We needed a couple new Tires and again Rony's came through for us. They have moved by the way and I am not sure the Yelp address is correct. They are on Sepulveda in Culver City. The guys that work there are really nice and I got a good price on my tires. They had them in stock. I don't have a vintage car, but I saw quite a few there being worked on and they are beautiful so I guess if you have one give them a try. Parking is easy. The place is as clean as they can keep it. I really love the service and that is what matters to me, even more than the price. They also do body work and repair. I went their 2 years ago for my stupid check engine light and they were able to take care of it while I waited. You won't get ripped off here, so try them. read more

Took my car to the dealership for basic service & asked about other priority needs. I was quoted 5k Not a dig at the dealership, they serviced my car & had it back to me within 2 hours. Called Rony's & spoke to Mario, he was busy with other customers but took a moment to answer my questions. He politely & clearly gave me some directions on what to send over to him so that he could get back to me when he wasn't rushed. Couple hours later, he sent me a quote 1k cheaper than the dealership. We scheduled my maintenance for a few weeks out (only bc of my busy schedule) but it seems like most people could probably have their car serviced within the same week. I have some bigger needs & he estimated a two day turn around once I bring my car in. I've only heard good things about Rony's & the reviews seem to show it too. Mario was very nice on the phone when I confirmed my appointment, and his excellent customer service continued when I went in. They did a great job, had my car ready in less time than he had estimated. No attempts to upsell for unnecessary work. The place was extremely clean. I called last minute today around 1pm after driving 4 hours from Vegas and having my check engine light turn on during the last 30 minutes of my drive. I had gone to AutoZone before hand to check the codes and was told I needed to replace my throttle body. Immediately after telling this to Mario over the phone, he told me I could come in right away and that they would order the replacement and get it done the same day. I took the car in and they did their own checks of the codes and realized the throttle body didn't need to be replaced and rather my system needs to be updated and my coolant fan is having issues but the car drives okay. They charged me a fair price for the diagnostic, Mario was extremely honest & communicative, and they helped clear my codes so I could go to my dealership and update the system for proper checks. 100% would recommend Rony's Car Pros! I initially went to Rony's because someone had taken the driver side mirror off my car and I needed it replaced ASAP. They were the only AAA approved shop that would give me an estimate over the phone, and the cost was under my insurance deductible so I went with them. The mirror works great and looks just like the original. Since then I've gone back for an oil change and maintenance work. Mario offers great customer service and is easy to communicate with. Alejandro was communicative and kind and the team sent me regular texts and photos as they searched for hard to find clutch parts for my Jeep Renegade. They lent me a car and when I picked mine up, not only did it run better than ever, but it was cleaner than ever after a great washing. To update my experience, I was charged 81.50$ to remove and replace the battery. Which is rather high for changing the battery. Also forgot to mention that triple A, checked my battery and said it was good. Ok, I'm going to let go. read more

Long story short, I recently had an old issue with my car re-appear so I popped into a auto repair shop I'd previously gone to for a different minor issue. This shop provided an assessment and quote after 2 full days that didn't ring true so I got a second opinion (I didn't share the 1st) and the 2nd shop said the issue was something completely different. WHAT IS GOING ON? Btw: Both shops insisted that I should leave my car right then and there because it wasn't safe to drive! (this did not turn out to be true). I no longer have the trusted mechanic I use to go so what to do? I went to AAA's website to view their approved shops and found Rony's Car Pros. I made an appointment by phone and showed up where I was greeted by Mario who patiently listened as I explained my dilemma. Mario thoroughly explained their process which is impressive in terms of transparency and that he would need at least 2 hours to fully check the car. 2 hours later, I received a text with a link to a detailed breakdown and photos. Upon my return to the shop, Mario actually showed me what was going on along with a detailed description of what was found and we discussed options in terms of importance including preventative care. I came to Rony's last year with a steering pump issue that they resolved. Since then, I have had a couple of new issues, and I should have come here first rather than the "Boys" down the road. I was having problems getting the car to crank over. I did my research and had a pretty good idea of what was going on. The "boys" up the street, wanted much more and didn't go as deep as Rony's Car Pros. Philip, the new service manager, diagnosed the problem more consistently with my research. I was happy with the diagnosis and the fix could take place overnight. While the hood was up, I asked Philip to check out my AC. It hadn't been working for over a year and we have had some HOT days. He asked for a few more hours to diagnose, and wouldn't you know. it was just a relay and not a leak or compressor problem. Kudos to the team. read more

I had a serious diesel fuel leak in my 40-year-old Mercedez Benz, which another shop attempted to fix a number of times, but always failed. I am waiting to see if Rony's got it right--time will tell. So far, so good. Part of their mechanical services include a free inspection--I know, shops that do this are seeking additional business, but if you trust them and weren't aware of the repair or maintenance items, and you want to do them--anyway, that turned out to be the case for me. Their labor rate is reasonable, and the number of hours was standard or less (I think that they may go by actual vs. what "the book" says for the job. If the diesel leak doesn't return, I have my new shop. I should add the Rony's does it all, both body work and mechanical! They did two body repairs on a newer Toyota at a much more reasonable cost than supposedly high rated shop's estimates! Highly recommended to take for body work estimates. At the WLA location, Mario is behind the counter, and is very personable. Rony himself works in the Culver City location where the paint shop is. Both places are one-stops, except for paint itself, but they shuttle body work between them, not you. read more

My 333k 2001 Chevy silvarado had some radiator issues . They preformed a pressure test and sure enough the radiator would have blown luckily I was close to home. It was on a Friday, they took the truck in right away I knew it was the radiator thermostat but the hoses felt fine. So they preformed the pressure test and sure enough the radiator had its better days. So I had them order an AC DELCO OEM I BELIVE. All parts were there when promised. Very commutative group there especially Jeff the service advisor he is nice cordial and professional. This dealership went ABOVE and beyond to help me when my car needed a tow and AAA couldn't help. The owner and one of their mechanics actually drove to where my car was accessed the situation and then called one of their friends who had a special tow truck and had it towed to their shop. They fixed the issue in 2 days and were also able to fix another issue had with thecae that no one else was able to fix.
