Frank is a master plumber. He came out the same day I called even though he had a bunch of other calls. He picked up and installed a new water heater expertly. He even went the extra mile to completely clean out the cabinet. He also explained to me all the parts and how to take care of it so I don't have to call him for simple fixes I can do myself. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need. He is fairly priced and breaks down his pricing so there is no mystery. You get great value for what you pay for. Thanks again Frank! read more

I needed our water heater fixed, I called a few places who all seemed very unorganized and couldn't get a same day apt so I saw rooty rooter had good reviews and gave him a call. He quoted a price over the phone, arrived at our house by 10:45 AM, immediately assessed the problem (we had a clogged kitchen sink)... and then got to work. In less than an hour Frank was able unclog the sink and solve the problem that was putting our Sunday and holiday on pause (and did it communicating what he was doing the whole time). I had a clogged shower drain. Called on a Saturday night after I got a quote from a different company. The first company told me they had to jackhammer my bathroom floor as he suspected a pipe leak. He even followed up the next day to make sure it was draining right. He saved me thousands of dollars. 10/10 would recommend read more

Sewage line clogged up the night before Super Bowl Sunday. Perfect timing. Scanned Yelp for rooter guys and Frank here was solid 5-stars across the board. Gave him a call, he asked a few quick questions and was out here within an hour. Ran the auger over the area where there was blockage multiple times until he felt no more obstruction. Most guys just snake it once and bolt. A little more expensive than some of the others, but worth it to have it done right. read more

I called Frank in a panic last week after I came home and there was water flooding my kitchen sink! He immediately asked if I was in an apartment building and if there was a unit above me and when I said yes he told me to run upstairs to tell my neighbor to turn off their sink. He was right on because as soon as my neighbor stopped running their sink water the flooding in my sink stopped too. Fred came within the hour and snaked the pipes and cleared the blockage. He was so friendly, great demeanor and was nice enough to lay down a tarp and clean up afterwards. He only charged me $150 which I thought was a great deal for all of the work that he did. He seems like a very honest guy and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber in the Valley. He is also super knowledgable and has been doing this for years! read more

My kitchen sink was clogged and when I called Frank, he was very nice over the phone. He sounded like he knew what was going on and he agreed to come over right away to fix it. When Frank arrived, I was all frazzled but he was so nice and reassured me that he would have the problem sorted out in no time. He ended up having to take apart the pipes to run a snake and all that. It was very yucky and messy but, thankfully, he came prepared with a tarp and all. He even cleaned up the whole area afterwards! He's better than most house guests! Ha ha ha! After the job was successfully repaired, I was told I had some leaky pipes that Frank had patched up.....without extra charge! He was nice enough to give me the option to think about replacing all the pipes later when I could afford it. I highly recommend Frank - he is professional, honest, reasonable in price and reliable. Thanks Frank! You rock! read more

RESCUED BY ROOTY ROOTER. I SAVED THOUSANDS $$$$$$$$. The shortest version is, that after a "free" exploratory video (from a company that came to unclog the toilet) they reported our main sewer line had a chronic problem, a lag (sunken pipe) 5-7 ft long, deep underground close to the property line. I was told at the time that this repair could run anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000 depending on permits, job length and possibly a street closure!! So I called in other experts and obtained 3 quotes. They ranged from $9,000 to $18,000. Then I remembered Frank/ Rooty Rooter who had worked here in the past. Frank came twice to do his extensive diagnosis, returning with more equipment to locate pipes and electrical lines. His experienced and honest assessment was simple. The pipe was not causing a problem and was functioning perfectly. He is the most ethical, thorough and honest plumber. A TRUE MASTER OF HIS CRAFT read more

Quick response, professional solution. We needed quick help with a backed up bathroom toilet and sink which would not relent to plungers and drano. Frank showed up in less than an hour, and cleared the sewer line from the bathroom to the septic tank. He also found obstructions in the internals of the toilet, which he told us was restricting the flush of the toilet, and allowing sludge to build up in the sewer line.We had had several previous episodes with this bathroom, so we asked him to clean the line with a hydro-jet apparatus. He recommended that we replace the toilet with a hard-flushing model, which I did myself after Frank left. Highly recommended. read more

Frank was such a help with a great attitude. He showed up fast and was determined to clear up the blocked up pipe in our house. Rooty Rooter is great! read more

Frank is awesome. i tried to change out a kitchen faucet and it didn't work so frank came over and saved the day.

Use Rooty Rooter! I called when my 90 year old mothers garbage disposal quit and Frank the owner said "I'll be there within the hour", he came quicker than one hour, was professional, and skillfully replaced not only the disposal, but went the extra yard by installing a new collar ring that goes on the top of the sink because the old one was rusty. He could have left it but it was better with it. He also gave my mom a senior discount. Good work, nice guy, use Rooty Rooter today! read more

A hidden gem! Frank came out the day after my call, and worked his behind off snaking and hydro jetting my VERY clogged exterior pool drains. I had thought that there was DE plugging up 3 of the drains that took forever to dry up, but Franks started with the snake, and was able to show me the HUGE amount of roots that were in the main! He worked for more than 5 hours both snaking and then hydro jetting all of the 11 exterior drains, and THEN he pulled up all the drain covers and actually dug the dirt and muck out of them! He then put all of that muck and the roots and everything into my "green" bin, and left the entire area clean and ready for the rain - which came the very next day! All is draining very well at long last, and I couldn't be more pleased! Frank was grinning and happy every time I looked at him, he truly enjoys helping people. His knowledge and skill in his field are excellent, and his prices are excellent for the work he puts in. I would never hesitate to call him again, or to recommend him to anyone I know! Thank you again, Frank! read more

I couldn't be more pleased. Frank, the owner of Rooty Rooter arrived on time. He was clean shaven, smelled good and had a smile on his face. He set to work immediately. In no time he solved a problem-main drain--that had stymied several other fims. At no time did he attempt to upsell me. He worked hard and, from what I could see, smart. I recommend this man and this firm without reservation. I wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.. read more

Frank saved our hides. When our landlord refused to send an emergency plumber on a night when all our toilets were leaking and sewage was backing into our bathtubs, Frank came in the middle of the night, climbed up into our roof, and cleared our main line. He's a true expert and also explains what he's doing every step of the way. He's personable, charges a reasonable price for his services, and cleans up after he finishes working, which has not been my experience with most plumbers. In fact, we were so impressed by his service, we hired him back a few days later to stick a camera down our drain and make us a DVD of the inside our our pipes to show to our landlord. Thanks, Frank! read more
