If could give no stars I would ,did unauthorized diagnosis to car and charged me for it with no notice of fees or approval. I asked for a simple muffler repair estimate, nothing else,set appointment, talked on phone to worker about car confirming. Then got a high estimate. They then said $80 for diagnosis, and had to put tires on and such.???? For a muffler repair estimate? Came back with like 15 things wrong with oil,lites,transmission, filters,wipers,etc. I understand upselling but when they charge to look at that stuff with no approval or authorization and no prior notice of fees that's ridiculous. I asked who authorized it and they said its a standard fee and had to diagnose the issue. I asked for a muffler repair estimate in middle of under car,when is it necessary to take tires off and under hood? They went as far as drive it back in shop when I started asking questions about fees????! There's so much more but that is the basics. They then overtalked me on phone and explained its like going to the dentist and we dont have to tell you there is fees??? I have two old Vibes. (2008) They fixed both quickly and at a price that I thought was very, very reasonable. The heating system on one was not functioning properly. The other had a transmission fluid leak that needed a part that was no longer available. Within days both were back home and functioning perfectly. I was quite pleased. Phil kept me informed along the way. I don't think I could have asked for better service. Nice People too. 2x I've gone to this shop and 2x my issue was unresolved when I picked my vehicle up. This time I felt over-charged and underwhelmed by the result. I went in for a an oil change and my front brakes changed. $560 later the reason I went in still wasn't assessed. Same thing happened the last time I took it in. I asked to address my turn signal not functioning. I picked it up and the turn singal was still not working properly. They quoted me $185 and said that still might not fix the issue. I'm just not sure how competent their technicians are and I'm not sure how fair the prices are, especially when the issues I bring my vehicle in for aren't resolved when I come to pick it up. read more

Didn't have a good experience at this shop , wasted my time and tranquility and charged me on the higher end for making a wrong diagnosis in the first place! After keeping the car for 1.5 week got a call that problem in transmission and will need a specialist, Didn't help with facilitating the transfer or making communications And the battery was dead at time of providing the keys for keeping the door open all the time while working on it without heads up and charged on the higher end for inspection and didn't provide back the old part that was needed later to build the transaxle and their diagnosis was wrong in the first place I'm Not happy with their service for obvious reasons and do not recommend this shop Arrived to their shop Thursday Morning, on Friday you reached back saying they will need more "in depth" look to decide how to proceed and give an answer, and it has to stay over the weekend. On Tuesday the shop reached back that they believe there was contamination and at least the inner seal is compromised and it will need transmission specialist, After agreement Phillip reported he will reach to transmission shop that he trust but he has not reached back to me, when I called the store they reported no one reached to them. I ended up towing The vehicle once more to transmission specialist and the old transaxle was not present in the vehicle after inspection there was no concerns at all to the transmission and the earlier diagnosis wasn't correct, they were able to address the transaxle problem after I brought the old one, and life is good without any problems To claim your shop as an an excellent repair shop you don't need this long to provide a diagnosis that will end up being wrong and charge on the higher end for it, you should know your limits from the beginning and work more on after repair service and build trust. The shop provided me with the vehicle with dead battery without heads up Its your job as a shop to take care of your customers vehicles and you are not doing a favor, especially if you fail to provide the needed service if you are claiming excellent service and want to charge on the higher end. You did not do your job for the charge you took of being professional, excellent and ensure the vehicle of your customers are safe and getting the services it needs Good luck to integrity in their career And I believe they should work more on transparency about their limits, improve their experiences and after repair service read more

I used their convenient "schedule yourself" function on their website and received a confirmation email from Phillip for my appointment time and date. When I showed up for the appointment the place was closed! I tried calling and emailed but received a response riddled with typos and found the attached condescending response to my facebook review. Website lists full service oil change to include tire rotation. My wife has been using them for this service and they never rotated her tires causing her front tires to need replaced after just over a year. When she confronted the shop, they stated that they didn't rotate the tires because she never specifically asked them to rotate her tires and that they wouldn't stand behind their failure. Do yourself a favor and avoid No Integrity Auto. read more

If only zero stars was an option... My wife scheduled an appointment around 11am 5/5/23 for me to bring in my car on 5/8/23. I was told I would receive a text to confirm the appointment. And I did. One whole hour after they opened on 5/8. When I called to express my concerns (and, admittedly, some frustration) with the level of communication, (because this was NOT the first issue we've had with it), Phil essentially told me "Too bad. Bring your car or don't." And then hung up on me and cancelled the appointment. When I still showed to the garage, he yelled at me, put his HANDS on me and then slammed the door very close to me as I left. He is a very narrow man with a very flawed perspective on how to treat people, let alone paying customers. As long as he is in charge (of a business called INTEGRITY), I would suggest we all take our business elsewhere. I wish I could post the video here of him yelling in my face. Disgraceful. read more

I have been bringing my cars to this business for the last five years. They always diagnose and fix my issues, and charge a lot less than other garages (I used to get a second opinion). They are honest and have even told me when a car is not worth the money I need to put into it. I completely trust them and will never take my cars anywhere else. read more

These guys have NO integrity. Even though it is clearly listed as part of their service as an oil change they do not rotate your tires unless you specifically ask. I have called every time and scheduled a "full oil service package" only to find they have not done this for the past 2 times I was in. Because I did not know this was not being completed I had extra wear on my front tires causing me to prematurely have to purchase new. I took the time to head back into the shop to speak with the owner (since he didn't return my phone call) and he took no responsibility for the work that they have listed not being completed and was extremely rude about it. Like most people, I count on my mechanic to help maintain my vehicle as long as I service regularly and all I have learned here is Itegrity techs and management cannot be trusted. read more

Their $150 diagnostic is virtually the same test that AutoZone does for free!!! They jacked me up on parts,$$$$ I have some suspicions about some other issues as well. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Before you take your car anywhere ,stop at any AutoZone for a diagnostic test. They will even give you a free readout! read more

We just picked up my husband's car from this place, and they said the only issue he had was that a wire was loose. They ran it on their diagnostic computer and reattached one loose wire and still charged him over a hundred dollars. I'm not sure I'd call this place "integrity". read more

I am so disappointed in this place. This is the first review I have ever written but I feel like it's is necessary. They were nice at first but became condescending (which is weird because I am the customer), but that'd be less of an issue if they did their jobs. They charged 200 for diagnostics which turned out to be wrong. I almost paid 1000+ to replace a a part that was working fine and not the root of the issue. I also had to rent a car while they "diagnosed" the issue so the cost of all this was even higher. They really took advantage of the fact that I don't know much about cars. read more

Things have changed since they decided to scale-up and the owner withdrew from active customer engagement. More than amazing service! I just moved to Ohio and my car was not prepared for the snow- the integrity team made sure my car was in tip top shape (as in doing additional inspections). They were more than fair considering my car is a BMW X5 and I was just a 22 year old girl from California on her own for the first time. I am hating to give any negative feedback on anyone or any bussiness as I feel guilty when I do this but this time I was pissed off. I have been with them for several repair works since I read good reviews on Google. Later on I found they had overcharged some works after I compared the same work at different auto shops. My worst experience was I went up there for a small issue but they tricked me into replacing a expensive part plus two hours of labor up to several hunderd dollars. They didn't even listen to me explaining the issue. I tested the car for days but the same issue was still there and nothing was improved at all. They just found any excuses to deny their fault when I complained to them. I am so disappointed. Don't trust them anymore. read more
