Collector arts is such a unique spot. The inside has a hipster artsy vibe, a the staff is so personable. This is our second time (one year apart) and they remembered who we were and were so accommodating. We did not eat here today, but we will be back as their menu sounded outstanding.

Collective Art is a local craft brewery in Ontario Toronto. They specialize in a lot of fruity beers, sour or cider. I find their beer less barfy tastying/ hoppy tastying. They are not bad. You can find their beers on sale at LCBO. Also their cans are very artistically eye catching.

The collective arts brewery/brewpub on Dundas really is a pleasure to visit, especially in a fair weather season. First, the beer. Every beer I get from CA is guaranteed to be a winner. If see their beer on a menu, that's an instant selection. In particular, their NE IPAs always have the right balance of murky, dank, juicy excellence. And if you stop by the Dundas location you'll have all the beers at your disposal in a fun space. Fortunately, when I visited, it was summer and I was able to enjoy their chill patio. And chill it was on a hot summer day, nicely shaded (at least in the middle of the afternoon.) However, the inside space looks cool too, and either way the staff are all great people. Looking forward to stopping by again next time I'm in Toronto. Cheers.

Super fun, bright place with friendly servers. We ordered at the bar and then sat outside since we had a dog with us. I love that they are pet friendly. They had ice water available by the door, and their gins were amazing! I think the Holiday one was my favorite, but they were all delicious. The gin flight comes with an ice bucket with garnishes to choose from and either tonic or sparkling water to pair with them. They do offer some food, but we weren't hungry at the time. They also have a large area downstairs for group events. Check it out!

Yesterday 7 friends and myself met here for what was my 1st visit. Being a nice day, we of course wanted to be seated on their side patio and we were able to get 2 tables for 4 people each at the far south end of the patio. Funky music was playing while we were there and I ordered 2 beers: their Rituals and Reverence and their Blueberry, Chocolate, Coffee & Vanilla Sour; the former was an IPA and the latter self-describing by the name, though I found vanilla to be the dominant flavour. Both beers were very nice and flavourful. I didn't order any food so can't really comment much on their eats but I think all of my friends did and they have a wide variety of starters and meals, etc. on offer. Though the service was kind of slow at times, our servers were very informative and pretty friendly. The patio became fairly full while we were there, with people waiting at times at the patio entrance for seats either outside or in. Overall we had a quite enjoyable experience and I hope to make it back before long.

Their patio ft. an awesome and giant mural.

Beer and art: what else does one need? As a local visual artist, I truly appreciate Collective Arts and their on-going support for the community. Also, their beer cans are honestly the coolest and always so eye-catching. I couldn't wait to try out their new-ish brewery at Dundas and Markham. Their patio was lively, the staff was friendly, and I loved their small retail area in the front. Can't wait to go back again.

I've visited the Hamilton location in the past but never this one. We were in the area so decided to stop in for a flight. We were able to get the last table on the covered patio close to a heat lamp. There was seating inside as well but it's a small space. Our server was so kind and helpful and answered all of our detailed questions. I enjoy beer but I don't reach for it often these days so I'm very thankful for the guidance and professionalism here. I really liked their Oktoberfest Festbier which is described as "A dark golden brew, it has all the hallmarks of the style, a strong pale larger - light, dry and full bodied". I wasn't a huge fan of the watermelon mint or the garage project (a dark beer with hints of pinot noir and coffee). In the words of our server "don't drink beer you don't like" - we were hesitant to ask him to swap these out but he was quick to replace garage project with the Connecting the dots DIPA. We loved it. It was fruity and fresh. For $14 for 4, 4oz beers paired with a great atmosphere, service, and friends, you really can't go wrong here.

Collective Arts is a Hamilton-based craft brewer. They brew small-batch beers on the premises as well as ciders, gins and cocktails. Collective Arts is known for their colourful cans through their collaborations with local artists. All their packaging is full of unique designs and patterns, and this storefront is no different. In addition to beer, they make their own gin, which they say contain 12-18 botanicals in each bottle. The interior is modern minimalist. You can come in and sit along their welcoming bar or order from their bottle shop to go, which also sells their branded merchandise. They also have a kitchen which serves up standard favourites such as tacos, fried chicken, and empanadas. On this visit, we sat on the patio and enjoyed a flight and a couple of their IPAs. I'm a big fan of their beers, and loved my experience here. All the beers were terrific and the staff were outstanding. We really enjoyed their playlist and looked for it on Spotify. Highly recommend a stop if you're in the area.

We ended up stopping by here on a whim on a Thursday night to try some of their gins. So excited that they have this downtown location. It also just looks so fun from the outside and I love that there's a bottle shop attached so you can try a few things and then bring a few or many things home. Our server was really friendly and on the ball. We both got a flight of gin. You have the option to get a fever tonic or a soda with it. You get to pick fortunes out of their five. Which makes it really hard part of me wishes that you could just do five. I love that it comes with the soda or tonic and it also comes with a cup that has ice in it some time an orange wedge a lemon wedge a lime wedge and some cucumber. It's so fun to be able to mix and match those with a different gins after you've tasted them to see what goes best. I do wish you got a couple slices of things instead of one of each but at the same time it was fun to have to make an executive decision on what would go where.

Open for retail and can service on the patio.

Collective Arts Brewers is a legend among Canadian craft beer. Not only for the beer, but also for the art and the attitude. The last brewery that was in this handy spot near Dunbat (Dundas and Bathurst) never did really take off and made some questionable brewing choices. Now we have a wonderful new business gracing this location with its spacious clean side lot patio and view of the CN tower. The freezers are choc full with beers, gin drinks, ciders and who knows what else. The bar looks amazing and reminds me of Otto's Bier Hall. For now the stock is from Hamilton but brewing is set to start next week right here. The basement has even more brewing equipment. If you're in the mood for a delicious brew with unmatched flavour and depth head to this patio. Today I'm enjoying Life in the Clouds DDH IPA 6.1% and my cost was around $6 including the $2 corkage fee etc etc so very reasonable. Cards only. Highly recommended.

Great to see them add Toronto. The Hamilton location also worth checking out. Nice corner unit with solid staff and great brewery/variety

This Toronto location for Collective Arts is excellent. In addition to being able to get the great brews CA creates in Hamilton they produce a changing selection of unique one of beers. I got a flight of four beers and enjoyed all of them. The spot is cozy and you get to see the brewing equipment. Would recommend picking up their craft cocktails in a can to go as well.

I always sought out breweries to visit wherever I traveled, and they were the lucky winner on my brewery exploration. Old Flame Brewing Co. was founded by Jack Doake in 2013 and named after its flagship Port Perry location, a historic building that experienced two previous fires. Doake, a serial entrepreneur, was inspired by dissatisfaction with macro lagers and a desire to brew quality traditional German lagers, a focus that led to multiple awards, including being recognized as the most awarded craft lager brewery in Canada. The brewery has been known for its commitment to preserving the history of its buildings while brewing high-quality lagers.
