The last two times we have ordered delivery from this place they gave us severely burnt pizza. We usually order this for parties, but by the time we open it up it's too late to get the driver to take it back! Threw away nearly half of the three pizza's we ordered because no one wanted to eat it! Huge waste of money! For how expensive this place is per pizza they could at least make sure they are not delivering burnt pizza! We always tip our driver too! I don't know if they are doing this on purpose because they don't want to deliver to Hunt Club subdivision or they think they deserve more money in tips or what!?!? Just bad presentation and bad pizza when it's burnt read more

Rosati's Pizza - 12" Pizza - Build Your Own Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Montgomery, Illinois

My go to rosatis location! Staff is always friendly, typically no issues, pizza has always been consistent and tasty! Personally don't dine in to this location but have stopped in to complete pickup orders and it's always busy and lovely. read more

I've lived near this Rosatis for a few years now and my experience is based off ordering online and delivery or pick up. Pizza is always delivered hot and fresh and perfectly cooked. Our delivery drivers have always been punctual and kind. Ordering online is very easy as well. Overall this is a solid location for a good rosatis pizza. read more

The pizza is good as always. The service is out of this world nice people and really good staff. The ambiance is ok but I'm not a huge judge on that end. I 100% recommend this place. read more

Excellent pizza, and I highly recommend their catering services as well! Their team is very friendly.

Pizza is good but the last few years they have been skimping on the amount of cheese. You have to say extra cheese for it to be decent and then they add on $4. When I look down on a pizza and see more sauce than cheese, that isn't good. read more

This place is disappointing. Ordered a bbq chicken and bacon pizza with extra bbq sauce. There is no bbq sauce on the pizza. Also received a free cheese pizza with the order and there isn't any sauce on that pizza. I'm currently waiting on the driver to pick up the pizzas so I can get a full refund per the manager. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Where is the bbq sauce? - Pizza Near Me - Montgomery, Illinois

I go for the slices, it's decent za, one slice at lunch usually fills me up, staff is friendly, they run out of pepperoni to often, or i just get unlucky sometimes. read more

I've been ordering here for years. However, today will be the last time. There have been numerous times when they got my order wrong and if not major I shrug it off. However, today they literally sent the wrong pizza. We call and catch grief over their mistake and then they wanted their pizza back when the driver arrives. Ok fine, but when there is no apology and you keep reiterating that you want the other pizza back, that is uncalled for. Could be the crew that worked and took orders at 3:30pm on 11/2/2024. Horrible. read more

Rosati's Pizza is definitely our go to whether it be dine in or carry out. The food is never disappointing. The service is always spot on.

What the heck happened to this place?! If you want to have pizza with your family forget about it. We walked in on a weekend early afternoon and the music was blasting so loud you can't hear yourself think. F this, F that were most of the lyrics. Packed with a bunch of drunk people literally stumbling around and being vulgar . I guess it's our fault for not realizing it's more of a bar now. A small pizza took over an hour which seemed like 2 because despite originally wanting to dine in we wanted to get the hell out of there but couldn't escape till the pizza was done. This is definitely unlike any Rosati's we've ever been to. Sad because I thought though it's franchised they should at least have to uphold some kind of standards. I'm assuming it's all overlooked because the location is banking off all the drinks they are selling. Skip this location and head to the one in Yorkville. read more

This place is really not too good. I've ordered and they bring it to the wrong place all the time. Pizza doesn't taste good either. Go to Giordano's. read more

Breanna was awesome tonight!!! Excellent service and the food was on point!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Yorkville with a large group. read more

The food is what you would expect. Its good. But the service here is horrible. Don't order online for delivery. This is the fourth time they have taken over 75 minutes to deliver. When you call, they don't pick up the phone...just goes to a recording. Waited on the phone now over 15 minutes. 3 different people in our household called and no one can get through. Terrible customer service. read more

We order from this Rosati's 2-3 times a month and the food is always great! We've never had any issues, the food is always hot and fresh. Never anything incorrect or missing with our order, always very great customer service when ordering over the phone, we enjoy our food everytime! We order everything from wings, mozz sticks, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, their cannolis are the best I've ever had! This location is our go to often and wanted to make sure to give recognition where it's so well deserved! read more

It's 4:30 am and I am sick to my stomach, still feeling the side effects of an awful chicken parm sandwich. What happened? Did you run out of bread? It's advertised as a sub type sandwich and it arrives on a burger bun. So I get half the sandwich that is advertised, and still charged me full price. So not cool. read more

Meatball sandwich was good and decently sized was additionally fan of the wings, they were crispy and had a good amount of meat. The pasta was good but the sauce had a unique taste. read more

