When I asked if they could work with us at least somewhat they said this is the set price through Nissan. I understand going rates I decided to make a couple calls and confirm this. Every. Single. And let me tell you, it was totally worth it. i dealt with the sales manager Denny throughout the process and he was amazing. never even got to meet the guy but would buy a car from him again. As far as the salesperson Jessica, what can I say. But Jessica...Jessica knew the entire vehicle inside and out. I purchased my car on January 7th and initially thought my purchase went well. The day I picked up the car it was a very smooth process. I got home and noticed the registration had listed my car as white. During the purchase process I had pointed and questioned why the carfax had multiple colors listed for the car. I immediately contacted my salesperson who said they would correct it. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything, despite a few messages to them. Two days ago I happened to look under the hood and noticed the coolant was almost below minimum and then found it to be leaking all over the place. I again messaged the sales person about the issue as it could potentially be related to the head gasket. I sent a text (for written record) as well as made contact via chat. I was told i would have someone from service contact me to discuss warranty. I have not heard from anyone! I should not have to be worrying about paying for major repairs on a car I just purchased. From the looks of the leak and build up fluid near the leak, this has been happening for a while and just overlooked. A text to the sales person, a chat message and now two phone calls to service and still no call back. Conveniently the 30 day warranty is about to expire. read more

Sorry to say that I have lost trust in this dealership. I took my car in for a recall and ask about the warning light on my dashboard that came on intermittently about my headlights. The headlights seem to work fine. I thought the warning message might be a computer glitch and might need to be reset as I have had other error messages that just needed to be reset. So, they charged me $160 to tell me there was a problem with my headlight and the headlight needed to be replaced for $1600. The $160 charge was for "diagnostics" ... funny thing is the error message has gone off. read more

Things didn't go perfectly smooth, but overall it was easy once we came to an agreement and started the paperwork. He drove my new car to my work for me the next day, which saved me a ton of time and back and forth. We had a strange experience with Denny, the Manager. He was rude and condescending. Nothing to complaint about the sales department. Service Department is a different story. Got a strong feeling they go by "judging a book by it's cover". The dedicated service advisor took the extra step of telling me my car needed the brakes replaced very soon, because they were worn out. I absolutely knew they weren't. So I took the car 6 months later to a private mechanic to find out they were about 1/3 worn. In short, they not only lost a customer and potentially returning buyer, but I will make sure people are aware of their practices. read more

I was there for several hours, very eager to lease a vehicle, and I was made to wait again and again. Then, I was grilled very rudely about a blip that came up on my credit score. I had to repeat myself over and over, because I honestly didn't know what it was about. It became less about me purchasing a car and more about me defending myself. Been coming here for months and had an attitude from a salesman before who said " having that electric car must be a pain in the @$$". We spoke the owner since then and he was very nice and apologized for that and offered to help any way he could. Today a new Nissan ( still on lot) was parked but not charging at charger. We inquired to john Carlos ( a very courteous young salesman) and he said " oh let me move it". While he backed it up an elder man came screaming and cursed at what was being done. We went to explain what was going on and he was abrasive to us! My husband went in to talk w management and he brushed off my husband saying, " you got ur charger.... go have fun!" With great sarcasm. The owner was not around but the overall attitude, language and body manors were horrible. We bought our leaf with the infrastructure in place that we would always be able to charge at any nissan dealers for the life of the car. This was unnecceptable and makes us less likely to recommend the purchase of an electric car from Nissan again. Disappointing that the owner and his management are not on the same page Not disappointed by the wait for the charger, but rather how rude and unprofessional the staff and management was. Here's the facts. Bought a used Kia Sportage from a salesman at Ron Bouchard's Nissan this Summer 2019. The tire light keeps coming on, so have gone back to Bouchard's Kia mechanics (just next door to their Nissan dealer) a couple of times. And just now a Ron Bouchard's Kia mechanic told us the Sportage needs back brakes right away - and will need front brakes by the end of the year. So if they know now that it will need front brakes in a few months, how did they not know it needed back brakes three months ago when we bought it? My review is based on the service department only. I moved here a few years ago and have had nothing but a great service experience each time I visit this location. The service guys are always friendly and never pressure you into getting things you don't need or want. They are very accommodating and always get me in and out quickly. And if there's a delay, they always come into the waiting area and let me know. Or if I need a loaner, one is always ready for me. I've never experienced great customer service like this at other Nissan dealerships. Newton and Marlborough could learn a thing or two from this location. read more

