Pizza delivered entirely destroyed. All the cheese was slid over then I tried to call and they wouldn't answer.

Don't be fooled by my five star review, I had a poor experience. Who knew they stopped serving slices after 4 pm? I certainly did not! I get it... I do. I'm just really upset right now. Like it makes sense because I guess it's a lunch item but I'm typing this in the heat of the moment. So I ordered a pizza, but my heart feels heavy. Best of luck to all my fellow slice connoisseurs.

Definitely NOT Double Dough Pizza

I've been a returning customer of Rosati's Pizza in Libertyville for 10+ years. After being away in California I wanted my pizza fix! However, due to the lack of professionalism of staff & quality of pizza I will not be returning. I ordered a double dough pizza w/ two toppings. However, I received what appears to be a thin crust pizza. Also, when I received my order the soda was incorrect. The delivery guy seemed to not care that it was wrong, shrugging it off. After looks of confusion, as if we're crazy for wanting our right order, he said he'll be back in 15 minutes. That's when I saw the pizza was incorrect too. I knew the delivery guy was coming back with my soda. I called Rosati's to inform them that my pizza was incorrect. I honestly wasn't expecting anything at first. But the disrespectful manner that I was treated with made me change my mind quickly. Three different employees accused me of lying about the incorrect order. Then started taunting me after I asked for the difference for the items that I didn't receive. Mind you, my order was $50. So obviously getting double dough pizza with two toppings is pricy. I was then laughed at for recommending that. They didn't really care that I wasn't satisfied with my order & didn't care to resolve it. I don't think this review even begins to explain the level of disrespect I received. I wasn't looking for a free pizza or a full refund. I was not trying to get over on anyone. I just wanted an acknowledgement of wrong doing & simply try to fix the issue. Finally, one of the employees said, "what do you want then? A store credit? Fine, I'll give a store credit!" However, because of my experience & the fact that I paid $50 for mediocre pizza, I will not be a returning customer to Rosati's Pizza.

When I think of Franks For The Memories, I think of some of the best wings I've ever had. This was…read morethe first place where I truly experienced top tier wings, and funny enough, it all started with one random wing back in high school. I remember being at lunch one day when I ran into one of my friend's sisters and some of her friends. They had wings, and since the last time I checked our school definitely didn't sell wings, I jokingly asked what they were eating. They told me where they were from and let me try one. After I finished that wing, I immediately wanted another. I couldn't just ask for one, so instead I basically interrogated them. What's the name of the place? Where is it? How far away? To my surprise, Franks was only about 10 minutes away. The funny part is I didn't actually get to truly experience Franks until after high school. I had been a fan of wings for years, but I didn't really know what a great wing was yet. Looking back, I didn't realize how lucky I was that Franks was one of my first introductions to genuinely great wings. Fast forward about 15 years and I'm still eating them. I usually get Franks every two or three months, and recently I realized it had been a while. My order almost never changes. Two pounds of mild and two pounds of medium. I always order them to go, and even after the ride home, they still taste fresh and juicy. I usually start with the medium, and that first bite always reminds me why I keep coming back. You bite into tender, juicy meat followed by that crisp exterior and Buffalo sauce. Everything complements each other perfectly. You have tender chicken, crunch on the outside and sauce covering the entire wing. These aren't wings where you get one great bite followed by a section with barely any sauce. They are saucy, and I mean saucy. The medium sauce is probably my favorite. It has that peppery Buffalo flavor with a noticeable acidic tang and enough heat to make itself known. The acidity gives it a sharp Buffalo bite while the pepper and heat follow right behind it. Mix that with the juicy chicken and crispy exterior and it's a beautiful combination. Then you have the mild. The mild has a similar flavor, but the buttery taste comes through more. It's smoother and richer without losing what makes the sauce good. Sometimes the mild and medium sauces mix together, and those might be some of the best bites. You get the buttery richness from the mild mixed with the peppery, acidic kick and heat from the medium. It just works. That's what I love about these wings. They look simple. You might look at them and think you know exactly what you're about to get. Then you bite into one and realize there is nothing simple about the flavor. When I eat these wings, I'm genuinely at peace. I'll go out with cousins or friends, talk, joke around and enjoy the food together. With Franks, it doesn't matter. Eating these wings is an experience on its own. Once I start, I'm in my own little world enjoying every bite. The only bad part is knowing eventually I'm going to run out. I always make sure I have some left for the next day. If something tastes this good, why experience it only once when I can wake up knowing I still have Franks waiting for me? What might impress me most is the consistency. I've been eating these wings for around 15 years, and whether I think back five years, 10 years or 15 years, I know what I'm getting when I order Franks. I honestly can't remember a time when I finished their wings and walked away disappointed. After all these years, they still stand tall. They're juicy, tender, crispy, loaded with sauce and packed with flavor. The medium brings that peppery heat and acidic tang, while the mild brings that buttery richness. Are they the best wings I've ever had? They might be. These wings don't kid around.

