I had an appointment last week at Hudson Collision to fix a part on my car. They called 30 minutes before my appointment and cancelled. I rescheduled my appointment for today, called to say I was on my way, and they didn't have the part. They blamed me for cancelling my appointment last week, yet I have a voicemail of them cancelling on me. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and probably shouldn't have a job in customer service. He tried to start an argument with me, which I thought was weird and pathetic. At the end of the day, all you can do is feel bad for people like that, as he's clearly miserable. I'm excited to take my business elsewhere as there are much better options and competitors in the area, hence why Hudson Collision's parking lot is usually pretty empty! Definitely do not go here if you're looking for competence and professionalism. read more

The shadiest group of people I've ever dealt with. I took my car in there after an accident and I got a call from the representative stating my car was ready for pick up when I showed up the insurance company paid to have a new tire put on, but the associate said it would take about two extra weeks to get a new tire so they charge the insurance company put a new tire on And did not put a new tire on, but they waited until I returned the rental to tell me this information. I would highly recommend you stay away from this place. Terrible experience they should all be in jail. read more

UPDATE 08/13/22: I am so grateful for how well the receptionist helped me work with Enterprise next door to get my car repaired here and get a rental car during the process. Since I am disabled and could not walk across to Enterprise, and we could not reach them by phone, she walked next door for me and Enterprise brought the rental over shortly after. My car looked great when they were finished with the body work. My thanks to all involved! read more

After my experience with Heath and Don at Hudson Collision Center I don't think I'll take my car anywhere else in the future. From start to finish they were helpful and professional. They answer calls and return messages promptly and are always polite. They handled the obnoxious estimator and coordinated with the at-fault party's insurance company for supplemental payments. When I picked my car up it had been cleaned inside and out and looked as if it had never been in an accident. I can't say enough good things about Hudson Collision Center. Don and Heath kept me updated, helped with any needs I had, worked with my insurance company and did an amazing repair job on my car. On January 30th, I took my car to Hudson Collision. They were very polite to me and provided very good customer service. When I got the car back, the front and the back had been cleaned pretty decently and I decided that I would give them the highest rating. I didn't realize that they would be detailing my car so I was appreciative. My car was very messy because I had used it to haul items. I notice that they put everything in the trunk in a box. I also notice that they did not clean the trunk but that was "ok." This weekend I went to grab the box and notice that the box was collapsing, they had put a weight (for exercising equipment)and a vise which added heavy weight to the box on top, I quickly grabbed them out of the box but the box was not taped to hold anything because the top of the inside of the box was taped not the bottom. (As if they want me to grab the box and everything to fall out) As I went through the box the person who detailed the car placed a pair of my prescription glasses and my prescription sunglasses at the bottom of the box with other items on top. Why were the not placed back in the dash area where I had them? But that was not even the worse the person detailing the car took one of the garden gloves and meticulously folded it with the middle finger sticking up. I took pictures of all of this and all I can say is that "Although I might not be able to take my rating back, I am going to make sure that the insurance company, BBB, and anybody who I can tell this to knows about the utter meanness and disrespect your detail person showed me. We all have jobs and have been given tasks that we don't want to do but we do them. Anybody that can sink to that level must know that they are supported by management. Had a little fender bender in a parking lot. Made an appointment to bring my car in. Extremely friendly on the phone and in person. Was able to get a loaner through them. The finish produce was beautiful. No surprises. Will go back (but hope I never need to) read more

I have to agree with Chris K. concerning Hudson Collision. Heath was very kind and actually did more than what was written in the estimate. We brought our Odyssey in to have the back bumper fixed. It was expertly repaired. What wasn't on the estimate and was done at no additional cost and without me asking to have it fixed was a small repair to one of our mud guards. One more item... to pick up your car and find the inside vacuumed and clean was a nice surprise! I've had more repairs than I'd like to admit done at HCC and have been pleased every time. read more
