They quoted me slightly over $700 for the repair. The itemized bill seemed ridiculous with unneeded labor. I got a quote from another shop for $350 and ended up having it done there. Looks perfect, as if nothing was ever there at half the price! This place used to have a great reputation but I can no longer recommend them.

I rescheduled my appointment for today, called to say I was on my way, and they didn't have the part. They blamed me for cancelling my appointment last week, yet I have a voicemail of them cancelling on me. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. He tried to start an argument with me, which I thought was weird and pathetic. At the end of the day, all you can do is feel bad for people like that, as he's clearly miserable. I'm excited to take my business elsewhere as there are much better options and competitors in the area, hence why Hudson Collision's parking lot is usually pretty empty! Definitely do not go here if you're looking for competence and professionalism.

I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. Terrible experience they should all be in jail.

I definitely made the right decision! Had my car towed to their yard late on a Friday night and got a call from them immediately the next morning, which was really impressive. James H. was a lifesaver. He quickly got me a quote and helped walk me through the repair process. He was very knowledgeable and patient while we waited for insurance to OK the repairs. When I got my car back a few weeks later, it was good as new. You'd never know I was in an accident. I hope for my sake I don't need their services again, but if I do, they'll be the ones that I call.

My guess it this was an insurance paid job and they were able to make a few bucks extra with a knockoff door. It's not a huge deal and I'm confident they would replace it if I wanted, but it's a lease so I'll be turning it in soon so I'd rather not be without my car for a few days again.
