Our visit was a disaster from the get go. Table was dirty, had to wait for someone to clean it, and she did. Then wait for another person to take a drink order. Here we go! Everything took forever and then, of course, order was wrong. Server was clueless about whether order was correct or not. Manager came and was nice and remedied the issue. But, our original server, apparently, gave up our table and never returned. We had to wave down another server to get refills, check, etc., and she was very nice. But all the frustration just isn't worth it. One more thing: I could not identify the employees from the customers because of the way they were dressed. There's no uniform whatsoever, not even matching shirts, which leads to very casual, and somewhat, inappropriate dress. The manager was dressed very sloppily, would have never thought she was the manager. This place needs a lot of help. read more

I ordered a pizza with breadsticks and when I opened the breadsticks I clearly saw that they were moldy. I immediately called the store and told them. They refused to replace them or refund my money. They apologized that they were bad but didn't want to fix it. This is after I waited over a hour for the delivery. I will not be going there ever again. read more

Rosati's Pizza - This is the mold on my breadsticks i received - Pizza Near Me - Montgomery, Illinois

We love their pizza! We get it well done. Have been ordering it since we lived in Naperville.

It's sad seeing this Rosati's location going downhill. When ordering a pizza there's no consistency, burned crust or scarce toppings. When we order half the time it's cold and soggy, we're about 7-8 minutes away. The worst however is taking almost 2 hours to have it delivered! I guess we're done at this location...... read more

You know that feeling when you haven't eaten all day? You get it in your head that I want a certain food and nothing but that food will do... You order in anticipation of the food you've been thinking about...ONLY to have the order COMPLETELY SCREWED UP. My wonderful husband went and picked up my order and when he got it home I opened the bag up to find that my au jus...that I paid extra for...not there. I could forgive that...I opened my calzone....anticipating the gooey cheese in crusty bread...only to find they did indeed put the sauce in the calzone even though I requested it be on the side...(it makes the bread incredibly soggy) The dinner I had been so excited about...RUINED. My husband calls the manager to tell them about their mistake and the girl says they can remake it and my husband can pick it up or they will give me a $5 credit...!! On a $12 dinner!!! That is unacceptable! I get on the phone with the girl he is talking to...who is supposedly the manager...and I say that is not an acceptable retribution for ruining my dinner. She argues with me that she can remake it...for which my husband would have to get out and get it...or I can wait an hour for the delivery of another calzone...or a five dollar credit. I am livid! I'm starving...I'm upset...and now this girl wants to argue with me. I ask for a number for someone above her...she says well theres the owner...I say well give me his number...She says Oh no I can't give you his number...but i can take your information. I demand the name of the owner and she takes my number. I expect more from a local establishment that has been in this location for a number of years. So I'm eating this soggy calzone with no au jus because I'm starving but i'm not happy. Thank you for ruining my dinner. read more

Ordered a pizza, gyro and free wings from a previous screw up. This time gyro meat isn't even warm, fries are soggy and not even warm and no gyro sauce. Done with this crap hole of place. I really hope they go under or get cooks that can actually make edible food.. read more

I want this review to be a good one, but unfortunately I can't do that. If you dine in you'll wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and get a crappy pizza that has toppings you didn't request on it. Not to mention that it's a hit or miss on the cook, order for pickup on Monday and the pizza will blow your mind, but God forbid you order one on a Wednesday when the secondary pizza engineer is working because you'll get a soggy piece of cardboard and two mushrooms on top. This place is a hit or miss on everything. read more

COLD FOOD AND SOGGY PIZZA DELIVERED MULTIPLE TIMES! LET ME START OFF WITH SAYING I HAVE NEVER WRITTEN A REVIEW ON A BUSINESS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS SO HORRIBLE THAT I HAD TO WRITE THIS. KNOW THAT I AM AN EXECUTIVE WHO WORKS IN THE FOOD BUSINESS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE CUSTOMER'S POINT OF VIEW IS CRITICAL. I had a VERY BAD experience with the "owner" of the Rosati's montgomery on 2083 ORCHARD RD, MONTGOMERY. I received my order tonight, AND both my pizza and my cheese sticks were cold. We were looking forward to the food, and it ruined our night. I called to provide feedback, and the "owner" told me that he would not do anything about it. I do not know for certain if it was actually the "owner", but that is what the person on the phone said. I was surprised at his basic lack of customer service skills. It makes me wonder if the Rosati's franchise even screens and trains their potential franchisees. Rosati's - you cannot let ignorant franshisees run your business - it will tarsnish your brand and family name, and will ruin your business long term. I have seen it happen. Please address your franchisee with some type of serious reprimand, or risk losing even more business from other guests. We were ordering $25/week of food, equating to over $1200 a year of business from this location, and will not order anymore. In addition, I will continue to share my experience with EVERYONE I know. read more

