He had me looking all over the house for the main gas line. You would think that a professional would have no problem identifying where the main gas line is located. Finally, he called the Gas Company to report I was not getting gas. The people from Center Point arrived 10 minutes later removed and replaced 1 CSA ball value. Problem solved. No charge. He said I got played by Godby and feel the same way. I began research'n plumbers...RRP stood out in every search. After speak'n w/Jason during our consult, I was really impressed w/his genuine approach to giving me options, including install'n the parts I already had. I chose to replace the WH...my unit was quite old & I'd repaired the same parts a few times before. The price Jason quoted me was right on point w/my research & he didn't upsell but suggested some things that would be of benefit to me. I had a tub drain that was draining slowly and had 24-7 come out, I could tell that this was just a drain stopper clogged up with hair. Steve told me the stopper was seemed stuck and he wouldn't be able to do any work unless I approved the estimate which stated "Clear clog with no drain machine" for $288! I questioned them about the service fee. It does not include any service - They should call it an estimate fee. I had a handyman come out and he took out the stopper and cleaned the hair there. It works great. I wouldn't be disappointed if they just took 10 mins to clean out the hair. Jason L from 24-7 Plumbing stated they waived the $89 fee on his response to my review. But that did not happen. I tried calling to confirm but no one has returned my calls. It's not honest to say something here in this forum and not do it.

I highly warn those considering the services of this business to save themselves a nightmare and…read morenot use their services. In October of last year (2025) I asked for an estimate to fix a leak in the kitchen. I had no idea where the leak was coming from. Some rep named Bobby came over and went through an elaborate explanation of the "high-tech" methods they used to find a leak. So he had me sign a form that he stated was a simple explanation of what their services offered and that I would use their services if my insurance company agreed with the estimate. He then brought in a small device that he said was state-of-the-art in detecting leaks. He put on a pair of headphones and used a suction cup-type device to listen for a leak. Shortly, he stated he found the problem. It was a leak under the slab and he offered me to listen. I told him whatever, it sounded like a leak, but I'm no expert! He then gave me a vague invoice for $3000! I told him this was going to be submitted to an insurance company that required services to be thoroughly explained. He came back with another invoice that wasn't really that much better in explaining why the services were that much. I told him I would contact them when I got in touch with the insurance adjuster. He then stood up over me and stated he couldn't leave my home without collecting $550 for the services rendered in finding the leak. I told him he never mentioned those fees to me and he continued to state he couldn't leave until he got the money. Now imagine, someone in your living room threatening not to leave unless they get some money! It was really getting ready to get nasty until we got a supervisor on the phone who apparently advised him to leave and told me to contact them when I was ready to get the work done. Later I found out the leak was actually coming from a downstairs toilet with a leaking tank that was oozing under the flooring. So then I contacted Pristine the next day to cancel the contract per Indiana law. The company has been harassing me ever since still trying to say I owe them $550 for a service that was a fraudulent attempt to extort money for a service that wasn't even correct! This was the worst nightmare that I have ever encountered with a company. I shared it so you won't have to endure what I did. I believe that high-pressure tactics like this should be against the law!
