It is interesting given that he did contact me years ago asking me if there was a way for me to change my review. I told him that the review stands. Again, there were all sorts of quality issues in the metal work and some small cracks in the glass on the table. The issues with the metal work were fixed, though it should never have been delivered in that condition. When I brought up the glass, he simply refused. After spending around $10,000, I would have expected more.

Exor Ironworks repaired and built new railings for a small apartment building. While no service…read morework in cheap in Seattle, I don't think you could find quality work at a lower price. Eddie (owner) was very friendly and considered for each piece if rebuilding or repairing was more cost effective. It took more than a month after signing the contract to start work, which is presumably the result of their good price/performance ratio. The workers Javier and Maria were good at their jobs and produced quality work without me (or Eddie as far as I know) needing to micromanage them.

Pros: Jose and his crew did a great job with communication through out the renovation process. They…read morewere very nice and also provided a lot of good recommendations on how things should look. If you want to get your walls repainted or light fixtures installed, then I would recommend them. Cons: I wouldn't necessarily recommend flooring as we are having issues where the baseboard does not connect to the floor and there are gaps in places. They are suppose to come fix it but communication has been sparse ever since we paid them (back in August) and to me this is disappointing. We also had a huge issue with backsplash and it took several attempts to fix it and I am still not 100% happy with how the backsplash came out but we needed to move-in ASAP and settled for an okay job. Lastly, when going through inspection, I noticed paint was stained on our carpet and brand new counters and it was a pain to remove the paint. Overall, I'm giving 3 stars especially because after several attempts to contact them, they have stopped responding even though they said they would come fix their mistakes with the gaps in the floor. I will update the review if they contact us with an actual date and time to come.

We had a foundation poured for a shop we are building further back on our property, as well as increasing the size of our back patio. The foundation pad was pretty far back from our driveway so that wasn't easy. And the patio extension is absolutely perfect. Matches exactly!! And they did all of this on a 95 degree day. When they left that evening the place was spotless - they even cleaned up any spots they found out in our cul-de-sac! Would HIGHLY recommend this company!

My spouse and I have completed a number of major renovations in multiple homes over the years. We…read morehave employed many contractors from most of the trades. Most have been good, several have been mediocre, and a few have been truly exceptional with regard to the quality of their work, their professionalism, and their pricing. Legacy Concrete, and its owner, Armando, fall into this latter group. We hired Legacy Concrete to replace our very large driveway and a sidewalk in Newcastle, WA. They also enlarged our front porch. We called them for a bid because of the great customer reviews they have received. We have only great things to say about Legacy Concrete. They showed up on time; made the effort to protect our siding, doors and windows; completed the job on time; and were courteous and professional throughout the process. Armando's bid was the lowest we received and included 4000 PSI concrete and rebar. The other quotes were significantly higher, even without rebar! Armando communicated frequently and effectively throughout the process. The project took one day each for demolition, placing the forms and rebar, and concrete pour and finishing. After each day, his crew cleaned the area thoroughly. Armando was present and working on site for most of the project, although his exceptional crew really did not need supervision. All of the men approached the task with great care and all seemed to be perfectionists. Legacy Concrete has my very highest recommendation. You really should talk with them about your project. You will be happy you did.