Is it just me, or did their pizza recipe change? I've been ordering here for the past 6 months or so, and I love their pizza. A lot better than other Rosatis locations. For some reason the past couple pizzas i ordered were not good though. What happened? read more

We've ordered food from this location a few times..they screw up the order every time.. either the food is horribly cooked or they mess up the order..last time I swore I would never order anything from here again...made the mistake of ordering from them today...guess what, not only did they cook the food horribly but they also messed up the order..double whammy. When I called them, instead of trying to make things right immediately they said we would have to wait...Never again...do yourself a favor a steer clear of this location. We will never give them our business again. read more

I really like the atmosphere of the pizza pub. The waitstaff is very friendly, and the bartenders are really knowledgeable. The pizza was phenomenal. I would definitely return!! read more

I had pizza from this restaurant for the first time today. It was delicious and I will certainly frequent this business. They were kind enough to support our school for a teacher function today and they donated delicious food. Thank you Rosati!, read more

Never say never. Wanted to go out for pizza Saturday night close to home. Though there is a place in town a bit closer the parking is difficult. So....we gave Rosati's another try. The place was busy as the Blackhawks were playing. Pizza was much better than before. Finally like I expected. The potato skins were wonderful. A bit different from other places but that's what made them so good. Though the manager says she's been there since they opened I cannot believe she's the same manager who was so aloof on our previous visits. She was very nice and stopped by our table. April, our server, was as good as it gets. She was very attentive and so personable. She is clearly an asset to the place. They also had live entertainment, a country duo, who despite having to compete with the Hawks game was very good. We will go back. Third time is a charm. read more

Great sauce and ingredients, acceptable delivery times, friendly people taking orders.

Went with family including a child. The pizza is very good, however the bar had some people including a bartender who didn't notice that there were kids dining there and they were swearing loudly. Instead of the bartender controlling the few rowdy bar flies, she joined in to yell "fuck you" while downing shots herself. I understand it's a bar and restaurant, but I was appalled that the waitstaff, bartender or patrons just didn't care there were kids there. Apparently it's just a bar and not family friendly. Won't be going back. read more

Came in a few times with a buddy or two and none of us liked the pizza there it was WAY to salty to eat so ended up throwing all of it away after a bite or two it just wasnt good to eat, which is unfortunately because while it looked good 8t just didn't taste good i dont think I'll ever be going back read more

Been meaning to write this update for a long time now. They did replace their phone staff and I've been ordering for years. I've always loved Rosati's and will continue to order from this one. Pizza has improved also. They had a rough go of it in the beginning, but, they worked it out. I'm glad I continued to give them chances, as, what would I do without a Rosati's?? read more

They have very good food but the service in the restaurant is hortible. No body tried correctly. You have to keep asking for things over and over. Called on Thursday to order food for pickup at 938 pm. States their open until 10 pm. No answer. Called 3 xs. Horrible franchisee owner. Rosatis getting a bad rap this family restaurant owned by a lazy franchisee owner. No one wants to work pass 10 oclock. Does not take care of you after 930 pm. Rosatis Copa rate needs to know what this owner is doing to his name. Worst service ever!!!! read more

I am a regular Rosatis customer. I usually order from the Oswego location but do to the virus they were sending orders to Montgomery. They did not tell us this when we ordered. It took an hour and a half to get our food. It was cold and missing items. I then drove to the restaurant I ordered from to get it fixed ( which is when I found out that it came from Montgomery). I drove all the way to the Montgomery location, gave them back the incorrect order and got my replacement food. Which was very good. However, later that night I checked my bank account and my card had been charged three separate amounts for my order. I waited a day to make sure they weren't just adjusting the price before I contacted them. When I did I could only get in touch with a shift supervisor. After asking several times to speak to the owner or at least a manager i was told they would call me back. They never did. I got one call back from the shift saying the owner would call Monday. Never heard anything. Called them Wednesday and the shift said it was taken care of. Didn't get my money returned until Friday. They tried to tell me it was a glitch in the system. But considering they were 3 different amounts I'm thinking it was intentional. I never got to speak with a manager or the owner and I never got a satisfactory answer about what happened. Needless to say, I will never be giving them my card number again. Someone is stealing information there, and I do not think they even care to do anything about it. read more

The service desk is rude and the pizza is saggy and just tastes off. The wait time is about 1 and a half and the food isn't good

This gets a good review because I am a fan of Rosati's in general. The pizza I have gotten here at this location has been good. The store appears to be well run and the staff is friendly. Not bad overall. read more

