I have used Victor at Reckon and Reckon for years. He is always on time and takes care of everything I have needed politely and affordably. Last week I had him out to fix a drip in the Pool filler valve. He turned it on and let it run for a minute then turned the valve off. The leak stopped. We waited a second to see if it was just a delay but there was no drip. I told him he healed it with a touch. I told him to charge me for a service call and he said, "No, I didn't do anything". I said "you fixed it." He would not give me an invoice. I don't know any of the other plumbers at Reckon and Reckon but If they are as nice and competent as Victor, this company is a winner. My property manager recommended this company after my partner tried to mount our tv and ended up hitting a water line. It was Labor Day weekend, so wasn't sure we'd get a response, but I called and left a message, and received a call back I believe within an hour or less. I was quoted a price over the phone. Victor came out, and arrived at the time he gave. He replaced and soldered the copper pipe, and ensured that all was working properly before leaving. Price was as quoted, but we did find a coupon on the company website, so saved $30. We realized, after he left and I showered that there was a water pressure issue, he came back, and investigated the problem, and fixed that at no additional charge. The reviews are accurate, and although I hope we don't need them again, would definitely recommend them. By the way, they do not repair/replace dry wall or paint, but shared this information before coming out. read more
