I was very pleased with the service I received from Ken from Roof.net. I contacted several other roofers but Ken was the only one who responded in a timely manner, and was very professional throughout the entire process. The quoting, estimating, contracting was a breeze to do, and he was able to schedule something a few weeks out. With that said, there were some setbacks during the actual installation. His team left a pile of trash in my front yard, they didn't sweep up all the loose granules that came off the old roof, and they tore one of my window screens. I gave Ken a call immediately and he said he would make sure it all gets taken care of. He told me, "the homeowner should not have to do anything." He said his team would be back in the morning to blow away up the loose granules and haul the trash left at the bottom of my driveway. When I woke up the next morning, all the trash was gone, and I assume they swept up because I didn't hear them use any blowers. The window screen was fixed a few days later. He made things right again, even with the hiccups, which is why he still deserves 5 stars. He sent me photos of the finished roof, and before/after photos of where he had to replace the wooden panels due to rot/damage. I went into the attic a week or so later during a heavy rain storm and didn't see any leaks, so I believe it was a successful installation. I can rest easy knowing that there is a 10 year warranty on his work too. I will certainly use Ken and Roof.net for all roofing projects in the future. I moved into my first house 2 years ago and wasn't sure how old the roof was. I reached out to a larger and heavily advertised company for an assessment and estimate. We notice some leaks in our 26 year old 4000 sq foot mansard roof. On a Saturday morning we called 5 roofing companies. Only Ken Briesemeister at Roof.net picked up. We opted for a complete new roof and signed the contract Sunday morning. Five star reviews are pretty hard for me to give, four stars are an accurate representation most of the time, but Ken and his crew are solid and deserving. We needed a new roof after our homeowner's insurance said they weren't going to renew our policy. This place really knows what "customer service" means! Ken gave us a quick estimate and diagnosed the cause of our roof leak in less than 5 minutes due to his 40+ years of experience in this field. We got our quote in writing the same day. We usually like to ask around for 3 different quotes, but in the middle of our search (a few days after our quote from Ken) a huge rain storm was forecast for the weekend. The proposal was detailed and specified costs for additional materials that might be necessary once the existing shingles were removed and the condition of the underlying plywood could be assessed. The day of the job a large crew arrived on time and worked efficiently so the roof was completed before the day was over. The owner dropped by several times during the process to keep us apprised of the progress and any issues that had been discovered, including pictures and videos. They even removed two old satellite dishes and hauled them off and reconfigured a gutter to improve the esthetic. I first called the company about a year ago and Ken came out. I thought I was having some roof issues with leaks, Ken did some fixes, but told me my roof was on its way out the door.
