Had a good experience. Dan was great, he was communicating through the whole process. I'm only given 4 starts because I didn't get any information about my alignment after it was done, the paper work didn't include it. Over all my car is running great. Thanks Dan, keep doing a great job. read more

Refused to honor the factory powertrain warranty. They will string you along with other issues

This dealership is a joke. The final nail in the coffin was when they committed fraud by saying they performed a specific service to my vehicle when in actuality they didn't perform the service at all and charged me for it. read more

I really feel let down by them. Normally, I don't like dealerships because I don't trust salespersons to be honest. But everyone said that this place was good so I took a chance. Just in case, we bought the best warranty they had when we purchased the car. Suddenly, the rear control arm broke and the shocks needed to be replaced. We brought the car back to them for repairs and coincidently they said the warranty covers everything... except that. Definitely would not recommend and will tell everyone to look elsewhere for a car. So disappointed. read more

Came here to get a Nissan I purchased at another dealership looked at by the service department. These guys are wonderful. They went above and beyond to address my concerns. Not only did they address my concerns but they treated me with kindness and care. I really wish that I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership because the service was THAT incredible. They have gained a customer for many years to come. read more

When things go good - things go good. As soon as you have any issue - they get nasty and play their games. Bought a truck with 8k miles or so. A f150. Total lemon. Had to take it back three times and each time they assured me it was an anomaly. Nope. Total lemon and they knew. The sales people are horrible people. They play victim and degrade you. They lie. They do not stand by their product. They all have the same meanness - which makes me think the Bouchard family are not that nice. This place may have been solid in the past - but buyer beware. Stay clear. If you are buying used - stay far away from this place. And p.s - the sales manager is a misogynistic piece of garbage. Stay clear. read more

NEVER AGAIN ! Jessica in Sales blew any chance of repeat business. Called the other day inquiring about registration renewal of our leased Nissan, we never got anything from Nissan or Bouchard's. She couldn't get me off the phone fast enough with her ignorance and apathy. She said I have no idea check with the Registry. Wow ! That's good customer service ! No Thanks I will be buying and leasing my new vehicles from a different dealership in the past. Too Bad too because the mechanical service was always pretty good there albeit slow. Really ought to bring your standards up on people you hire. What a Shame. Buh~Bye ! read more

Sitting here since 10:30 for a oil change and it's now noon! Wtf! That's ridiculous for a oil change when the place isn't even that busy! I had a appt and a oil change takes over a hour and a half?? I don't think so! Sitting here wasting my day away! Turns out my cars been done and no one came to bother to tell me the car was done after just asking how much longer! Unacceptable in my book. They knew I was there waiting. Over$40 for a oil change! Not getting my business again!!!!' read more

Ron Bouchard Nissan - Over 2hrs for a oil change when u had a appt!! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! U JUST LOST TWO CUSTOMERS - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Lancaster, Massachusetts

I've owned a couple of Nissan NV cargo Van's for a few years now, unfortunately in this time we have lost the spare keys. I figure rather safe than sorry we should probably have them. So I called Ron Bouchards asked about them and was shocked to find out that the key was only $40 which is good but to program them they are charging $140. When I asked if they could work with us at least somewhat they said this is the set price through Nissan. I understand going rates I decided to make a couple calls and confirm this. Every. Single. Other. Place. Every one was almost half the cost. Long story short if you need something like this done do not go to Ron Bouchards Nissan in Lancaster. A little mark up is one thing but that is just plain highway robbery. read more

I drove an hour and half away because this place had the car I wanted. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it. i dealt with the sales manager Denny throughout the process and he was amazing. never even got to meet the guy but would buy a car from him again. As far as the salesperson Jessica, what can I say. I went to 2 other Nissan dealerships and dealt with 4 men combined total between the 2 other Nissan dealerships and none of them could answer a question about a single feature? But Jessica...Jessica knew the entire vehicle inside and out. Showed me every button and even played videos for me . sorry fellas...Jessica is the queen of Nissan and you could all learn a thing or 2. And she was incredibly patient with me and my troop of children in tow. jessica was so normal and unsaleaman-like that I would go have a beer with her. not annoying like other sales people were during my search. I literally cannot say enough about Ron Bouchard Nissan. Five star read more

The service department is the worst ever. They treated us so bad, we called the ATTORNEY General office. They charged us $81. For an oil change, and didn't even change the tires or checked the fluids. We are working with the service manager on s plan for better customer service. read more

I purchased my car on January 7th and initially thought my purchase went well. The day I picked up the car it was a very smooth process. I got home and noticed the registration had listed my car as white. During the purchase process I had pointed and questioned why the carfax had multiple colors listed for the car. I immediately contacted my salesperson who said they would correct it. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything, despite a few messages to them. Two days ago I happened to look under the hood and noticed the coolant was almost below minimum and then found it to be leaking all over the place. I again messaged the sales person about the issue as it could potentially be related to the head gasket. I sent a text (for written record) as well as made contact via chat. I was told i would have someone from service contact me to discuss warranty. I have not heard from anyone! I should not have to be worrying about paying for major repairs on a car I just purchased. From the looks of the leak and build up fluid near the leak, this has been happening for a while and just overlooked. A text to the sales person, a chat message and now two phone calls to service and still no call back. Conveniently the 30 day warranty is about to expire. read more

