We have not had good luck with plumbers in the past and have been hoping to find a good one. A few months ago we had a leak start in the main house overflow valve. Water was running down the driveway and especially during a drought, this was a bad thing. We called Rooter Doc of Los Angeles after trying several others who were not available or wanted $100 to just look at the issue. Vic of Rooter Doc had me text a photo of the problem and showed up the next day and fixed the issue quickly for a very reasonable cost. I was particularly impressed by the time he took to clean up and make sure we were happy. Last week we had a leak in our den ceiling and drywall coming down. I called Vic and again, he came out the next day. He fixed the problem for less than I expected, and again did a great clean up job even beyond the part caused by the repair. I was befuddled for months by a significant leak my parents had at their house apparently due to a solar tankless water heater that they had installed on their roof. The house we bought had old pipes in the front part of the house, and we started having extremely low water pressure in the kitchen sink.