The one they have on the lot had really strong cigarette smell as soon as you open the car door and he said I was mistaking the scent as cigarette smell rather than an air freshener smell! Um, I think I'd know the difference! They didn't have the Nissan I was interested in in stock and the sales guy told me that he doesn't think the Nissan I was asking about is the right car for me... Went in on a busy Saturday and we were far from home. The salesperson Richard was helpful and they had several choices of the car we wanted. The deal was simple and easy and they told us we could take the car home that day. the experience was good and we were pleased to this point. They asked us to come back in an hour or so so they could detail the car and complete the paperwork. Paperwork was fine and the buisness manager was quick and easy. the car however was not cleaned or detailed as I expected and I have bought many new cars over the years. The car was run through a car was and not detailed at all. I was told to come back in a few days as they could not do the inspection on the car at that time. We also wanted a black or chrome plate for the rear bumper that was an option on most of those cars but this one did not have it. Richard our salesperson assured us he would have one for us when we came back and he would email about the cost. We live 90 mins way so I was not thrilled to come back but i also was not expecting to get the car in one day. I called twice over the next few days to be sure I could be in and out on that Friday. I got in before the dealership opened and they took me in early. Turns out no one processed my registration and they could not inspect the car. The young woman at the service desk who was nice when we made the appointment turned rude and nasty at that moment telling me it was not her fault and I would just have to come back. I asked them to call the cell phone of my salesperson as he assured me my registration would be waiting for me. Now about 45 -60 min later a nice woman manager told me that they called someone in and they would have it for me shortly. they did have my old car mats for me as promised. At 8;45 my salesperson came in as I was leaving. I told him about the problem and he told me he forgot to check on it. I bought the car on Saturday and they had 6 days to get it done. He never gave me the part for the bumper or have yet to call me to see if all was ok. Then nice women manger from service offered me two additional free oil changes for the trouble so now I have 3 that I will never use and I don't have the part for my bumper. Nice dealership, good selection, and buying was easy. The Salesperson was nice and helpful during the sale. the business Manager was great and the, sorry, I don't know here name, the women Manager in Service was very nice and professional. The follow up was poor and the young girl in service should not be allowed to service the public if she does not know how to respond to customers. My good experience turned poor when I encountered her and it got worse when I learned my nice salesperson did not check on my reg for six days or our bumper part. It sounds petty but I was just turned off and I am too far away to just run back. They asked me to do a review so I am. The Sales Manager actual told me to do a review only if it was a good one. He sounded like he was kidding but he really was not. I will still check them out again when it comes time just because of the selection and price. read more

I will never purchase another vehicle here again. I have had so many service issues I can't even count them all. I brought my vehicle this last time on November 7 to have it looked at for broken stabilizer links. It's covered under warranty with $100 deductible. They had my vehicle for a few days informed me that it would be seven more days before the parts would come in. I picked up the vehicle. And I've now I've waited over 3 weeks to hear back. I decided this morning enough was enough and called the parts store to order stabilizer links to see how long it would take. 20 minutes later I had moog metal ones in hand. I never got a call back!!!! I had to replace them myself. I have been back for service on this jeep on 6 occasions and every time there is an issue. The service director Jim Dan and Derek are great the rest of that dealership is a complete shit show. I will never do business with this circus again. Thanks for nothing !!!
