We agreed on a date he and his crew would be back for the tree removal. They showed up on time and well prepared on the day we scheduled. Initial phone…read morecall went fine, however I told Jared that we wanted a mow every second week and the lawn cut short and yet guys came every week and cut the grass slightly leaving it long. My son refused to practice soccer in it as his foot kept catching in the grass! I called Jared again and asked him to stop by. Said he would after a 9am meeting in our area. By 2pm he still hadn't made it over and I had to run out, got his voice mail and left message. He never returned my call. The third week the guys came I went outside to explain what we wanted. First guy I approached said he didn't speak English. Second man Carlos (I think his name is) was very nice. I explained every 2nd week and short grass. I also walked with him to certain spots as we needed beds weeded and boxwood trimmed back. One area had small amount of poison ivy. Said he would come back to take care of it another day. Without a call or heads up two guys are outside a week and half later. Not Carlos as expected. When I go outside I see they didn't weed they took a hedge trimmer and cut my plants to the soil! Purple cone flowers. Shasta daisies. Spirea. Catnip. All gone!! My flowering butterfly bush cut back to about a foot and half!! I was left with dirt. Tall ornamental grasses cut down to the ground level and the kicker poison Ivy still there! Horrified I asked what they were doing and was told by both men "I don't speak English"! How does a professional business send men who don't speak the language to a home with the Mom and kids home alone as dad is working? I homeschool. With no means to communicate and late for an appt. I called Jared's phone, he answers and when I start speaking his phone disconnects (this has happened so much my husband has taken over trying to connect with him as he is appalled by the lack of professionalism and the lack of care by sending strange men to our home who can't speak English) I call again and a lady answers. I tell her what happened and that Jared needs to call these guys fast before they destroy the landscaping. I tell her to send him over there to see what they've done. They can't understand me as they don't speak English. Clearly these men are not landscapers and by the state of my bushes when I got back they don't know what trim means. Jared never showed up. Never called. Didn't return my phone calls. The guys left big weeds in beds. It sure what is going on here. Finally my husband called Jared 4 days later. Yup left message. 2 days later Jared leaves me a voice mail. 1 day later shows up here I'm unavailable at that point, my 20 yr old son Speaks with Jared. Jared still has not returned my husbands phone call. I would not recommend this company for service. I didn't feel safe having men on my property who don't speak English as I have no way to communicate with them, when they clearly had no idea what they where doing.