Chili was really good but don't get the cheese on it. They're using the cheese you'd find cheesy fries. The texture on chili is not very good. I'd much prefer shredded cheese. Their hot dogs are great. All in all one of the better hot dog joints but their wings didn't live up to the hype.

Moving back to a positive note, the front of house (owner's wife) staff we interacted with was extremely warm and friendly. It left a lasting impression, and we can't wait to come back! Reviewing Tonality also documents this in my Yelp diaries so I can remember the name of this place and where it is for future reference! Now back to the food... Note the soba bowl is served cold (cold noodles). It was prepared expertly with the sesame ahi tuna and roasted broccoli. I'm drooling thinking about it. Also on the recommend list is the Bavarian pretzel appetizer (with hearty, grainy mustard) and Australian wagyu burger. Oh yes, and the pork belly appetizer was very fatty and flavorful. I'm glad I took pictures of everything to jog my memory. My girls liked the grilled cheese, but didn't care for the mac and cheese, surprisingly, I think due to the sharpness of the cheese used. We walked in on a Saturday evening, and luckily didn't have to wait for a table. It was definitely lively and packed in all rooms! Will be back!

They are a Seoul based international Korean fried chicken chain restaurant that serve delicious fried chicken. In my visit to this establishment, I ordered the eight (8) count of their Wings of Fire sauce fried chicken wings as I was in the mood for something pretty spicy. I asked if the wings could be made saucy and crispy, and I was told that they made them in just one way. Since the wings are freshly made to order, I was informed that there would be about 15 - 20 minutes wait before order pick-up. That wasn't a problem for me. My order was ready as informed. I had my wings soon after pick-up while they were hot and fresh. The wings looked super delicious and tasted as such as well. They were saucy, crispy, and meaty. Their flavor was very good, and the spice level was too my liking. The Wings of Fire sauce was finger licking good. Yum! I couldn't get enough of it. The wings hit the spot. It was money well spent. I loved them. Although I don't eat much breaded chicken these days, I world certainly go back here to try other sauces based wings. If you haven't checked out this establishment, then definitely give them a try or more.

I thoroughly enjoy the seasonal decor, adding whimsical fun to the experience of dining here. The dark pub vibes are refreshing in our modern world washed with millennial gray. Oktoberfest menu was in place at the time, and I ordered the beer balls, which were meatballs over a beer onion soup and farro bean mixture, with dollops of sour cream. It was delicious , but even better as leftovers honestly. With an extra side of sour cream it really hit the spot. My family was very satisfied with their dishes. We did bring a cake to celebrate with the contingency of a $25 fee added by the restaurant. Given that we were paying $25 just to have the cake served to us, I was disappointed that I had mentioned the cake to our server and she said she would take care of it, but it sat on our table, taking up space and serving as a visual obstacle until we had to ask our server directly to take the cake away to refrigerate it while we ate. I understand that the fee does factor in serving the cake, providing candles and extra plate ware for us to consume it on, but I would assume that taking it from the table would have been a minimum expectation, without having to be prompted. I had expected higher quality service around that aspect of the experience. Despite the cake situation, this is a place I will continue to dine at whether it's for a small table or another birthday party. It has a great food selection and interior vibe.
