Horrible. Non experienced nail techs with major language barriers makong it hard for them to folloe requests.

I have been looking for a long time for a good nail salon in East Cobb. I didn't find it at Romie's. I wish I had checked these reviews cause the other reviews have them rated at 4.9. How's that possible???? Unfortunately, I keep getting these nail techs that don't know the difference between natural nails and fake ones. My first comment was please be gentle. She looked at me like I had 3 heads. Yes, be gentle as I have naturally long nails. She still did what she wanted and now I have groves in my fingernails. They're very visible and now need to wait for my nails to grow out again so they look the way they should. Get it together people! Or get out of the business. #sigh #endrant read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. This is not a ' Karen' post. I have been using this nail salon for 7 years and have voiced my issues for the last 8 months. I tried to be kind and give them chances as to not review their service as trash but here we are... The last 5-6 manicure appointments I had were double booked and I had to wait over 30 minutes. I tried to give my phone number to receive a confirmation text and they either hung up on me or did not send a confirmation. Time is money and paying for childcare an extra 30+ minutes 5 times in a row doesn't work for me. Also, my appointments were rushed and the therefore poor quality. My last pedicure I paid a $12 upgrade and received a 2 minute leg message, no callus remover, no back massage, and the entire appt lasted 28 minutes. He then left me drying in the back room for over 20 minutes while I was waiting for him to come back for the included back massage. So essentially I paid $12 for services I never received. I gave them multiple chances to right things and the service continued to decline. This morning, before posting this, I gave them the courtesy of letting them know. The response was "if you do not like your service and you tell us you do not pay for it". Hmmmm okay well the 5 times I complained equaled $272.85 in services. Where is that money? my first few visits were fine. since becoming a regular customer, treatment has significantly diminished. I seem to get the "trainees". my last visit, I was seated then Eric called the tech away and I sat in the chair for 15 minutes before the new tech arrived. it would not have been so bad if they had filled the tub to soak my feet. after my pedicure was started, my tech was asked to stop to give another customer a massage! the tech that I had cut me and I was told to put my bleeding toe into the soak. This place is amazing! The price point is great, and they use CND gel, my nails always last 4 to 6 weeks. No breaking no chipping and the pedicures are awesome. The vibe is great and I love all the employees. Only nail salon I will go to! Love Diego!! read more

How this place has so many stars on g**gle I have no idea. They must've been asking for reviews to counterbalance the negative feedback but instead they should be working on rectifying their problems. I was a regular for around a year when I developed a horrible nail bed infection. This was the only salon I was going to and they do not autoclave and sanitize. On the surface they look to be clean but obviously do not clean their instruments well. They just dip their instruments in acetone and call it clean. After blistering, swelling, and redness on the nail bed of my finger, it took several doctor visits and rounds of medication before I was diagnosed with herpes whitlow. This was literally Uber the course of months. If you know anything about viral Infections they never truly go away, just into periods of dormancy and activity. So forever I will have to deal with this and so ends my chapter of life with nail salons. I left a review on the popular platform along with pictures and they *never* responded or attempted to make it right. Just be aware if you go here, they are not sanitary. I have been looking for a nail salon in east Cobb for a while and I may have finally found my place. The service is always good and thus far (4 visits) they haven't disappointed. I get regular acrylic nails and they turn out great each time. Hai is normally my mail tech. I only received 2 pedicures - 1 was so so and the other great so I need to give it another shot. The shop is beautiful and they kept a lit of the fixtures from the previous shop. It would be nice if they offered wine or water but outside of that it's a great place to stop. read more

Went in to have my SNS Taken off and the guy didn't know what he was doing. He grinded my perfectly healthy finger nails down to nothing. He completely ruined my nails. They look horrible and are so brittle. I knew I was in trouble when several workers came over to observe. Why on earth would you allow someone to do a job that had no clue what he was doing? I'm hindsight I should have stayed away from this nail salon. With the reviews here I should have known something was wrong. I came in with another set from another salon. When I sat down my nail tech began to make fun of my nails and how bad they looked. Followed up by asking where I went, told me not to go back and he would have to take off my set besides giving me the fill I asked for. I agreed because I wanted to just enjoy my time. Another nail tech hovered over me and kept laughing at my nails with the man doing my nails. He said that my set would be much better. Let me say, I requested someone who could do nail art and the woman assured me he could. Asked for nails somewhere between stiletto but not as sharp because I do hair. I left with round nails. Asked for specific design and he completely blew me off. Asked for cat eye polish and a design in my nails and he said no to doing a design. They only apparently offer one dark cat eye polish so I was kind of forced into getting a black base for my nails which again, I just wanted to enjoy my time. I chose the black with cat eye. I still wanted my design on my nails and he basically refused. He had an issue when I was choosing colors too. The vibe is so crappy here. Of they didn't want to do my nails they should have said no or sent me to another nail tech who would actually be nice and do what I request. After all I did have to pay....you would think if a person is paying that they would get what they want. Whoever did my nails...you should take a break. They are horrible. read more

Was excited to try out a new nail place yesterday but was so disappointed!!!! The message chair was the absolute worst ... you could barely feel the rollers (I tried every adjustment)! They are more expensive than surrounding nail places. The guy doing my nails did a decent job but he popped my toes and I had to ask for my nails to be cut down after the fact. Update: Pretty disappointed to have to write this review but since I wrote the salon's first review when they opened, I need to share my experiences since that time. For several months I've spent hundreds of dollars every two weeks and tipped even the bad employees for my regular dipping powder refill, pedicure and lash refill. I've had some good service and some bad, but I had a pleasant rapport with the people there and tried to stick it out. But, today was the final straw. Today was the third time they clearly messed up my appointment. Yet, they showed zero remorse for the inconvenience. They probably expected me to wait or rush through services or work with a tech different from the person I booked, all of which they've done before. I've put up with it in the past as I knew they had a hard time keeping good staff but I'm fed up at this point. Loyal customers shouldn't be taken advantage of. I work very hard for my money and will not spend it with those who don't respect me as a customer. If you're looking for a long-term salon, this ain't it. read more

I came here since it was recommended to support in Facebook group. The only reason why I'm going to give any stars at all is because the guy who did my toes did a good job. I went in specifically for SNS and once I got soaked off no one started on my nails, instead he started on someone else, I guess assuming she'd be quicker regardless of the fact that I got there first. I don't think I'll be returning since they don't have any clear organization on how to handle customers that come in. read more
