I went to this brewery to attend a Yelp Elite Event and I got hooked. They have huge and great selection of beers and each and every beer they have is exceptional. They have a very unique name for brewery and beers. These beers do justice to the name. They have a small beautiful patio at front and on the side they have window for quick to go purchases. Every beer I have tried here so far is incredible and very refreshing. The ones which I really love from this place are Reminiscence : the Mexican lager, Normopathy pilsner and Truth Serum : Flagship IPA. My all time favorite is Reminiscence. If you are around in this area I will recommend this awesome brewery!!

First time dining in here. Have picked up beers before to go and have never been disappointed. They have great selection and the menu rotates so something you like may not be there next time because of popularity. Came to have food and beers recently. We had a pizza (I can't remember which one for the life of me), garlic knots and then the kimchi fries that we added the chicken to. Really liked the pizza. It's for that wood oven type of vibe. Food was good. Definitely wouldn't say the karage is authentic Japanese but still good. Ordered a stout and a sour both good in their own ways. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Their kitchen is currently operating Wednesday- Saturday. This is a cute venue with 6 patio tables. I got two of their beers to go (via Yelp Elite). Wasn't able to order any food since their kitchen isn't open on a Tuesday. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable on their overall menu. Would most likely come back if I'm hanging out at the beaches. Their food menu seems reasonably priced.

Wow !!! I picked up Heresey for the first time to try and I regret I did not have a chance to try their previous series. I have never had beer with so much fruit pulp!! I loved loved every sip of it. It was like drinking freshly squeezed juice (with alcohol) I poured & squeezed beer in glass until I did not get a single drop. The one I tried was 7%, super thick smooth sour HERESY with passionfruit & pineapple Cannot wait to try their upcoming series.

Great service and crowd, friendly and accommodating. As a wheelchair user, I would say it works. It's a busy space, but the width between tables is sufficient for a manual chair. I did not require an accessible washroom while I was there, but my partner did and had to go downstairs. Great cold beer! The patio looks like a place I'd visit frequently in the summer.

We patronized Rorschach Brewing Company while on our trip to Toronto. They don't do flights but will provide free samples. At first we sat farther from the bar and didn't get any service. When we moved to the bar up front we were served right away. The food were interesting and very good, including a kimchi fries and pierogi bites. We stayed with appetizers and they were very satisfying. My wife also enjoyed her Cesar salad. Out of the beers, we liked one of their sours, and they had something unique, a horchata flavored lager which was light and well rounded. We left with T-shirts and a smile.

I came here because of the yelp elite event. Thank you yelp for showing me this place or else I would've never discovered this place. Beautiful little patio in the front. On the side an easy access for quick purchases. I was able to try the hedonism beer. Oh my goodness this is the best tasting sour beer I ever had! I love the fruity profile and it's not that sour where I have to make a pucker face when I drink it. It's incredibly light tasting despite it being a 6.9 percent beer. I also had the opportunity to try the truth serum it was hoppy and goes down smooth! Check it out of you're in the beaches area.

A handful of years after my first review an update. We cycled past Rorschach today since we were in the east end and picked up a couple of Truth Serums and a couple of Vagabonds. We took them to a rubble rebar beach over in Tommy Thompson Park and drank them baking in the sun. Perhaps it was just because it was our first and we were thirsty but Truth Serum was super delicious. A hoppy frothy IPA that stands up to the best of them (Life in the Clouds, Shumei, etc). Vagabond was a little more smooth but terrific none-the-less. Highly recommended if you like the double-dry hopped IPAs.

