    If could give no stars I would ,did unauthorized diagnosis to car and charged me for it with no…read morenotice of fees or approval. I asked for a simple muffler repair estimate, nothing else,set appointment, talked on phone to worker about car confirming. Then got a high estimate. They then said $80 for diagnosis, and had to put tires on and such.???? For a muffler repair estimate? Came back with like 15 things wrong with oil,lites,transmission, filters,wipers,etc. I understand upselling but when they charge to look at that stuff with no approval or authorization and no prior notice of fees that's ridiculous. I asked who authorized it and they said its a standard fee and had to diagnose the issue. I asked for a muffler repair estimate in middle of under car,when is it necessary to take tires off and under hood? They went as far as drive it back in shop when I started asking questions about fees????! There's so much more but that is the basics. They then overtalked me on phone and explained its like going to the dentist and we dont have to tell you there is fees??? Ive delt with many other shops and have contacted countless others dont have these fees without stating it and or authorization 1st

Phil kept me informed along the way. I don't think I could have asked for better service. Nice People too.     Took my car in for bad starter, charged me $40 to check battery/starting/charger. They said I…read moreneeded a tuneup, starter was fine. I said go ahead with tuneup. Car failed to start next day 40 miles away. It needed a starter. Stay away from this place unless you like paying outrageous prices. They quoted me $382 for a rebuilt starter if I needed one, the place where I got the starter replaced was $182. They charged me $12 for a spark plug, Autozone had them at $5. They charged me $100 for new spark plug wires, the most expensive I saw online was $50. I learned my lesson, will not ever use them again.

When I picked up the vehicle, I immediately noticed a large, fresh scratch on one of my rims -- damage that was absolutely not there before service. I take care of my vehicle and inspect it regularly. The damage was consistent with a tire machine mishap, not curb rash. When I brought it to the store's attention, the manager, Justin, was dismissive. I was told it was "old curb rash," and at one point was even asked if I was sure I brought my car to that location. My follow-up phone calls went unanswered. The in-store experience was frustrating and unprofessional. After posting a review online, I received a message from Firestone's corporate Social Care team asking me to email full details, which I did -- including my work order number, photo evidence, and contact info. I never received a follow-up from that email. Only when I updated my Google review again did I get another response. That tells me Firestone is more interested in controlling their public image than actually resolving customer complaints. I made it clear that I will not work with the store manager due to his prior conduct and requested someone higher (district manager or above). As of today, the situation is still unresolved. I'm still open to a fair solution, but this has been disappointing at every step. I would caution anyone bringing their vehicle here -- check your car closely before and after service, and be prepared to chase your complaint if something goes wrong.

Within 2 mins I was fixed up and ready to go. Not one comment about we didn't do this not our fault but truly gentlemen willing and able to help however they could! Highly recommend!

Why respond to this post if you genuinely don't care about your customers? To make it worse? I'll update if they do respond. We drove up from Florida to visit family - as we do several times a year - and realized it was time for an oil change. We chose this location based on ratings and proximity to where our family reside. Huge mistake! While we were in line, we noticed a pregnant female extremely upset because the tech caused "$7,000 in damage to her car" and the store refused to make it right. They were telling her to leave the store because she was causing a scene - that should have been the red flag we needed. But it wasn't my business and I don't know the entire story. We paid for full syn oil change + tire rotation, and asked them to air up the tires in our brand new 2024 Subaru to which they agreed. I noticed while they were rotating the tires in our AWD vehicle that they did not do so in diagonal pattern as is the correct way. I pointed it out and the lead guy on site. Manager? Said "that's how we always do it." So instead of apologizing, or better yet, knowing how to properly perform a service they charge $30 for, he profers a lame excuse. They did agree to correct their mistake. How many unsuspecting vehicle owners have they done this to if it's how they always do it? This can lead to blowouts and unexpected accidents in the future!! So I get in the car because "it's all done," and I asked if they filled the tires with air as we had one that was very low. He tells me yes and that the fluids were topped off, tires were rotated and oil was changed. I turned the car on and the tire sensor was still on indicating it wasn't done. He says "they must have forgotten." So they finally air up the tires, I pay $112 and head on my way. I get home and pop the hood and notice they didn't top off ANY of the fluids, not only that but all of my after market metal valve stem covers were missing. We had to buy new fluids to top them off and just purchased new stem covers on Amazon. Highly disappointed in unprofessionalism, dishonesty and severe lack of customer service. I'd love to speak to the owner should they be interested in reaching out for more info.
