A little on the bland side, but the salsa that came with the tacos fixed mine right up. The grilled cheese was missing something, but it wasn't bad. Everything was filling and tasted fresh. We went to the bar and asked if we seat ourselves... the bartender called the waitress over and she sat us right away. The menu has lots of great food options... pizza... tacos... salads... sandwiches and even desserts. We ordered 20 wings. 10 mild and 10 garlic parmesan. With a side of blue cheese for dipping. (Posted a video, not sure if it will show up on our review but you should be able to find it when searching images) The mild wings were really yummy! They were very flavorful! The garlic parmesan sauce was not my favorite... kind of blah and did not taste like there was any parmesan in the sauce... however the chicken wings were still cooked to perfect. Juicy chicken with a crispy coating.. the wings also were trimmed nicely.. no cartilage or gummy pieces. I would definitely dine here again! Our waitress kept checking in on us and gave us refills and she was very kind and loved her service with a smile!

I figured it was about 2,000 calories - a whole day's worth of food. It was very good, and at $5.50 it was an incredible value. I didn't spot any nacho cheese sauce, just melted cheddar, which is much better for nachos unless they're the ballpark kind where you just dip the chips in a pile of gooey nacho cheese sauce - which also can be very good but is an entirely different thing. The avocado looked to be about half of a medium avocado, very ripe and fresh, and the pico de gallo was also fresh and plentiful. There were enough black beans to balanced the dish, and a huge dollop of sour cream, which for some reason I love on nachos even though they have a bunch of cheese. Of all the restaurant experiences I've had in the last ten years, this is one of only a few that have been outstanding in quality and value. I'll try the Wednesday pizza next - I'm a bit of a connoisseur of that, too, and it's half-price on Wednesday.

Mike & Denise's is one of several restaurants the owners have around town it seems. For certain this location is the best known. The prices can be kind of high on some things, okay for others. A kind of haphazard setup once you get inside. It's got the entrance where you can choose two ways to go, whether it's eating inside or for pickup. The inside dining area is also kind of hard to get through. Has a patio. There's a good amount of seating. Most people seem to get beers. Pretty expected with these going great with pizzas. It's about $9 for one of their seasonal cocktails. We got a couple including the Lucky Charm. A classic. This is made with coconut, Malibu coconut rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice. It's about $12 to get a personal pizza with a few toppings of your choosing. We got the build your own option. A great option is giardiniera because it's like a few toppings in one to be honest. The pizza has a pretty crispy crust and is great for sharing. Crazy busy because it's one of the best known places in town to go. It's located on Veterans Parkway in the one plaza. Shortly after placing the order, the restaurant called and informed me they were out of baked potatoes. I then asked to substitute roasted red potatoes instead. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was told the roasted red potatoes carried the same upcharge as the baked potato. After leaving I checked their online menu and discovered that was not correct. I called back simply to ask why I was not given accurate information. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee on the phone became extremely rude and defensive, repeatedly stating that they "did not lie" and that "people make mistakes." At that point, I explained that the $2 difference was not the issue it was the poor customer service and dishonest communication that mattered. I learned my lesson and unfortunately will not be returning to this establishment.
