I believe in quality work and great customer service and I can HONESTLY say that I received both from this company (Lenny, Alex, etc...). I don't often review unless i feel it necessary (good or bad) but in this case I believe that this company deserves much praise for the kind service and quality work I received and is reflected by other reviews which I agree with. The other quality I enjoyed is that fact that they are a family owned business with generations carrying on what is handed down from their father and others. I have and will continue to refer others and believe that this review will stand as true.

Today's they installed my kitchen cabinet doors and drawer facing that had been completely redone. They look so wonderful! The work is impeccable and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. My pictures don't begin to do these cabinets justice, but hopefully you get the idea.

They constantly delayed the project because of several reasons...like a non-working truck or they didn't have the tools for the job and had to rent them (really?). After a year passed, I was still asking them to come finish the job. Grif said he would, and then never showed up. We never bothered asking these jokers again. Now, the work they did was so bad that we had to pay people more money to fix it. They also got a chuckle out of the craftsmanship.

They no longer perform this work in house and refer this work to outside designers. My experience with the designer I was referred to wasn't the best, but I got what I needed. LCNW was very gracious in working with me to adapt the design from there, to get to the right final solution. The staff was very easy to work with, the cost and schedule very reasonable, and I was very happy with the result. Thank you LCNW! Rob in Maple Valley

I wrote a review on Yelp a few days ago but cannot seem to find it…read more I was disappointed with the job they did as I had used them in the past with complete satisfaction. I'm guessing my review was read as Caesar called and came back to redo the carpet and clean the area they missed due to equipment malfunctioning. This time, they protected the hardwood from a leaking hose, and were able to removed marks on the rug that did not come out the first time. I do not know why there was such a difference but clearly they can do a good and careful job, especially when the boss is involved. They are certainly reasonable price-wise. I may use them in the future. I'm not sure if my original post was taken down. My plan was to edit or add to it with the new experience. Clearly, Caesar stands by his work!
