Rosari's has a real location! They used to be out of food truck and can now find them in a little building where they used to part their truck. Hands down best pupusas in town. What I love is as a busy mom I can order online and pick then up when they're ready. They have tons of choice and you can take your pick from flour or corn pupusa. We personally love the corn mixta, asada, and pork and cheese. Dont forget to add hot sauce and curtido! read more

I've driven past this food truck for the past year and finally taken the time to stop by and I was not disappointed. My family on the east coast lives in an area with a large Central American population and I've been searching for pupusas like those from home here in Lincoln and I've finally found some really great ones! I ordered some pupusas de chicharrón con queso and a torta de asada con jamón estilo Guatemalteco, and it was great, super tasty. The torta was crispy and crunchy from the bread and had so many layers and was oozing out and very messy but one of my favorite tortas I've ever had, very filling for a bigger guy like me. The pupusas were pretty good! They reminded me a lot of home and were super cheesy and not super greasy, I kinda wish there was more chicharrón but besides that, pretty solid for a pupusa in Lincoln, they're kinda hard to come by here in town. I also got an horchata and it was really tasty and refreshing and went well with the torta and pupusas. So overall, if you have seen the food truck next to the Jiffy Lube and have been curious about it, you should absolutely stop by here. Also some other review said the service was not good, I completely disagree, the ladies were really sweet and helpful and they took the time to explain things to me about the torta. It's a legit food truck. They have papusas here, which is a selling point. Getting the burrito now will pass judgement later. The papusas are great, greasy heavy food so be warned. They also have street corn by the cup, to quote Borat, very nice. Haven't tried the tacos. I will though and the rating could be significantly affected depending on how they are. A good food truck can't have bad tacos. read more

The best pupusas in Lincoln! I love this food truck and everything I've ever ordered there (which has been a good chunk of the menu) has been absolutely delicious. They're in the Jiffy Lube parking lot at 33rd and O, you can't miss it. If the awning is up, they're open! Definitely stop by and order one of everything! read more
