During my time with the company (two mainstage productions and one cabaret over about a year and a half), I saw a clear divide between the quality of the performances and the care for the people creating them. After I reported a more serious recent incident to members of leadership, it was deflected and ultimately ignored. In a follow-up call with a board member, he emphasized that their priority was "getting shows on stage," not addressing what happens between cast members offstage. That response made it clear that actor/performer safety and accountability are not treated as part of their responsibilities. From the outside, the organization looks polished and community-oriented. Inside, it lacks consistent, transparent leadership when harm occurs, and more troublingly, behind the curtain in rehearsals and offstage. The company prioritizes polished productions and familiar faces over genuine community. Long-standing contributors, especially skilled musicians or directors who have been around for years - also seem to operate without accountability. When serious issues arise, leadership's focus stays on keeping shows running and maintaining optics, not on addressing harm. This makes it difficult for newer members like myself to feel safe or valued. Connections at this theater stay surface-level because the culture doesn't encourage honesty or care beyond the stage. The theater's attention to sets, ticket sales, and production value is clear, but that same energy is rarely shown for the well-being of the people creating the work. New or prospective members/actors should be mindful of this culture and take care to understand how leadership handles concerns before committing their time energy, and talents here.

This place puts on a professional production, and the theater itself is so comfortable. There's lots of legroom and there aren't any blind spots really. If I had any criticism to give it would be not for the play, but for the concession and the 50/50 tickets. They need to post larger signs so you understand, or definitely have people tending who are bolder individuals.

The people in the office are very nice and helpful through the process of choosing your professionals for your wedding day, making payments, pre-wedding planning, post-wedding music selections... they were great on everything! We hired 2 wedding photgraphers and a videographer. They arrived at the location for pre-wedding pictures on time (actually they were early). They gave us very good direction during the photo/video session. In the house we were getting ready they even moved stuff around to make sure we would have great pictures. On the phone conversation with Ilze, our main photographer, I explained to her the big problem I have about having my eyes closed in most pictures. She listened and made sure to check that she had good shots with my eyes open. She was also very efficient through formal family and romantic pictures to make sure we could have the pictures done within our short time frame ( a bit over 1 hour). She was very friendly and the pictures turned out amazing!! Tracy, our second photographer, also did an amazing job! She took great shots of the guys before the cerimony. I also loved how well she captured the details of the decoration in the reception venue.. the centerpieces, the guest book, the cake, the gift table... all the details we spend so much time planning but we barely get to enjoy during the wedding and now we can remember them forever through her pictures. Patruck was our videographer, he was also very nice, from the phone conversation till the end of the wedding. We still didn't receive our wedding video, but i am 100% sure it will be amazing just like everything that Mike Staff have done.

When we brought our inexpensive piece in, we were met with disgust and condescension by one of the employees. After bringing up the less than stellar customer service moment with management, they were quite nice and apologetic. Their response was great because we did spend over $1,000 to have our, I guess, substandard artwork-at least in the eyes of their "curator"- stretched to hang in our home. Our next experience was nothing but positive, another vintage, oversized piece, treated beautifully and delivered to our home. The quality of work and convenience of the delivery option is fabulous.

The first night we got here and we put on our swimsuits excited to go take a dip. Unfortunately, it was closed. We were a little upset, but I guess this is a normal every week occurrence for them for maintenance. The concierge said it would be up and running again in the morning. I'm not sure why a hotel would choose a weekend to do maintenance and not a Tuesday... But there we were. Monday comes and he goes back and the Pool is still out of order. Upsetting to say the least.v before he left afternoon, it was still closed. The night we got here but supposed to be open at five. We go down to grab a drink and the bars closed. Needless to say we left. We came back late that night about 1030. I wanted to get a water as I'm a Hilton Honors member, but there was no one at the desk. We waited. We waited again. There was literally no one there so we ended up grabbing a water. I'm not even sure if I was supposed to pay for it, but there was no one there. The following morning, the hubs and I go downstairs to get breakfast. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, however, 90% of the tables were absolutely disgusting. Someone bust them, but no one had washed them. Embassy suites have a lot of greenery and indoor spaces that make you feel like you're outdoors in a park. This embassy suites does not have that same park like vibe. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. Outside of that do not expect a lot of perks or frills. It's not a bad hotel by any means, it's just very dated without enough staff support.
