My friend tried the country fried steak with sausage gravy and biscuits. It was delicious! It was classic in every way...white gravy, but tender steak, nice biscuits. My other friend tried the steak tip sandwich. The blue pig sauce on it was delicious (very savory), and the peppers and onions were chopped into small pieces...but the steak tips were not cut up...which made it difficult to bite through the steak tips.
