They were swamped with calls due to the weather, but he had a crew out to our house within a couple hours. They cleared the snow and ice from our roof and diagnosed the problem. The water stopped, thankfully. And they came back 2 days later to do the recommended repairs. Roofing issues and repairs for me are like taking your car to the mechanic. They tell me what the issues are and what it will take to repair, but I have no clue what they are talking about. All I can say is Eli was SUPER patient with all of our questions and concerns.