With a nice location, great staff at front desk and helpful over the phone when taking my order. My only issue with this particular Rosati's is the "Pizza"! They truly need to revaluate the way they make a "Rosati's Pizza".. let me explain. From observing the pizza it looks delicious however once I take my first bite all I can taste is dough. Yes lots and lots of dough in the pizza, this is not a deep dish pizza but supposed to be a Chicago Tavern style pizza. Please all I ask is fix this problem and I'll return and recommend this place. Thank you! read more

Rosati's Pizza - Dough pizza - Pizza Near Me - Montgomery, Illinois

Gave ROSATI'S's Montgomery another chance today. Stupid me. They forgot to even cut the squares into half of the large pizza. A quarter of the pizza had no sauce under the cheese. The crust was under cooked and very doughy. Never again. read more

Ordered for delivery. Not only did pizza come cold, driver would not walk to the front door to deliver. Pizza was not to expectations. No sauce just crust, cheese and pepperoni. read more

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a pizza at 6:43, called at 7:52, they said it's out for delivery. At 8:19 still no pizza, so I canceled the order. They said sorry but it was like no big deal. They offered me nothing for my troubles, no care that I canceled. I had a house full of hunger kids and adults. I order from here all the time. I will never return to this location or order from this location again. I suggest staying far away from this one. I'm not the only one with issues, look at the other reviews and the low rating they have. I will be contacting corporate, the owner and making sure this goes on all social media platforms. Unless they have the decency enough to reach out and make it right. read more

I love Rosati's. I have for as long as I can remember. Well, all except this one. Service is way less than stellar. Beer tasted like, I have no idea what it tasted like. It was horrible. The music was less than enjoyable and extremely annoying to say the least. I just cannot give this particular location another chance. Ever. read more

I enjoy the food here alot! I don't usually get pizza however, I get sandwiches, the grilled chicken is bomb, the cheesburger is grilled over fire and if I do get a pizza, they definitely make it how I want it, without sauce! Ricotta cheese, tomato, spinach and garlice, yummy! I miss the cute manager that worked here, she was great, friendly and knew the business well. read more

It's a seat yourself type of establishment but everything was delicious we had the ravioli, the chicken wrap with fries and the pizza dough bites which were freaking awesome, although I'm not from here when I do come back in town for work I would definitely come back!! the service was awesome as well our waitress greeted us with nothing but smiles, sorry no pic of the Ravioli but the plate was huge and my co worker said it was great! read more

Though I would give this place a 2nd chance & they got ruder & very nasty attitude. Kicked us out just because we took off our masks to drink water. How can you eat & drink with a mask on? They where swearing at us & belittling my elderly parents who just wanted some food. We left without getting our food & didn't pay because they threw us out. Avoid the man named bob he's the one who started because we were thirsty. I never thought an order for 8 people would have them flipping out. Never going to a Rosati's again!!!!! read more

Always something wrong! Credit card machine down, no money in store to make change. You pick up your order and it wrong or someone else's. Delivery driver forgot something or will turn around in your driveway because they went the wrong way and run over your flower pots you were working on and try to leave. STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! Now I've worked at pizza places and none of them have been this bad. If you dine in there are drain flies all over. On or near the tables and even behind the bar. Bathrooms are the cleanest place to dine if you go. This location needs new ownership. Someone who will take care of the place. read more

I love REAL pizza and this location doesn't disappoint! They do credit to the Rosati's name! Generous portions of cheese, sauce and quality ingredients. Great deals on individual slices with a drink! Definitely a contender for the #1 slot for this area. Check them out! read more

When I lived in Elmwood Park Rosati's was really good. Unfortunately, the past two times was not so much. This time was our last... maybe we might try another location and owner. I know it's covid, I know there are supply chain issues, I am flexible. In this case the crust was really soggy, they put pineapple on all of the pizza, not 1/2, and it just did not taste fresh. Prices have gone up, a lot, and I always tip because I truly want to keep local business and people going. This Montgomery location is a no go! read more

It's taken us awhile to find a good pizza place that would deliver to us. The reviews for many Rosati's locations deterred us, but we've been fans of Rosati's for a long time and were very happy with the Orchard Road location. We usually order a thin crust pizza with just sausage. Rosati's pizza is consistently good. The cheese, sauce, and sausage are all done right. If you live in the area, you probably already regularly receive coupons direct mail or in those money mailers. One of the best things about Rosati's is the coupons! After you order a certain amount of pizzas, you get something like 1/2 off (or a free pizza, I don't remember). There's always a deal for free delivery and a 2-liter soda, or a free 12" cheese pizza with the purchase of an 18". We usually order more pizza than we really need, because who doesn't like leftovers? Most important, delivery was fast and friendly. read more

