The first two were excellent experiences. This recent fence also looked great at first but we saw serious problems develop including sections that were bowed and sections that disconnected from the posts. They refused to come out to fix the early issues so I figured it was time to give up and get something new. It was only today that I was able to see that our issues were due to shoddy installation. First off, they never removed the old posts but just cut them down. If they encountered difficulty driving a post to the correct depth for stability, they cut the post instead of digging. They also left a fair amount of debris in a stretch of woods behind the house. The new fences was a little less that the GM fence but the price includes digging out the old GM posts and cleaning up the old debris.

He came on Tuesday and I didn't hear from him so I sent him an email and text and finally 4 days later I received a response that he can't do the project because he doesn't have the tools four days before he was suppose to start it. He showed up on time, and his team were all careful to fully cover and clean up all areas of construction.
