The host at the restaurant welcomed us and we were brought to a table right away. They tried to put us near the front with a rattling air conditioner. In my head I was like, "Really? How am I supposed to have a decent conversation with my fam with that industrial factory noise?!" I seriously wasn't trying to have a janky restaurant experience. Of course I had to mind my manners because I'm just a visitor from a different country. I wasn't about to start something and get myself in trouble.