We had dinner there last night and the food was great. Large portions of pasta, the wings were delicious, the pizza was a hit with the kids and the appetizers were incredible. Everything was awesome! Definitely will be returning. Service was good too. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Montgomery, Illinois

Used to be a fan, but not anymore. Rude management. We ordered a sausage calzone, but it unfortunately also contained mushrooms. I called Rosatis directly, but the manager told me he made calzone himself and it did not have mushrooms. He offered to make me a new one, but I did not want to drive all the way back for one calzone, making my family wait longer on dinner. They would not allow a credit for a future visit or a refund. I'm very upset at the way this location handled the situation, and I don't believe I will return, especially after being told I was basically a liar. I don't even care that they wouldn't offer a credit... I don't like being told I'm wrong when they made a mistake. Had my family not been crazy hungry, I would've gladly picked up a fresh calzone WITHOUT mushrooms, but the manager really upset me. Sharing my experience. read more

I've tried a lot of Rosati's all over Illinois. This is the BEST and I repeat the BEST franchised location ever. Since I've had bad experiences at other Rosati's I still decided to give them a try. And I have to say I'm not the least bit disappointed with their pizza. Always prompt and right on time service from deliveries to carry out. Their double crust pizza is definitely the best I've had. They do tend to obviously get busier on the weekends which will make delivery a little longer. So plan ahead. read more

This Rosatis is the worst one I've been to customer service wise. I've been to the pub and had horrible service twice. I recently went in and ordered 2 beefs and cheese fries. Then proceeded to go to Walgreens and shop. Came back and the food wasn't done. I asked the girl behind the counter to please check on our food. Her response was it takes 10 minutes to make the beefs. It was clearly longer than 10 minutes from when I placed my order. Got home and the cheese sauce cup wasn't even half full. While we were waiting a customer came in and the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge her. read more

Ordered a burger over the phone that was taking a while. I had to wait for the manager to cash me out. About 20 minutes later one of the staff members asked me, "you still haven't gotten your food yet?" to which I replied no. The manager came up front and told me burgers take 15 minutes. I informed him that I had ordered much earlier. His reply was "do you want to go talk to the cook?" Don't waste your time with pathetic customer service like this. And to top it all off the burger was blacker than the street. The icing on the cake that settles this regular customer from NEVER going back there. read more

This place is simple and affordable. It's a nice standard hangout to grab a beer or something to eat. The food is very simple, pizza/pub food but good. The only thing I got here that was a disappointment was the gyros plate. The gyros is the boxed kind, not fresh kind and it was dry. They give you very little meat. Other than that, grab a pizza, a beer, some pasta and watch a game. I have to update this and explain why I took a star off my rating. They used to sell a build-your-own pasta for $9.99. The pasta was good but I always feel bad paying for a $0.49 pack of noodles and some simple tomato sauce. Now they hiked the price to $12.99, claiming "the portions are bigger". I don't need a bigger portion; what was there before was hard to finish. Again, this is a simple hangout. But if prices keep going this way I can get a lot better food for the same price somewhere else... read more

This is the first time I've ordered from this location. Unfortunately it was almost 45 minutes late (and that's after they pushed back the delivery time by 30 minutes). Then I was notified via grubhub that it was delivered when it was not. As I was on hold with grubhub who was trying to contact the restaurant, my food arrived. The delivery man was polite and order was overall correct. However, the pizza was colder than delivery pizza usually is, and my salad was missing ingredients. When I connected back with grubhub, they said they couldn't get ahold of anyone at the restaurant, so I told them nevermind as my food had just arrived. I don't normally complain or review restaurants, but Rosati's normally has good food and good service (when I've ordered it at work). It would be great if this location could do some adjustments to their service, because I would try them again! read more

We have ordered many pizzas for delivery and pick up over the years and we have been mostly happy with the quality but the pizza we got last night was by far the best we ever got. We ordered a large thin crust lightly baked mushrooms, green peppers and sausage for delivery and we all loved the pizza, it was quickly delivered hot and fresh to our home and was delicious and big enough for 4 to 5 people. Keep up the great work Rosati's! read more

My son liked his sausage pizza, killed it actually. He ordered a sausage double dough. He says 4 stars. I was disappointed in the Hawaiian pizza. The bbq sauce was tart and sour, tangy and didn't match the sweet flavor of the pizza. Imo, that bbq sauce overpowered that pizza. I pulled the toppings off a slice, the ham cubes and pineapple were just right. It was just the sauce. I really like ham cubed on a pizza too. I've had Rosaties from here to Gold Canyon Arizona. I'm a fan, so I'll be back. I'll try another one. read more