It has been three years since i have been to this location and the only reason i did was because some friends asked us to join them. Went on Saturday day night and only one bartender who was taking care of the whole bar and all the tables. Either she was overwhelmed or just bad at her job. She could not remember when we asked for drinks so we waited for at least 25 minutes before asking her again. This caused an issue with our bill because we had about double the drinks on our bill then we actually drank. She even said she was buying two of our guys a round because she forgot their food order but those drinks seemed to be on our bill anyways. One of the girls at our table asked for a menu because she was hungry but the bartender never even checked with her to see if she wanted anything. She didn't bother ordering anything because she felt the bartender only bothered with the guys at our table. Poor service, poor management. read more

I have ordered from here and always received exceptional service and today was no different. I ordered a pizza to arrive at 530 and the delivery arrived on time but due to an unfortunate event the pizza's were smooshed. The driver came and apologized I understood that things happen, but what was even more important is that they called an apologized with a discount without even asking. Now that is customer service. read more

A few months ago I would've given this place 4 stars.. I was there probably 3 to 4 times a week so you could say I was a regular! We'll just in the past couple months they've had new management and new employees and now I wish I could give it 0 stars! The first girl we had she took our orders then never returned! We had to ask for another waitress. The next time we went the waitress sat at the bar and never came back to our table.. once again we flagged another waitress down and she told us the other waitress just said she's done serving for the night.. completely unprofessional. Most of the servers now are rude, refuse to change the channel on the tv, leave halfway through their shift. Not to mention the way some of these girls dress you wouldn't think you're at rosatis. If this place doesn't get help soon it will be out of business! read more

Going here was a big disappointment. I ordered appetizers, pizza and asked if we can get a big salad the 5 of us could share. It took our waitress until after we were done with our pizza to tell me that they couldn't do it. Maybe because she was to busy flirting with the guys at the bar. Our second appetizer also came after we were done with our pizza. Then lastly she brings the bill which flew on the floor cause I couldn't find it, and I guess Rosatis can't afford the black billfold holders not to mention a customer copy of my receipt. Rosatis food is decent but their service really needs work. read more

Worst service ever! Bartender didn't know how to make a "White Russian", and when told how to, said they didn't have any cream. The couldn't make a "Chocolate Martini" either... seriously? Took 20 minutes for any server to even come to the table. We wanted to order one drink and order food to go. Took almost an hour to get the food, and then when we checked the bags before leaving, they forgot to give us one of the dinner entrees we purchased. Seriously, worst service ever today. read more

Ordered a 24 inch pizza from this rosatis pizza restaurant and the guy that took my order was rude and in a rush to get off the phone. He told me that my pizza would be ready in 35 min and when I went to pick it up the order was not taken therefore no pizza . So I asked for the guy who took the order and it happen to be the owner, which instead of trying to make up for his mistake he said that if I would like to place the order again it would now take 45 mins! WTF? I WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN GO OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FUKKED UP PLACE!!!!! the only reason i gave them 1 star is because i had to or i wouldn't be able to post this. read more

No, just no anymore. Gone with small children only to have patrons engage in yelling matches at the bar...twice. There is about an 80% of your food being messed up. I will say the establishment is very willing try to make things better with coupons or gift certificates. However, about the 4th or 5th time having stuff messed up it's not worth it. I really wish this place would get better. So close to home and the potential for a great place. Love the one in Yorkville! read more

I placed an order for delivery today and the customer service was bad. The lady that answered raced through the greeting where I had to ask if I had Rosatis on the other end thinking I had misdialed. I proceeded to give my order and she kept interrupting with, "anything else?", made the call very unpleasant where I almost called back to cancel. In the past the pizza over all has been pretty good but there has been a few times where it has been over cooked where parts of the crust are black. I think I'll be trying the Rosatis over in Yorkville in the future and hope they are better. read more

I have been ordering pizza from this location for over a year and never had a problem. last saturday night my wife and I ordered a deep dish sausage mushroom and spinach from this orchard rd location. I picked up the pizza and brought it home and we each had a slice.... I went back for a second and on my third fork full I felt something hard in my mouth while I was chewing. I took it out and it was a clip of staples that you would load into a stapler. I called and asked for a manager and got a girl who was nice and apologized ... she offered to remake the pizza and I said no..I asked her if she wanted to see a picture of the stamples and she was like ya sure I guess....so I told her to text my phone and I would send the picture. I never got a text. So I went to the store and the girl was at the counter.... I brought the pizza back and showed her the clip of staples... she apologized and said she would issue a refund... at this point the pizza maker is in the window laughing to which I responded real funny... you got staples in the pizza... someone could get hurt if they swallowed them, I pointed out all the stapled tickets above him but apparently he could not speak English.... at that moment another cook comes from the back demanding I leave the store and threatens to remove me.... i said I am not going anywhere till the manager issues my credit as she promised...he called the police. So moral of the story... If your going to be upset about staples in your pizza... they just call the cops and issue a no tresspass order on you.... I wont ever ever ever go back to any Rosati's pizza again. read more