We had a good experience working with George. He helped us get to a number that we were comfortable with buying my car for. Things didn't go perfectly smooth, but overall it was easy once we came to an agreement and started the paperwork. He drove my new car to my work for me the next day, which saved me a ton of time and back and forth. We had a strange experience with Denny, the Manager. He was rude and condescending. My husband dealt with him over the phone then I had the "pleasure" of dealing with him for a few minutes in person. Not a nice guy. read more

Nothing to complaint about the sales department. Service Department is a different story. Got a strong feeling they go by "judging a book by it's cover". The dedicated service advisor took the extra step of telling me my car needed the brakes replaced very soon, because they were worn out. I absolutely knew they weren't. So I took the car 6 months later to a private mechanic to find out they were about 1/3 worn. In short, they not only lost a customer and potentially returning buyer, but I will make sure people are aware of their practices. read more

I would give the service department a negative star if it were an option. I was helped by the pink hair woman who was not only extremely rude but completely destroyed my day. Never would go there again and if I read the feedback I would have never went there at all. I got a beautiful car but I sure paid for it. For excellent credit I got the shaft. They charged me over 5% for a finance charge, then they added money where I didn't notice it. They are no different than Diamond Chevrolet used to be. You would think that they make enough money so they wouldn't have to rip you off. read more

I can't recommend this business because I can't imagine sending someone there to receive the poor service that I received. I was there for several hours, very eager to lease a vehicle, and I was made to wait again and again. Then, I was grilled very rudely about a blip that came up on my credit score. I had to repeat myself over and over, because I honestly didn't know what it was about. It became less about me purchasing a car and more about me defending myself. As a woman, buying a car by myself, I feel that I got the garbage treatment. I was not taken seriously or respected. read more

Been coming here for months and had an attitude from a salesman before who said " having that electric car must be a pain in the @$$". We spoke the owner since then and he was very nice and apologized for that and offered to help any way he could. Today a new Nissan ( still on lot) was parked but not charging at charger. We inquired to john Carlos ( a very courteous young salesman) and he said " oh let me move it". While he backed it up an elder man came screaming and cursed at what was being done. We went to explain what was going on and he was abrasive to us! My husband went in to talk w management and he brushed off my husband saying, " you got ur charger.... go have fun!" With great sarcasm. The owner was not around but the overall attitude, language and body manors were horrible. We bought our leaf with the infrastructure in place that we would always be able to charge at any nissan dealers for the life of the car. This was unnecceptable and makes us less likely to recommend the purchase of an electric car from Nissan again. Disappointing that the owner and his management are not on the same page Not disappointed by the wait for the charger, but rather how rude and unprofessional the staff and management was. Thanks for your response Bree however if you read the review you would understand that wasn't the root of the complaint. Please re review and see if you can make an actual effort to assist. read more

Here's the facts. Bought a used Kia Sportage from a salesman at Ron Bouchard's Nissan this Summer 2019. The tire light keeps coming on, so have gone back to Bouchard's Kia mechanics (just next door to their Nissan dealer) a couple of times. And just now a Ron Bouchard's Kia mechanic told us the Sportage needs back brakes right away - and will need front brakes by the end of the year. So if they know now that it will need front brakes in a few months, how did they not know it needed back brakes three months ago when we bought it? My review is based on the service department only. I moved here a few years ago and have had nothing but a great service experience each time I visit this location. The service guys are always friendly and never pressure you into getting things you don't need or want. They are very accommodating and always get me in and out quickly. And if there's a delay, they always come into the waiting area and let me know. Or if I need a loaner, one is always ready for me. I've never experienced great customer service like this at other Nissan dealerships. Newton and Marlborough could learn a thing or two from this location. read more

The service department has condescending employees who talk to women like they don't understand anything to do with cars.

Went in looking for a certain type of car and to enquire a used car they have on the lot. The one they have on the lot had really strong cigarette smell as soon as you open the car door and he said I was mistaking the scent as cigarette smell rather than an air freshener smell! Um, I think I'd know the difference! They didn't have the Nissan I was interested in in stock and the sales guy told me that he doesn't think the Nissan I was asking about is the right car for me... I got the feeling he didn't really care for my business because I wasn't interested in one of the cars they do have in stock and he was just being courteous. read more

Went to look at a used car. The salesman was fine (Victor) but the sales manager (Tony) was visibly angry that I didn't see things his way. This is an old school dealership where you really need to be careful. I especially like the $450 "doc" fee for them doing their own paperwork. read more

Awesome experience here getting my first car, Andy was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Would highly recommend this place!

