We had the team at Roofing Wise perform some repairs on our roof recently. When their rep Eden came out to inspect our roof, he took the time and explained what he thought the problem was, and a solution to fix the problem. He also let us know they might find other problems once they started the repair, but would keep us posted as the worked. On the day we were scheduled to have the work done, the crew showed up on time ready to work. While doing the roof repair, they noticed the sealer around the roof pipes starting to crack, they went ahead and repaired those and then walked the entire roof to make sure there were no other issues. Eden, the project manager/sales person called me with updates throughout the day, and sent pictures of the work at each stage. He also called to explain what they found as they started the work. He called me a couple of times during the day with updates, and when they finished reviewed each picture with us to explain the work they did. When they finished the project they cleaned up everything and left our house like they never were here. They were a little more expensive than the other bids we received, but in this case we got what we paid for. I had my roof done on 12/30/24...Eden who was the project manager came out and gave me a honest quote that included removal and reinstalling of my 20 solar panels on my roof. Which was a big plus for me because I would have to contact my solar company to do the removal and reinstalling of my panels and that would be a separate cost! Eden took care of everything from the demo to repairing some areas of my roof that needed attention; as well as dealing with my solar panels. The entire team was so efficient that it was done within 8 days. I had to contact my solar company who monitors my panels to inspect the reinstallation that was done by Roofing Wise in order to continue my warranty with them. I felt that Eden was very trustworthy and knowledgeable but I never would have guest that they would be so great!! Eden and his team went above and beyond anything I ever expected from a company. We had issues getting our permit because we live on White Oak and our trees in the front make our house a historical property. Eden's team had to hold off on finishing our roof during the heavy rainy season but they came over and triple tarped our house. UPDATE: I wouldn't trust the good reviews, this company threatens people to remove bad reviews. After over a week of ghosting, ignoring my phone calls, texts, and email, my Yelp review finally elicited a response from Roofing Wise in the shape of a phone call during which three grown men, Eden, Noam and David, hiding behind a phone, ganged up on me and attempted to bully me and intimidate me in a passive aggressive, condescending and patronizing way. David the sales person who upsold me on the job pretended he couldn't remember my last words to him were "What will it take to fix it" which I said repeatedly and to which he had responded he would "get back to me". I was ghosted thereon. If that wasn't a fact, I would obviously have posted my review way earlier. They took turns on the phone, pretending they wanted to help but in fact repeatedly asserting they were in no way liable and will not do anything whatsoever to solve the problem. Not one word out of their three ganging up mouths was helpful to resolve the situation. I also just saw that Noam responded to my Yelp review pretending very disingenuously yet again that I never mentioned the skylight install when my post is extremely truthful and accurate and clearly mentions the later skylight addition, which I had no choice about as Roofing Wise wasn't able to add it despite my repeated requests over almost a month. Indeed Roofing Wise sent an employee, Umberto, on the day the leaks started, August 20th, within a couple of hours, when it was still possible to prevent the catastrophic ceiling collapse, but unfortunately that wasn't their agenda. If Noam wants me to detail the fact somebody actually was on site and STILL refused to prevent catastrophic damage and danger to my life and that of my household, then I will gladly recount the event as it is engraved in my memory due to what I endured thanks to them. First of all the worker they sent broke in by forcing through the wrong gates just because he couldn't be bothered to text me as repeatedly instructed. He came in only for a second and said he was going on the roof to check what was going on and I asked him to please take lots of pictures and show them to me as I was unable to get on the roof. Meanwhile, David the salesperson rang me and while I was asking him what it would take to fix things, he informed me that the worker had left! I said no, he's on the roof, and ran to see that indeed the worker instead of tarping the roof to prevent further damage, had ran away on the sly without a single word!!! How can someone do that and refuse to help another human being in danger? Also the fact that he turned up ALONE and unprepared, emphasizes the fact there was never ANY intention of tarping my roof because the first time it was done in January, they had sent several people to do it. David knew full well the roof needed to be covered ASAP, that should have been the priority. I think Roofing Wise were so focused on up-selling me on a bigger, costly re-roof that they didn't even consider fixing the problem area properly. The skylight was installed seven feet away from that particular spot. My pictures and videos don't lie and show clearly the original problem was never solved last January. Basically it was all for nothing. Anyway, when Noam, David and Eden ganged up on me on the phone following my Yelp review, they never once offered any resolution or positive suggestion whatsoever, despite pretending that was the reason for their call. They showed how little they care about my safety when they refused to help on the day of the hurricane, putting my property, my life and my household in danger from the further damage that occurred some five hours later. When I told them that I didn't appreciate being ganged up on over the phone and that in future I would prefer if they didn't ignore my emails and corresponded only in writing or in the presence of counsel, because they have very selective memory when it comes to phone conversations, Noam and Eden made the risible claim that they have an "in-house" lawyer and that I would be "very upset" if I pursued the matter and complained to the licensing board and bonding company! All that demonstrates is either they're childishly lying, or they need such a person due to the humongous amount of complaints generated by both their companies, Roofing Wise and Green Rodent Restoration! I also didn't mention in my first review that during their roofing work last January Roofing Wise workers damaged my camera security system and never repaired it despite promising to. They can't blame the skylight or anybody else on that one, yet the result is exactly the same, ghosting and shirking responsibility. I guess Noam cannot "educate" himself on good business practices. This is a combined review for a complete tear off and reroof for my parent's home and repair service for our home. We worked with Eden and he was reliable, on time and actually walked the roof to give an estimate for my parents. Other roofers we called gave estimates and didn't even walk the property.