I normally don't give negative reviews but this restaurant has consistently let us down. We won't be returning. They continually mess up orders. We pay for 2 toppings and receive one on the pizza, twice. We also have dined in to celebrate a graduation, the waitress forgot to place the order for the graduate. She served all of our food and said she forgot his. It was rude for us to eat in front of him but we did since she said it would be 25 minutes for his food. After 30 minutes, I flagged the waitress down who admitted it was so busy she forgot to place his order. At this point I asked for the manager. He offered my son fries to eat while he waited for his food. His food was delivered one hour after ours. This is absolutely unacceptable. We won't be back to this location. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. read more

Ordered a simple medium (half sausage) and one small with no sauce and no oregano (due to childs preference) . Pizza arrived very fast, which is good, however when opening, the medium pizza had 3/4 of it with sausage and the crust was bent over b.c it was shoved in a box that was too small for the pizza, and the small had oregano on it. I called to notify the business of the errors, and I tried to convince my kids to eat it anyway. Upon finally talking them into eating it, a few bits in, we discovered a funny taste, I flipped over the pizza and the bottom looked like it had been tossed on charcoal grinds, there were burnt pieces all over the bottom of it, then my kids decided they had enough. I called the business back up again and explained this was not acceptable and I then asked for a new pizza, after explaining what was wrong again to "Gustavo" he began replying with smart comments, and then I asked for a refund, since I shouldn't deal with a business speaking to me that way, and he then hung up the phone. In the midst of trying to resolve this I asked for a manager first, and was told he wasn't there and wont be until later, I then asked for a manager to call me back, he was reluctant in answering if that was possible. He told me to just call back later, after he started speaking poorly to me, I then asked for a DM, and he said he didn't know who it was. I then drove the pizza back to Rosatis and asked for a refund, the kid continued to be rude and belligerent with me. So much for trying to order lunch for my kids, while my infant was sleeping, so I didn't have to leave the house.! The point of delivery is supposed to be convenience, not nuisance! This is not how pizza should be made and delivered ever! read more

This is probably one of my favorite Rosati's I've ever been to... we have always enjoyed ordering from here... but something weird happened today... When we were ordering a sandwich and a lasagna, we asked if we could have onion rings in place of the french fries for the sandwich... This has never been a problem until today when we were informed by the manager we're not allowed to substitute anything... So we'd be forced to have french fries when we really wanted onion rings. This makes no sense to me whatsoever even if there was a small up charge so that you didn't have to have the french fries and you could still have onion rings doesn't seem like it would be a very big problem. After telling the manager I thought this was the most absurd thing I've ever heard and that they should actually take the customers wishes into consideration above their own, she decided to change it for us but stated that that's not their policy and they would not do that again... Again proof that customer service is no longer a businesses top priority read more

It's a Friday night ritual for us to order pizza and have a movie night. We moved to Montgomery a little over a year ago and were excited to find a Roastis close by- as we came from Warrenville and ordered from the Rosatits when we lived there. The food was always good and the customer service was always great. After we started ordering from the montgomery location, we noticed many inconsistencies from week to week. One week the pizza would be perfect, the next week we would get it cold and the cheese rubbery. Not to mention whenever we order poppers we always ask for ranch in addition to the red sauce it comes with. Every time there was one sauce or the other- sometimes neither - but we always get charged for the extra sauce. One thing that has remained consistent with this place is how RUDE the girls are at the front desk. They never greet with a "hi" or "how are you?" Or "how can I help you?". It's always "name?" With a look on their faces and a tone in their voice like they hate their job. There is no please or thank you or even a hint of a smile. If you pay with a card they swipe it and slap the slip on the counter "sign this". No "have a good night" - NOTHING. Being in the industry for many many years I know how dealing with the public can be - but part of your job is to put a smile on your face and treat guests with respect and courtesy. Because I understand, I always try to make sure to be extra nice - but even that doesn't make a difference. They don't care. I'm giving 3 stars because when the pizza is good it's REALLY good - and if we opt to get delivery, every driver I have ever dealt with has been extremely pleasant. My suggestion is to do a major overhaul with the girls working the front. They need a major attitude adjustment and training in customer service. If you don't like working with the public, find another job. A restaurant is not for you - just sayin. read more
