type hat, suit, and natty red pocket square. This young man has the crooner phrasing down to a T, though he occasionally ventures off-key, because while Sinatra made it sound easy, this stuff is really hard to sing, and it's a delight to see someone this young loving this music. He gets bonus points with me for apparently having discovered Frank Sinatra by watching old Warner Bros. cartoons. The most recent time I was there, I stupidly left my credit card in the folder with the check, and when I called, Ro got on the phone and said she has it, and I went down and retrieved it. And she required me to prove who I was to get it, which is important. I've taken my retirees group here for lunch in the past, and I'll schedule another lunch there soon. At a time when restaurants are increasingly moving to the "fast casual" model, with plastic cutlery and takeout containers, Georgina's is a welcome throwback to the way restaurants should be. Go! Mangia!

The food, drinks, and service was all great! There is a fun bar area (opens at 3pm) and in addition, a mid-sized dining area. We went between lunch and dinner, so it was pretty slow which was nice & relaxing. We started with waters and opted for a glass of red wine. Their wine list is decent, and cocktails begin at 3pm. We ordered a few menu items: Buffalo Wings, Caprese Plate with Proscuitto, Side Salad, Piccante Pizza, Pepporoni Pizza, and the Butter & Cheese Noodles (we love a good pasta with Pecorino Romano). The Wings were crispy and delicious, spicy but not too spicy. The Caprese Plate was also great, super fresh and flavorful all around. The salad was fresh and enough to share. Both of the pizzas were yummy, we shared the Piccante Pizza and I got the Pepperoni Pizza to go for my daughter. Lastly, the noodles. These were not bad, but I would not get them again as they were a little bland. That being said, they were on the kid's menu so no big deal, we really just wanted to try them out.
