One of worst roofing company. Do not recommend at all unless u like to be charged extra during the middle of the works. Read the other negative reviews and you will know why. Terrible roof company. They used the old sales tricks by offering way way below market estimate and push the sale in person like a time share sales, I noticed some bad reviews stating that they charged extra during the middle of the project, so I insisted to have everything in writing and have their owner do the final estimate, not surprised, owner told me that price quoted was mistaken and way too low, would let me know the new estimate in 1 day. 1 month passed after muti emails and calls, they ignored me. Use discretion if you are planning on using them. They were very responsive with initial contact. They came out on time. There were several red flags. 1) they use a drone to look at your roof, they don't go over what they suggest they just send you a quote. I got a previous quote from an another roofer that actually went up on the roof for a visual inspection as well physically seeing where there are loose tiles. 2) they don't fix small areas that need to be replaced, they only do large areas, therefore I have 26 tiles that need to be replaced. They want to replace the whole roof basically. It seems like they are in it for the money. $15,000 for $2300, of work that actually needs to be done. read more

This job (Tile Reset) occurred during a time that rained and they handled it properly by tarping it and waiting for a dry day so the roofers could safely conduct their work. These guys went through all the right channels to get the job done and were communicative throughout the process. This company is allegedly "family owned," but there are multiple phone numbers for it and none of them have voicemail. I tried calling all of these multiple phone numbers today because one of their drivers was driving at speeds in excess of 50mph down our quiet residential street in Canyon Crest/Riverside. The CA Sec'y of State lists three different entities with this name, so who knows which one is accurate. What I do know is that any roofer driving 50mph++ in a residential neighborhood is not one I would give my business to. read more

I sent an inquiry by Yelp messages to schedule an estimate which, the guy showed up almost 15 minutes past appointment time. He shows up with a foldable ladder and attempts to open it up to see if he can get up onto a two story house, which doesn't work apparently. He says he would return the next day at about the same time with a drone supposedly. He never returns, and this company fails to respond back to my follow up message in regards to confirming the second appointment. This contractor doesn't have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. I'm very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our son's graduation, and I expected we'd come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They don't have a lot of reviews. Don't let that worry you. Time and again, Roofing and More people acted as though they had the right to demand things from me that I had not agreed to, and that they had no right to insist on. For example, they tried to demand more money than what we'd agreed to - again and again - money that they didn't have any right to. They repeatedly tried to insist that I sign documents that I had never agreed to sign - as if they had every right to expect this. These documents - had I signed them - would have benefited Roofing and More, at my expense. Work done by them that was negligent needed to be fixed. Furthermore, they repeatedly resisted making me whole after damaging my house. Repairmen they sent to fix the damages that Roofing and More had caused left terrible messes in my house, requiring me to expend huge amounts of time cleaning them up - and did painting that was so bad, much of it was in need of redoing, at my expense. They installed roof over damaged wood that needed to be replaced, first, without even mentioning it to me. read more

I recently had my Mother's roof (in Corona) replaced by Roofing and More LLC. I found Alejandro, the owner to be very knowledgeable about roof construction. Alejandro visited the house to prepare an estimate for the roof on one day and arranged to meet with my Mother and I the next day to go over the estimate. He spent a couple of hours that second day explaining in great detail exactly what he would do, and what materials he would use, as well as the warranty. He discussed many aspects of roof construction, and how he would build my new roof so that it would be of the highest quality. Alejandro impressed me greatly with his knowledge and I felt at the end of his presentation that he would do a great job replacing the roof. I felt as if Alejandro was looking after my best interests and my Mother's. Alejandro also explained a couple of options available with different price points, and even told me which of the options were absolutely needed, and which were not. He left it up to me to decide which options to go with, with no pressure. Alejandro answered all of my questions, and my Mother's, and did not rush through his presentation at all. The job was started on the day promised at 7 am, and the job was finished the following day by 4 pm, with an estimate of 2000 square feet of plywood and shingles. The job involved completely tearing off the old roof, laying a new plywood layer over the old one, and then gluing and nailing shingles over that plywood layer. The shingles are warranted for 50 years which Alejandro said were the highest quality available. Also all needed flashing and additional hardware needed was installed and caulked appropriately. Alejandro stood in line to obtain the building permits from the city and since I don't live in the house (my Mother does), and live 400 miles away and was not on site during the work, he updated me on both days with lots of pictures of the progress and the final result. He called me each day to let me know when each stage of the job was completed--tearoff of the old roof, laying of the new plywood layer, and placement of the new shingles, and finally the city inspection of the completed job and the signoff by the city. It was important to my Mother that the roof shingles be a certain color that was not shown in the sample book that Alejandro had. Alejandro went directly to his supplier asking for the color Mom wanted, and was successful in getting it. This was great service, and I'm not sure that other roofers would have been able to do this for us. To me the most important aspect of any roofing job is to have confidence that the people doing the job know what they're doing, and then that they do a quality job. I believe that Roofing and More LLC and Alejandro and his workers more than met this benchmark. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement. read more

R&M was hired on early April when they provided the best price for our roof and adv they could start next day. I was a bit skeptical since other companies were telling us they would be able to start in a week or two. Nevertheless we proceeded as the gentlemen seemed very knowledgeable and also gave us the best price. The work was started on 4/2 and i was quoted that they would be done in a few days. on 4/6 we were informed our roof had 4 layers of shingles not 2 as estimated. due to this, we needed to pay another $1800. We were informed AFTER the shingles were pulled and there was no negotiation about the added 1800 addition for labor. In addition we were informed of our roof having gaps and needing to put plywood over the entire roof- estimated cost was another $3.5K i was displeased with the two surprises so the manager offered a $500 discount. all in all it was higher than I initially agreed upon but we felt there was really nothing we could do. I feel like these should have been seen during initial consultation. The gentlemen also stepped on our carport to throw out old shingles and caused a hole. And also they kept walking through our grass which caused it to die. initially the gentleman was very responsive and mention they would rectify the issue right away. unfortunately, we were new to hiring contractors and paid them in full before they rectified both issues. It took about 3-4 weeks for them rectify and it also involved me reaching out to the owner via Yelp..twice for an update. it was a frustrating experience at the end and definitely a learning curve. He said he's still 50 minutes away. So that means he would be an hour late. If they can't even keep the appointment , how can we trust this business to work on your house? Our roof started leaking bad this last heavy rain.