(Drank 09/10/25 WE @11:30am): I was heading eastbound and down to get to this brewery!…read more Eastbound Brewing Co. was the fifth brewery on this Toronto trip. If you knew me, I always researched for any breweries that may be near wherever I was traveling. Founded in 2017 by husband and wife, Dave Lee (brewmaster) and Tara Lee (head chef) along with three other partners, with the simple idea: make great beer and serve it with great food - no compromises. In 2024, it evolved to include Eastbound Cantina - a full Tex-Mex kitchen inside the brewpub. Would my trip eastbound from Corktown brew up some good drinking times!? PURCHASE(S) Eastbound Brewing Co. Backpacker Golden Ale Blonde Beer 16floz Draft ($8.00CAD): Golden amber color, honey malty aroma, low body, fruity honey malty flavor, crisp smooth finish, and honey malty aftertaste. This was my favorite in the bunch. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=1296&select=kmB1G3-nfqUnxuedVhV_SQ Mac & Cheese + w/Pimiento Cheese ($9.00CAD + $2.00CAD): Housemade 3-cheese sauce, corkscrew pasta, and garlic breadcrumb, each bite of chewy smooth pasta with the crunch of breadcrumbs paired with a slightly spicy creamy cheese was pure bliss. Logo Sticker ($4.00CAD): I loved stickers and commonly placed them on the walls of other breweries. Eastbound Brewing Co. The Ocho Anniversary IPA Beer 16floz Draft ($8.75CAD): Golden amber color, hoppy piney aroma, low body, fruity hoppy piney flavor, clean finish, and slight hoppy aftertaste. Taco Of The Month Rancho Seca Beef Barbacoa Taco ($8.00CAD): Beer-braised beef barbacoa, pickled cabbage, avocado crema, salsa seca, and radish cress on a corn tortilla, the tender meat was heavenly marinated with an outstanding crema. El Diablo Del Mar Taco ($7.00CAD): Blackened rockfish, pineapple salsa, cabbage slaw, and pea shoots on a corn tortilla, this was a crispy light nicely-charred piece of fish with a tropical touch from the pineapple salsa. Eastbound Brewing Co. El Camino Mexican Lager Beer 16floz Draft ($8.00CAD): Golden amber color, citrusy malty aroma, low body, citrusy malty flavor, crisp smooth finish, and citrusy malty aftertaste. SERVICE A kind female and male behind the counter as I entered and grabbed a stool at the bar. The male gave me a rundown on the beers while the female had more information on the food. I settled in, placed my orders, and each item came out quickly. As the lunch crowd slowly started coming in, I departed and went to the next brewery - cheers! PARKING (Varied; N/A this instance): This was outside from the Toronto International Film Festival area, so I simply walked from where I was staying. Otherwise, there were spots along the many main and surrounding streets, some nearby structures, numerous public transportation options, and rideshares - 'nuff said! ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A bright clean long spacious floorplan with a long bar, tons of tables throughout, arcade and board games towards the back, and visible brewing tanks. A decent amount of natural lighting came through the front windows and doors while electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were several muted TVs while indie rock music played in the background. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&start=1296&select=4PK3qoGE8ioip_AT0qyVNA ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Eastbound Brewing Co. was incredible, and I wished they had t-shirts for sale! They had a very good selection of beers on tap and a full bar while the menu options were wonderful. The beers, food, prices, and service were on point! They also had a happy hour (TU-FR 4pm-6pm) and other weekly drink/food promotions. I found complete value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $61.00CAD BEFORE any discounts/tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... As always, my friend and I shared beers; we ordered 2 choices, an IPA and an Amber Red Ale, both of which were quite good. This was our 3rd visit to the Brewery; our 1st visit was part of a Riverside Crawl featuring local businesses providing drink samples; we were given a tour and beer samples. At our 2nd visit shortly before X-Mas 2019 we sat and shared beers at the bar. The Brewery has specials/discounts and trivia Events and is a nice addition to the neighbourhood.

For a retirement gift, my boss had bought $50 gift certificates to six micro breweries in Guelph, which has been great. We've had dinner at some, but at others, I have just bought cans of beer to go (usually I put in a bit more cash and get 18 cans). This place must not have had a proper gift certificate, because I just had a "pint card" (4 beers value - $34) and the balance was rung up as 2 X 473mL lagers, for about $50. I explained to the server that I was sure this was meant to represent a $50 gift card and she said it was just a pint card and my boss must have drank the two tall boys there (while touring around Guelph to get gift cards at 2pm). Anyway, I finally took the 4 cans, which were $34 plus tax, although for $30, you could get 6 cans. I'm probably going on too long about this, but I feel like I was ripped off and this is my only way to deal with it, emotionally. Anyway, I will never go back there again, and please, never buy a gift certificate from this establishment.

The bartender was the only person on the floor and she was very friendly. Her service was great and we enjoyed the pop punk collection she had playing the whole time we were dining in. We ordered some drinks and for food we shared a chicken club on sourdough and a Reuben. The food did take quite a long time to come out even though we were the only ones who ordered food at the time. The chicken itself was ok, a bit bland but had some good toppings and was well toasted. We had fries with this sandwich and it was very well fried and it came in a huge portion. The Reuben was ok, instead of the tangier russian dressing I'm used to this one was more straight mayo based so the flavors weren't what I was expecting. The marbled rye could have been buttered a little more when toasted as well. The amount of meat that it came with though was great and quite hefty. Both sandwiches also came with coleslaw and a pickle spear. The slaw was vinegar based and cut through the heaviness of the meat. I wish the pickle was more crispy though. All in all, a relaxed spot for lunch with good drink but ok food.

It was quiet and enjoyable. We ordered all 8 beers off the menu for the flight and some chips and guacamole which came out pretty quickly. I thought I would have really enjoyed the peach radler and the cream ale, neither were as sweet as I thought they would be and not what I would consider a peach radler or a cream ale. I did really enjoy their premium lager and their red ale. I definitely enjoyed here more than the brewery itself, mainly cause the service was much better and the staff was friendly.
