I rescheduled my appointment for today, called to say I was on my way, and they didn't have the part. They blamed me for cancelling my appointment last week, yet I have a voicemail of them cancelling on me. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. He tried to start an argument with me, which I thought was weird and pathetic. At the end of the day, all you can do is feel bad for people like that, as he's clearly miserable. I'm excited to take my business elsewhere as there are much better options and competitors in the area, hence why Hudson Collision's parking lot is usually pretty empty! Definitely do not go here if you're looking for competence and professionalism.

    Mr O'Day, The WOW…read morefactor simply didn't happen! I was rear ended ... causing head, neck and back injury. First things first, your front desk staff was excellent! Polite, friendly, professional and thorough! Drop off / Ethan Dally: December 3, 2019. Rushed, lack of concern, interrupted me so many times, I never completed a full sentence, unprofessional and uncaring. I mentioned I literally just had an alignment done two days prior to the accident and will be traveling 1200 miles and want to make sure the alignment is ok since the accident. I've was told that Gerber doesn't do that and based on the damage "won't be needed". I also noticed when driving to Gerber that my CD player was now jammed. I asked if they would please adjust/remove the CD. When discussing the process and materials/parts, it was disclosed Gerber would be using either after market parts and or salvaged parts. I said I was not happy with that. My BMW has never been in an accident and should not have used, or after market pieces parts on it! He said ok and I signed the papers. He said he would be in touch with me on Thursday. No call on Thursday. The call came Friday that parts would hopefully be in by Monday. Pick Up: December 9, 2019 Ethan Dally received a call that my vehicle was complete and I could pickup any time prior to closing. I arrived a 1/2 hour later. Again, front desk was excellent! I left work with a friend to arrive promptly to your branch in Hudson. Upon arrival Mr. Dally said he forgot something. Upon returning, he started the passenger air bag screen was still not fixed. We wait! Now 25 minutes in the car is back in the garage. He again comes back and says he needs to make a call. While he is doing that, I ask if the alignment was done. I asked about the CD.. to which I received a "no, the car doesn't need it, and we don't get paid to do that". I again said, I requested this upon arrival... he abruptly left, grabbed the parts of my car that were fixed and said this is what we fixed,it does not need it, turned and litterally threw the parts back into and onto the garage floor. I walked over to snap a photo of that and someone rushed to pick them up. Now on the phone... 10 minutes later it is declared that the car is not done and the screen needs to be reset and can't be done until Tuesday. I am livid. I left work... a friend left work to take me - now we are both out of 2 . hours Update: After posting.... the manager (Max) of Gerber phoned! So, I will always give credit where and when credit is due. Credit is now due. Max apologized profusely for the services AMA lack there of. He vowed to turn my experience around and make it right. First, he sympathized with the situation, he acknowledged the unprofessional behavior. I will be dealing only with him moving forward. Which was professional and appreciated. We will leave it at that. The car had airbag problems... which required more time, more parts, and more patience! But here is the key... COMMUNICATIONS!!!!! Max phoned, updated, explained and did it with professionalism daily and sometimes twice a B day! It's now Friday, December 13! Car is complete! Yes complete!!! A 4 day turn around! Not bad considering it's a BMW. Which are time consuming and well if you know British Motor Wheels you know it's never an easy fix! Brace yourselves... alignment WAS needed! Was it taken care of? It sure was! CD player remains an issue... but it was not caused be the collision ... Hummm ok (????) but I am not going to argue that as time is of the essence. Here is a key note: car is fixed... no customer service drama, no yelling back, no throwing vehicle parts, no excuses! Max made sure the car was detailed.... AND he DELIVERED it! Saving me time which is important to me. OUTSTANDING!! Thank you Max!!! Your eagerness to make it all right turned this experience around. You never once spoke harshly to me and or about your staff ( very important to me). Well done!!!! Mr. O'Day, this young man turned my experience around. You can thank him for upholding your words "the WOW factor" !!! Thank you Max, thank you to the all those behind the scenes who assisted and made it happen mechanically! Updating to .... 4 stars!!!
