MASSIVE SCAMMER!!!! I have a commercial building in Puyallup. He quoted me 11K to bring the…read moreexsisting stairs, handrails, and gaurdrails into compliance before the 1st. There was no question of what needed to happen we had a meeting with the building inspector to be clear of the scope. He gave me a written quote for the work and wanted 50% down which I paid him $5510.00 he cashed the check the same day. Then proceeded to give me every excuse in the book for weeks why he couldn't show up, Everything from needing to "pick up materials" (which never materialized) to "the bridge being out " and a fake car accident! I gave him two diffrent oppurtunities to just give me back me money. No harm no foul. He pleaded with me to allow him to get there and do the job. I regrettfully relented and allowed him to try. He then called me on the 31st at 2:45 pm to tell me he can't figure out how to fabricate the stairs and the railing he partially installed is wrong and will have to be torn out. He left the job knowing that I was going to have to have someone fix his incompetence. REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY DEPOSIT BACK, I am forced to collect on his contractors bond to get refunded.
