For a to-go order, the packaging and speed are reliable, which is a major plus when you're on a tight lunch schedule. However, the main issue is the overall value. While the food is fine, it feels a bit expensive for the portion sizes. It's a solid, dependable choice if you need a healthy lunch in a pinch, but it doesn't quite earn that five-star recommendation from me.

The portion was was large which was nice, but I usually finish mine when it's not so salty. The guacamole on top was barely edible. I also noticed that here, they put a large amount of the dressing on top; at the Park City location, they put the dressing on the side. The place was nice and spacious, the staff was nice, and the service was fast. The food did look quite fresh behind the counter. I think that if they can nail the details like the dressing on the side and the saltiness, they will do great. Overall, I'm very glad that a Vessel Kitchen is finally open in the Provo/Orem area!
