1 star because i Had to... first, I ordered online and the person that picked up the phone was disrespectful, his name was John. I ignored it and went to pick up the food, I got there and it wasn't ready after saying it would be. Mind you this is an half an hour later and they say only 20 minutes... once I received the food after 40 mins the pizza was cold and chewy, and overall a disgusting taste. never coming here again... read more

Ordered from these guys again recently, and really glad to see that they've ironed out a lot of the kinks that came with opening a new location. This is now probably in my top 3 Rosati's locations. Delivery was pretty snappy as well. Great addition to downtown LF! read more

I have seen some reviews of this place with pizza that looks like it's sliding around, or mashed up. However, I think some of this might be the divers execution or provider. (That being grub hub, etc) The pizza has been consistent, sandwich's, salads, and over all experience here. The place and employees are way better then some of the reviews are giving them for credit here. read more

I don't know the chain so didn't have any preconceived ideas. But I am sorry to say I was let down. The dough was totally raw and therefore inedible. The topping has promise though so I'll try this place one more time and will update my review and stars. Fingers crossed read more

I placed an order via a link to their place on Google. I had a receipt confirmation with their website and phone number and the charge to my card showed it paid out to the right establishment. When I arrived to pick up my food, the clerk informed me that they did not receive my order. No big deal, I understand that computer issues happen. However, the solution they offered was for me to order again and PAY AGAIN, then dispute the first charge. I showed my receipt showing that I had already paid THEM. The clerk informed me that this came from the owner and that was my only option for resolution. I opted to skip them all together and disputed the charge. Wish I could tell you how the food tasted, but it was made clear that they did not want to give me the food I had paid for. read more

Just terrible customer service. After being a regular customer, we received a loyalty coupon from them and they did nothing but hassle me about me. Told me it was from "corporate" even though the email was from from "Rosati's Pizza of Lake Forest". After I had to read the entire coupon to the order taker, the owner has the nerve to call me back again questioning the coupon. You have lost a regular customer with your attitude. read more

So.... I have routinely had good food and service from the Rosati's location in Lake Forest until last night. My order last night ncluding tip exceeded $150. I placed my order at 1732 for delivery at 1845. At 1910, I called the restaurant to check on the status of my order which I was told that the order had left the store "some time ago and should be there anytime". The driver apparently delivered to the wrong address not even on the same street as mine. The neighbor whose house the order was delivered to eventually brought us what was left of the order that was delivered to them. They ate half of one pizza, half of the order of wings and a full salad. They actually brought the half eaten pizza to us saying they were "sorry". I called the store to let them know about the issue. I was not rude and was calm. The guy on the phone was cordial last night and said "give me 5 minutes and I"ll call my manager". I waited 15 and called back to the store. He told me that his manager had called me. He did not. Long story short.... His manager, John, the owner finally called me almost 24 hours after the incident and was dismissive of my position. I will NEVER patronize Rosati's again. I initially told John no hard feelings but I was too quick to say that. Again, I remind you my order was for only ~$150. For me and John that is nothing. The point of the matter here is the BS I had to put up with defending my position on the fact that my order was delivered to the wrong house and I was told that I am not telling the truth. Why in the world would I do that? I have ordered from this the place many many times. Their product has always been great but it takes customer service to enhance the overall experience. John, thanks for the full refund but you have lost a customer forever. I hope none of your other customers have to go through what I did. read more

Fantastic! I went on a friday evening, and the staff was very polite, made small talk with the customers, and promptly executed my order. I got the thin crust Meat Mania and the bone in hot wings. The wings were JUMBO and juicy with the perfect amount of heat, and the pizza was super meaty and crispy at the same time. The box it comes in is a bonus too. It's a superior pizza box, which I think keeps the pizza warmer longer, with a grease mat on the bottom to eliminate soggy dough. Keep it up, Rosati's! read more

The Rosati's "10% OFF Online Order" doesn't work. Then I was argued with when I picked up my order while asking for an explanation. That's my last order with Rosati's, especially when there are better pizza options nearby that won't argue about a few bucks. And btw, I didn't receive the 10% off. read more

This Rosati's is the worst. We were so excited when we heard LF was getting this brand but with the exception of one order they get it wrong every time. I called tonight to let them know and they didn't offer to remake it or send a new one. They just said sorry we will let the cook know, next time hopefully it works out. Super annoying and they really don't care about the fact that they sent something no one wants to eat. I was told they would call back. Eventually the owner called back and didn't offer to remake the pizza that was wrong, he said he would 'make a note for the file.' There are plenty of great options in LF with customer service, we won't bother with this place again. read more

Ordered this pizza but crust was not like other Rosatis'. It was very thick and chewy. Needs to be much thinner. Pizza also could have had better taste, it seems to be lacking. We usually order from Bannockburn and like it. I am hoping they change their recipe as we do like having it close by. read more
