I was also surprised to discover that the website printed on the business cards was not functioning properly. As a seller, I expect marketing materials and online resources to be fully operational. My biggest concern was that I did not feel informed throughout the process. Selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions most people will ever make, and I believe sellers deserve clear communication, realistic pricing guidance, timely responses, and proactive marketing.