Went in on a busy Saturday and we were far from home. The salesperson Richard was helpful and they had several choices of the car we wanted. The deal was simple and easy and they told us we could take the car home that day. the experience was good and we were pleased to this point. They asked us to come back in an hour or so so they could detail the car and complete the paperwork. Paperwork was fine and the buisness manager was quick and easy. the car however was not cleaned or detailed as I expected and I have bought many new cars over the years. The car was run through a car was and not detailed at all. I was told to come back in a few days as they could not do the inspection on the car at that time. We also wanted a black or chrome plate for the rear bumper that was an option on most of those cars but this one did not have it. Richard our salesperson assured us he would have one for us when we came back and he would email about the cost. We live 90 mins way so I was not thrilled to come back but i also was not expecting to get the car in one day. I called twice over the next few days to be sure I could be in and out on that Friday. I got in before the dealership opened and they took me in early. Turns out no one processed my registration and they could not inspect the car. The young woman at the service desk who was nice when we made the appointment turned rude and nasty at that moment telling me it was not her fault and I would just have to come back. I asked them to call the cell phone of my salesperson as he assured me my registration would be waiting for me. Now about 45 -60 min later a nice woman manager told me that they called someone in and they would have it for me shortly. they did have my old car mats for me as promised. At 8;45 my salesperson came in as I was leaving. I told him about the problem and he told me he forgot to check on it. I bought the car on Saturday and they had 6 days to get it done. He never gave me the part for the bumper or have yet to call me to see if all was ok. Then nice women manger from service offered me two additional free oil changes for the trouble so now I have 3 that I will never use and I don't have the part for my bumper. Nice dealership, good selection, and buying was easy. The Salesperson was nice and helpful during the sale. the business Manager was great and the, sorry, I don't know here name, the women Manager in Service was very nice and professional. The follow up was poor and the young girl in service should not be allowed to service the public if she does not know how to respond to customers. My good experience turned poor when I encountered her and it got worse when I learned my nice salesperson did not check on my reg for six days or our bumper part. It sounds petty but I was just turned off and I am too far away to just run back. They asked me to do a review so I am. The Sales Manager actual told me to do a review only if it was a good one. He sounded like he was kidding but he really was not. I will still check them out again when it comes time just because of the selection and price. read more

Not great! Not great at all! We traded in a Cadillac Escalade a year ago and purchased a 2013 Nissan Murano. We were less than enthused by the sales staff. First, what's up with the no computer thing? None of the sales reps have computers? They write the information down on paper and then I'm assuming it goes to someone in the back who enters it into the system. Really slows things down a lot. A lot of sitting around and waiting. We were told that Ron doesn't like computers. He feels it takes away from the sales process. If that's true... Ron, the 21st century beckons! Open your wallet and by your people computers! The Toyota dealership where I go, every salesperson has a computer at their desk for data entry but they also have a tablet. They can use the tablet to do comparisons of different vehicles, bring up vehicles that they have on the lot, bring up information on a particular vehicle. All kinds of stuff. This is really necessary equipment in today's market. We knew the value of the Cadillac Escalade to be around $21,000 as a trade-in value. We found this on Kelley blue book before going to see them. They started their negotiation at $12,000 for the trade-in, we laughed in their face and left. Over the next couple of days they kept calling us as they found "new and creative ways" to increase the trade-in value, i.e. get us back onthe sales floor for another bite at the apple. Eventually, they were able to give us $20,000 trade-in. WTF? I mean, that's ridiculous to start at $12,000 and then play every sales game that there is. I can understand that they want to buy low and sell high but if we had taken that $12,000 offer, that's such a dishonest business practice. As it is, the vehicle needed almost no work done. They'll wax it, clean the interior etc. and sell it for $25,000. The worst part was the sales floor manager. This guy was slimy to say the least. Every used-car salesman stereotype you can imagine. They kept going back, playing good, bad cop with us. Keeping us waiting while he "went and spoke with the floor manager". Absolutely ridiculous games! My wife actually lost it at one point and screamed at them and walked out the door. I think at the end of the day, we must've left and come back five or six times. I can't really tell you why we eventually bought the Nissan Murano from them. My wife really liked the car, still does, and we ended up getting the deal we were looking for so everything worked out okay but it just took a long time to get there and it was very frustrating. read more

Brought my Titan here to get warranty work done. Staff was super helpful and courteous. Would certainly do business here again.

I will never purchase another vehicle here again. I have had so many service issues I can't even count them all. I brought my vehicle this last time on November 7 to have it looked at for broken stabilizer links. It's covered under warranty with $100 deductible. They had my vehicle for a few days informed me that it would be seven more days before the parts would come in. I picked up the vehicle. And I've now I've waited over 3 weeks to hear back. I decided this morning enough was enough and called the parts store to order stabilizer links to see how long it would take. 20 minutes later I had moog metal ones in hand. I never got a call back!!!! I had to replace them myself. I have been back for service on this jeep on 6 occasions and every time there is an issue. The service director Jim Dan and Derek are great the rest of that dealership is a complete shit show. I will never do business with this circus again. Thanks for nothing !!! Ron would be ashamed of how this place is run now read more
