I'm actually so upset. DO NOT COME HERE. I was a walk in and just came in to clean up my eyebrows. There was only one lady working and not only did she completely destroy my eyebrows I've taken years to grow out by making them very thin, she also made them completely uneven! I thought I would get over it being more thin than I'm used to but I can't even look at them without getting upset. Also, there are parts of my eyelid that are very irritated and even cut/ sensitive when I washed my face (see red circle). I've never had such a horrible experience. Eyebrows are so important and I'd expect people who thread to know that. I don't know what I was thinking by not reading reviews beforehand. Thinning them out is one thing, but to completely not even make them even and presentable is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.

One eyebrow is skinnier than the other one she tried to go back and fix it, and I refuse to let her touch the other eyebrow this is a lesson learned for me ... I hate my eyebrows never coming back

I love this place my lady always hits me with the aloe vera cooling massage after ! Doesn't even charge me extra for my hairy ass brows.

I came here because I didn't want to make the drive to my regular eyebrow threading location in Garden Grove. I absolutely regret it. The vibes were already not great when I was the only one in the entire place with just one female threader. There was no cover on the headrest or any wiping down of the area beforehand. When I say that one eye brow was left so much thinner than the other, I am not exaggerating. And not just that, they are completely uneven. I am unable to fix them without going 90s thin. I get my eyebrows done so I don't have to worry about them when getting ready on a day-to-day basis. But now I had to go and purchase eyebrow products and will have to take the extra time in the morning to try and look like a normal person. I also got lip threading and was shocked by how rough the threader was being. I felt my skin getting very hot from how harsh she was pressing down. The thread even broke a couple of times from how rough she was being. Save your time and money and go to your regular eyebrow threading location.

Eyebrows always have perfect shape, giving my shape such glow and radiance.

My go-to eyebrow threading spot in Anaheim hands down. I've been going here now for 3 years since I moved here. Quick walk-in service, affordable prices ($8 for eyebrows, $5 for upper lip), reliable (she remembers how I like them shaped and they have always looked good!). During COVID-19, the staff has been very cautious and has been wearing N-95 masks, sanitizing the salon. Thanks for not making me look like Frida Kahlo, and rather giving me such a fleek, gorgeous look!

My old go-to eyebrows spot was by my old office so I had to find a new spot to take care of my eyebrows. It's really hard to find a reliable spot but I went onto Yelp to search for one in my new radius. I found Roop Threading Salon relatively nearby and the prices looked reasonable so I decided to call in and make an appointment during my lunch time. However they do not take appointments. That was a bit discouraging but I still gave them a chance. I came in and asked for Deepa, since she had raving reviews. The place was empty when I came in so there was no wait. Deepa did a good job. She cleaned up my eyebrows and also pointed out that one side was growing out slighting thicker than the other so she evened them out. Good eye! The one thing about this eyebrow threading place compared to others is that they did not give that mini massage with the aloe vera to sooth the threading area and rub your temples. She just handed me a cotton ball with hazel-wart to close my pores. $8 for eyebrow threading and $2 for tip, so it was an easy $10. They also have a stamp card. 9 stamps and your 10th eyebrow threading free.

Came to this place since it's near work and I needed to get my eyebrows done. Overall clean place and short wait time. After the service I asked if there was a stamp card and the lady indicated there was not. Must be new management? Decent place, but since I was hoping to find a place that did the stamp card I will be continuing my search. read more

Lady that did my brows was super nice. I went on a Monday around 6:30- no wait. My lady was quick! (Which is nice for those who hate getting their eyebrows threaded as much as I do) 8 bucks for brows. They have a punch card to earn a free one. Not the best location for me in regards to my home, but when I'm in the area, I'll definitely be back. read more

I've been waiting to write this review just to make sure the service is consistent and YES! Deepa does an amazing job with my brows! I used to go to another spot in Anaheim but ever since i moved to Santa Ana i wanted to find somewhere local and thanks to yelp i found this hidden gem :) I am extremely picky with my brows and Deepa always cleans them up so well and exactly how i want them! I come here every 2 weeks for my brows to be threaded and once a month i will get my full face done too. What i like the most is that no matter how many ppl are waiting in line she still takes her time on me and never rushes the job like other places. I will be coming here as long as i live in Santa Ana :) read more

