It's my favorite burger-- on or off the mountain! Oh and the fries (with the homemade ranch) are delicious. If you are visiting and looking for a spot on the mountain to check out, this is the place!

Beverages and desserts are included in the price. And the staff is very attentive and friendly. It's so nice to have a low stress dining option onsite. Plus, there is a bar and tavern in the back if you want something smaller. Tip for dinner: save room for dessert. It's a small selection, but hits the spot for post dinner treat. Tip for breakfast: don't wait until the end of the dining time to get what you want from the buffet, the staff starts clearing the buffet items about 15-20 minutes before last seating and they won't refill some items.

Despite the older demographic, there's still a sizable group of younger, creative, and social folks looking for something to do. Sure, you could be satisfied with a '70s rock cover band for the 100th time in the village, but if not, then Dogwood has the potential to be the go-to spot if it just puts in a bit more effort. The last event listed on your website was in 2019. The last Instagram post was over two months ago, and the one before that was for New Year's Eve. With that kind of minimal effort in promoting and programming, it's no surprise the vibe is lacking. If Dogwood committed even 50% effort to curating consistent experiences and letting people know about them, I believe it could be one of the best spots on the mountain. Come on guys, my 94-year-old grandmother could do a better marketing job than you, and she barely knows how to use the internet. If you do better, you will be better!
