Sewage line clogged up the night before Super Bowl Sunday. Perfect timing. Scanned Yelp for rooter guys and Frank here was solid 5-stars across the board. I called Frank in a panic last week after I came home and there was water flooding my kitchen sink! He immediately asked if I was in an apartment building and if there was a unit above me and when I said yes he told me to run upstairs to tell my neighbor to turn off their sink. My kitchen sink was clogged and when I called Frank, he was very nice over the phone. He sounded like he knew what was going on and he agreed to come over right away to fix it. When Frank arrived, I was all frazzled but he was so nice and reassured me that he would have the problem sorted out in no time. RESCUED BY ROOTY ROOTER. I SAVED THOUSANDS $$$$$$$$. The shortest version is, that after a "free" exploratory video (from a company that came to unclog the toilet) they reported our main sewer line had a chronic problem, a lag (sunken pipe) 5-7 ft long, deep underground close to the property line. I was told at the time that this repair could run anywhere from $10,000 to $50,000 depending on permits, job length and possibly a street closure!! So I called in other experts and obtained 3 quotes. Quick response, professional solution. We needed quick help with a backed up bathroom toilet and sink which would not relent to plungers and drano. Frank showed up in less than an hour, and cleared the sewer line from the bathroom to the septic tank. He also found obstructions in the internals of the toilet, which he told us was restricting the flush of the toilet, and allowing sludge to build up in the sewer line.We had had several previous episodes with this bathroom, so we asked him to clean the line with a hydro-jet apparatus. A hidden gem! Frank came out the day after my call, and worked his behind off snaking and hydro jetting my VERY clogged exterior pool drains. I had thought that there was DE plugging up 3 of the drains that took forever to dry up, but Franks started with the snake, and was able to show me the HUGE amount of roots that were in the main! He worked for more than 5 hours both snaking and then hydro jetting all of the 11 exterior drains, and THEN he pulled up all the drain covers and actually dug the dirt and muck out of them! He then put all of that muck and the roots and everything into my "green" bin, and left the entire area clean and ready for the rain - which came the very next day! All is draining very well at long last, and I couldn't be more pleased! Frank was grinning and happy every time I looked at him, he truly enjoys helping people.
