I called out of work for my Scheduled service originally planned for a Monday morning. It was then rescheduled to 2pm-3pm. No one ever showed up. I had to contact them to find out that no one was coming that day. They insisted on coming the next day in the morning, even though I told them I was not going to be there. I had my neighbor to assist in the appointment. To my shock, I was told that only 1 worker came out. My neighbor notified me that this worker did not know what he was doing. He was doing very patchy work. My neighbor, who has his own landscaping company and tree service experience had to show the worker what to do with the machinery. My neighbor made him to correct many mistakes when he tried to say he was finished. To make it worse, the worker didn't speak any English, so anything my neighbor said just went on deaf ears. The worker left with lots of the grinding chips in the holes and many portions of under ground roots were missed. I informed the company that they did not complete the requested work. However, the owner notified me that if they come back out, they will charge me an additional $350 for the extra work. I have never been so disgusted with this type of customer service. I would recommend that everyone skip services from this company.
