I hired…read morethem even though they were the most expensive bid because of some of their reviews, their pole in post technique, and because I believed Ron Clayton and his representation that they could do the repair properly. The pictures show the repairs needed and the shockingly bad repairs. I am particularly concerned about the notching of the new support posts, two of which had a depth of about 25% while a third was reduced by what looks like about 50%. I cannot see how the strength of the posts are not severely undermined. The posts are at different heights, the panels appear crooked, and I do not think that the pole in post method promised was used. The fence looks ugly.

When our neighbors expressed interest in having part of their fence done as well, Elijah was happy to meet with them promptly to provide a quote. Andreii was extremely communicative and kept us updated throughout the project. They completed our fence (including our neighbor's portion) in just 2.5 days. His team was super helpful and asked several questions regarding preferences for the construction and factored in a previous issue with the old fence, which had been routed close to a growing tree and started leaning as a result. They came in the rain and finished a pretty long run within the same day, and it looks great! Both neighbors on either side of the fence have asked for contact info to get their fences replaced after seeing the finished work! Alien Fence will be my go-to company for any future work.
