Thin Crust Pizza (14") chicken delight
    Tiff T.

Family owned restaurant in Morrisville with a large menu serving pasta, thin crust pizza, wings and other apps, and calzones. So many pizza combos to choose from. I had better Chicago style pizza here than I did in Chicago! A medium size space to dine in. Service was good; the staff made sure we were okay throughout our time there.

The best Chicago-style stuffed pizza around. They gave up their liquor license a while back, so no beer or wine to go with their outstanding specialty or other Italian dishes. Place an order by phone on your way in, because stuffed pizza takes a while to prepare.

My 8 year old ate most of a large pizza! She said best ever!!

Service was good, exactly what I would expect at a pizza place, attentive and fast. The pizza was 10 out of 10!!!

Food: good quantity for two people. the thin crust was well done and was an enjoyable pizza if you like more of a cheese pizza Parking: plenty of parking and located in a small shopping area with grocery store right across from it Ambiance: small pizza shop with some indoor and outdoor seating. Service: was good and pizza came out fairly quick but did not show up at a super busy time

Why did it take us so long to discover Rosati's?!?! I've always been leery about deep dish pizza since in my past experiences, it's been too heavy & too much crust. Yes there is a wait for the pizza since it's cooked to order but trust me, it's totally worth it. Get there early since there's not a lot of seating & the service is a bit scattered. The large Caesar salad was a very generous portion as was the garlic bread with cheese. The pizza is one of the best deep dish pizzas I've had. Crust was not too thick. Sauce was perfect! This will definitely be a craving for us!!

Spouse ordered Rosati's Pizza in Morrisville. Arrived hot. Thank you, GrubHub. Mild taste overall. Was surprised when hubby told me he ordered sausage for him and pepperoni for me. No visible pepperoni. I had taken a few bites without tasting any. Found it! It was hidden "Chicago style" under the cheese. Mild flavor which I prefer. My slice was pretty small. There were others that were large. I think they could do better with that Reminded me of deep dish at Pizza Hut - with less pepperoni. Ingredients were of a higher quality. It was okay but, I don't need a repeat. I'm a pizza snob for sure.

Great Pizza, sometimes we drive half hour just to get their deep dish pizza. Always end up eating a slice before we get home.

The restaurant was busy in the kitchen was backed up, so there was a little bit of a delay, but the manager did take care of us by offering us a comp salad. We had this Sicilian meatballs as an appetizer the house salad that you entrées we had was the rigatoni Bolognese and the shrimp oreganatta. Both pasta dishes had good flavor, a little bit of spice as well as the meatballs in case you were not a spicy fan. It did have a little bit of a kick. We would come back again.

For my main, I had the Penne Sardi (penne pasta with chicken, wild mushrooms, and caramelized onions in tomato cream sauce; topped with oregano & garlic breadcrumbs and baked to finish). This was heavy and reminded of something you'd get at an Olive Garden. The portions are huge and basically everyone had leftovers for the next day. One weird thing to note - when ordering, the waitress asked if we wanted a soup or salad. This made it seem like the entrees came with a soup or salad but really, she was asking if we wanted to add this on. It was just a matter of miscommunication, but it would have been nice if they were more clear on it. I'm not sure what the Italian restaurant scene looks like in this area (since I was just visiting), but I felt like this was chain restaurant quality at almost NYC prices. Not sure if it's worth checking out.

Once we arrived, they gave us a gift of pickleballs and a really nice coconut beachy candle! For our food, we started with the Focaccia and Polpette appetizers. They were so incredible and for my meal, I ordered the Creste di Gallo. Everything was 10/10, no notes or critiques! I chose the lunch special with the Cotoletta di Pollo and house salad. Unfortunately, the bread on my sandwich was burnt when it arrived, but the staff quickly replaced it without any issue. The second sandwich was better, though just average overall. The real standout was the Berry Blossom cocktail, which was absolutely AWESOME! It was refreshing, flavorful, and easily my favorite part of the meal. The fries were also excellent, and the pasta dishes were definitely the stars of our lunch. Our bartender was serving us and did a fine job taking care of everything we needed, but the service felt a little less warm and personable than we typically enjoy. That said, the issue with my sandwich was handled promptly and professionally. Overall, the rigatoni, delicious pasta, amazing Berry Blossom cocktail, and great fries made for an enjoyable lunch. We'd definitely return and look forward to trying more items on the menu.

Update review 2026:…read more I've been raving about coming back and Georgina's did not disappoint. In the same location. They didnt change anything. Ambiance still relaxed. Focus will be on service and food. We were attended to right away. We both ordered diet cokes. And a cordzza to share for an appetiser and with italian bread knots. Cordozza is like an italian grilled cheese made with foccacia and mozarella im between. Then dunked in bread crumbs and deep fried with tomato cream sauce. One word: Delicious!!!! We used the bread knots to mop up the rest of the sauce. Then we had our respective mains: I got a salmon picatta and my colleague got a lasagna. My salmon picatta was delicious. Salmon was delicious and perfectly done. Cooked and not dry. Just perfect! The lemon sauce on linguini is a little tangy. And I'm already salivating whilst writing about it. I do believe there were little capers in it. And a wonderful pairing it was. Not wanting to leave without our desserts- we each got our favourites. For me, a tiramisu and for my colleague and dear friend- a slice of red velvet cake. It was a wonderful night. Yes... I admit- a lot of carbs. But it was well worth the wait! Will be back again- when I'm in town Just a little sad that I will miss their anniversary event happening in June.

Georgina's may be my favorite Italian restaurant in the greater Triangle area, and that's coming…read morefrom someone who spent most of my life in the great Italian-American diaspora of northern New Jersey. What makes a good Italian restaurant. First of all, it has to have an owner who takes pride in their food, service, AND atmosphere, and Ro, the owner here (short for Rosemarie), delivers on all fronts. The location is perfect, in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The outdoor seating area is spacious and attractive. The indoor space is pleasant. The servers are kind and conscientious (shoutout to Tiffany), and the food is exactly what you want in an Italian restaurant -- great red sauce, all the red sauce favorites, made with quality ingredients (no greasy cheap mozzarella here!), hearty sandwiches and stromboli, great pizza, and some lesser-known dishes. I've had the pizza, the meatball sandwich, the chicken parm (I told you I'm from New Jersey where that's what we call it, though I DON'T call "mozzarella" "mutzadell"), the chicken/mozzarella panini, and the chicken marsala. All of them are perfectly cooked and generously portioned. The broccoli and spinach sides are perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of garlic. The most recent time I was there (April 11, 2026) there was a very young singer of American standards named Liam Rocka. It's unusual to see a guy that young in a porkpie-type hat, suit, and natty red pocket square. This young man has the crooner phrasing down to a T, though he occasionally ventures off-key, because while Sinatra made it sound easy, this stuff is really hard to sing, and it's a delight to see someone this young loving this music. He gets bonus points with me for apparently having discovered Frank Sinatra by watching old Warner Bros. cartoons. The most recent time I was there, I stupidly left my credit card in the folder with the check, and when I called, Ro got on the phone and said she has it, and I went down and retrieved it. And she required me to prove who I was to get it, which is important. I've taken my retirees group here for lunch in the past, and I'll schedule another lunch there soon. At a time when restaurants are increasingly moving to the "fast casual" model, with plastic cutlery and takeout containers, Georgina's is a welcome throwback to the way restaurants should be. Go! Mangia!
