After shopping at the nearby Burlington and TJMaxx we saw, I Can Only Imagine 2...I loved it! I loved the entire experience! This theater has plenty of parking. The inside is very clean and it was really easy to check in and get a ticket. There were no people to assist with getting a ticket but my friend had no problem using the computers that are up front and inside the building. I much prefer human interaction but then again I'm 65 years old and remember a simpler time. The snacks were very good and I loved that we could refill our drinks and popcorn, we had no need to do so but it was a nice option. Our lone human employee behind the counter was professional and pleasant. The snack area was clean and all the drink machines functioned properly. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of room inside. The inside of the actual movie theater was very clean and the chairs were in excellent condition. The screen was large and the sound was just right. I thought it was very thoughtful that there was an option to purchase a little blanket to keep you warm. I did not purchase one but there was a display right by the concession area. Decent movie we saw but overall I really enjoyed the experience.

We stood in the a-list line for awhile and were completely ignored as they took other customers. After complied we were waited on. Many of the ice machines weren't working (it was a hotter day) and the butter was out of stock. The butter area was a bit messy with popcorn, but I've seen worse on weekends. The server was nice despite our initial attitude after being ignored. This location could use to move the premier line so it's visible, in case that was the problem.

Pepsi products (thumbs down from me -sorry but Ick.) Comfy seats that do not require reservations. They also offer DVD rentals. Show times are limited but the theater we were in didn't get overly packed. Should also mention, the staff was polite and friendly. It's such a shame more people aren't filling the seats at this place. Dinner and a movie date night used to be such a nice thing to do. It would be cool if they offered an afternoon matinee and maybe a weekend showing of some cult classic at a discount from the usual price. Who doesn't enjoy taking in something like that every now and then. The Lost Boys, The Birds, Psycho, Rocky Horror Picture Show, The Window, Ghost Busters, and such.

This movie theater has gone through a lot of changes in the past ten years. They do not have the…read morespec for a full recliner experience, however they did upgrade at least 1 row in their smaller theaters and 2 rows in each of their bigger theaters to have recliners. The recliners are comfy, cozy, and have a good view of the screen. The staff keeps the premises and auditoriums very clean, despite how busy it gets. This movie theater is prone to bouts of understaffing, which is when you get a messier premises, but they are on top of things regularly which I appreciate. My biggest problem is with how expensive this theater has gotten. Charging almost $10 for a drink, and then charging almost the same price for a popcorn, is a bit outrageous. It used to be that you could get a large combo for $9.25, and they did away with the medium size entirely. It also used to have a nice and spacious concession stand/ ticket counter, which is now cluttered/ crowded with stanchions and candy/ merchandise that nobody buys. I also do miss when seasonings were included at the butter stations. That may be the fault of the company as a whole, but it is sorely missed. Their new IMAX area is quite lovely. Definitely feels like a VIP experience walking in and through it.

If patrons want butter and/or salt, must go to the front and get it which can be challenging for those with mobility issues. Plenty of parking including handicapped spaces. Barrier free restrooms are clean and at both ends of the theatre. There's also a bar area. Enjoyed the film although sound quality wasn't the best. There was an issue with lights before and afterward. Overall, it was a great evening!

The building was open so we could line up early. The theater team were very nice about that. I like the Emagine movie theater chain and appreciate that they went to all recliner seating. Some also have heat, which is needed because they keep their theaters very cool. We viewed the film in their big EMAX theater - it's a great viewing and listening experience. My only beef with Emagine is that their concession teams don't always fill your popcorn bucket. Not to get all Falling Down on folks (keeping to the theater theme) but it would be nice to be served what is advertised. ‍ Alas, I'll be back. I like the location and especially the movie going experience at Emagine.