The best threading place in town. Best service, friendly environment and an amazing job done on eyebrows. Deepa is a professional in what she does and she does a great job doing my eyebrows and waxing. She is so nice and friendly and I always have a great experience going to her for my eyebrows and waxing. Also, the prices are so reasonable that I always end up paying a good amount of tip because I think that for the job she does, she deserves much more. This is truly a hidden gem! I was in the Starbucks (which are in the same shopping center) and started looking up threading places, first I was confused since it says their are 2 in the same area but I drove back around the shopping center after leaving SB and found Roop, I was really hesitant going in for many reasons: 1. Sometimes it's so packed and their aren't enough threaders (usually 1 threader and many people are waiting and walking in) 2. I'm always hesitant trying new places, since I've moved back to California I really haven't found the "one" place that is my go to, I was going to a place on Katella but the woman hurt me so bad I couldn't bare to go back any longer! Not to mention when my eyebrows would grow out they would be uneven -___- I went in around noon and I'm glad I decided to give it a try because not only was the store empty but my eyebrows came out looking great with less the pain than the other shop! I didn't get the name of the woman who did my threading but she took lots of pride in her work and wouldn't finish until she and I myself was satisfied. She spent lots of time on my brows to get them even and cleaned up, I didn't feel rushed either! I'm really glad I came here and definitely will be coming back when I'm in the area! Been coming here since December and have been very satisfied! My eyebrows are shaped differently to begin with and am usually told they are hard to make even, but after coming here they have been even and I'm satisfied with the shape. There's usually only 1 lady here and since its new no long waits especially in the mornings. Also they have a reward card that after 10 visits you get the next eyebrow threading for free. read more

I came here because it's close to my job and Deepa was awesome :) my eyebrows came out nicely shaped and even, they even looked full which I appreciate cause I've had experiences where they were overdone at other places. Roop Threading is a great threading salon! The ladies are sweet & the service is quick and convenient. I trust them with my eyebrows--they know how to stay consistent with the eye shape, thickness. My skin is a bit sensitive so always gets red and some minor cuts afterwards at times, but they apply diff topical ointments that work well. Recommended to all my friends in the area! read more

Worst place to go. Although the lady was considerate and talked nicely, but she literally burnt my face with the wax. Probably she used body wax on the face and it was a nightmare. Highly not recommended. read more

This is my GO TO spot in Orange! The staff is great, very nice and very good at their jobs. I am always over the moon with my eyebrows, and the price is unbeatable ($8). I've gone almost every day of the week and there is usually never a wait! As soon as I walked in I was greeted with very friendly customer service. The place I previously went to over-threaded my eyebrows so I had let them grow out quite a bit. I forgot to ask the woman's name who helped me out, but she did a great job at shaping my brows. It's a great find since it's closer to my home and it's very reasonably priced. read more

I've been to many places in Orange to get my eyebrows threaded and all charge $10 and above for mediocre service. Just recently I went in to Roop Threading Salon on New Years Eve to give this place a chance since I read amazing reviews from other locations under this company. I was a walk-in yet as soon as I came in, I was helped by Doopa. She was extremely kind and sweet and had amazing customer service skills. This was the most relaxing and serene session I have ever had and she left my eyebrows so gorgeous! I will be definitely coming back for as long as Roop Threading Salon is in business. I've been to many threading salons before, but this one truly stands out! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly professional, attentive, and skilled: they listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The threading itself was quick, precise, and surprisingly gentle, no irritation afterward! I especially appreciated how clean and hygienic everything was, and how they took their time to ensure my brows were symmetrical and shaped to perfection. Whether you're new to threading or have been doing it for years, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommend to anyone looking for flawless brows and a relaxing experience. I visit Roop Threading Salon yesterday for their grand opening. They really did great work on my eyebrow. It came up nice clean and even. The place is very clean too. I would definately give 5 star to this place fir their amazing job. They do all waxing and henna tattoo to. I did my brazillian wax and it was painless and very clean. I reccomend this place to visit for all those who wanted to get their eyebrow look preety. read more

I've been coming here since it first opened and have gone back and will continue to go back! Deepa is amazing at what she does! It's hard to find someone I really like and is good at it. She's very friendly and has wonderful customer service! I go on my 30 minute lunch break and I have time to spare. Great customer service, clean, fast, great work. Can't ask for anything better! Not bad. Good prices. Thanks deepa. Great work! Threading is tight, seriously... Ouch! Beautiful brows. She keeps them thick N manicured, just the way I should look. Tip: Gotta know how u like your brows before you come in. & I like the actual thread Deepa uses, its good quality. This is my 2nd time here, brows only, last time was upper lip.
