To find the right company to work with, we spent a good amount of time doing our research. First online, and then after shortlisting a few companies to talk with, we picked NGroupArt to work with. We had spent quite some time speaking with both Mike (project manager) as well as Elnur (architect and designer) to help them understand what we are looking for. Both Mike and Elnur worked very closely with us through the entire design process, which took quite a few iterations both because our design thought process evolved (as we were simultaneously converging on our landscape design, and the gate needed to match), as well as because our requirements and the dimensions of the driveway and the curbside (we are on a curved cul-de-sac) were tricky to make work and there were lots of design decisions that needed to be made. Elnur and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. Rarely have we worked with a team that is so detail oriented, while being very thoughtful in their suggestions and patient through the entire process. And when the results came in! WOW! It was exactly what we had envisioned...only better! Below are some pictures that tell the story better! The quality of his workmanship wasn't so much the issue- but his attention to detail during the templating process. We chose two granite slabs for a large project which involved a 9 foot island and smaller project for another home. One of the slabs had a river of quartz running through the middle and was templated to be the center focal point of the island. When installation day came, we were surprised to find that the island had no quartz running through the center. We couldn't figure out what went wrong. When the second granite countertop was delivered to our daughter's home for install- there it was. The quartz was placed in front of the kitchen sink. This mistake really showed a lack of caring for customer wishes and a template appointment that was a waste of time. Pretty disappointing. Seams weren't that inconspicuous- I've since had other stone projects with smaller seams.

Before moving forward, I asked several reasonable clarification questions about what was included in the quote, such as removal/disposal, templating, fabrication, delivery, plumbing or appliance reconnection, timeline, etc which was unclear in the quote. Instead of answering those questions, Tom responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way, asking whether I had read the estimate or looked at their website, and saying I could call him if I was "serious about doing business" with them. As a customer, I believe it is completely normal to ask detailed questions before hiring a contractor, especially for a home project involving cost, materials, and installation details. The lack of clear answers and the tone of the response made me lose confidence in moving forward with this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect clear communication and respectful customer service.

We decided to use Quartzite and understood there would be a number of challenges ahead, including very tight budget and time constraints. We had several contractors working simultaneously, and inevitably hit budget overruns and time delays. We interviewed and worked with several other major countertop vendors, and not only did their customer service leave much to be desired, but our selected vendor fell through at the last minute because they oversold their material. When we reached out to Evergreen, from the start everything was different. We were dealing directly with the owner, who supported us through the whole process, from slab selection to fitting, installation and everything in between. The quote was highly competitive and market-aware, payment was very straight forward and, though we had minor unforeseen issues, they were completely and masterfully handled. Even after the installation was done, we needed help with an issue that was totally outside his responsibility. In the end, we came out ahead of our remodel schedule, within budget, and with a fantastic kitchen. Truly, cannot recommend it further!

We worked primarily with Steve and Dennis at Rescom on a major railing project for our front patio…read more The project was big and complicated with very few straight lines or level places. Steve came out and bid the project and did initial measurements where he walked me through the entire process and all the challenges we might face. He also provided great feedback about tweaks we could make from our initial idea to make things even better. After he left the site, Rescom set us up with an online portal where we could easily track all progress, make payments, and talk directly to Steve about the project. It was the best all-in-one experience I've had during our entire home renovation this year. Steve continued to be great, helpful, and responsive as we waited for the next steps in the project. When it finally came time for the installation, we had Dennis on site as our one man miracle worker. I couldn't believe how efficient and effective he was as a one man installer. He asked all the right questions out of the gate to make sure his work cutting and adjusting the railings didn't impact our day or that of our neighbors. When I had questions or concerns, he always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and secure in the plan. Now that everything is done and in place, I couldn't be happier! They did crack the sink during installation but Amy give me an excuses that due to cold weather the sink crack, I leave the sink inside of my house and alway warm so this is really ridiculous. I have photos after installation with big crack on sink. Now, Amy ask me to pay the labor $750 + tax + materials to install the new sink. I already paid some mistake that they created before but this issue I won't pay for this ridiculous request again. I am so regret to invest my money here. STAY AWAY from Amy and this company if you don't want to regret like me at the end.
