I'm literally giving it three stars because of the housekeeping and breakfast. Most places don't do daily housekeeping services. This place is the exception to the rule. The first night we got here and we put on our swimsuits excited to go take a dip. Unfortunately, it was closed. We were a little upset, but I guess this is a normal every week occurrence for them for maintenance. The concierge said it would be up and running again in the morning. I'm not sure why a hotel would choose a weekend to do maintenance and not a Tuesday... But there we were. Monday comes and he goes back and the Pool is still out of order. Upsetting to say the least.v before he left afternoon, it was still closed. The night we got here but supposed to be open at five. We go down to grab a drink and the bars closed. Needless to say we left. We came back late that night about 1030. I wanted to get a water as I'm a Hilton Honors member, but there was no one at the desk. We waited. We waited again. There was literally no one there so we ended up grabbing a water. I'm not even sure if I was supposed to pay for it, but there was no one there. The following morning, the hubs and I go downstairs to get breakfast. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, however, 90% of the tables were absolutely disgusting. Someone bust them, but no one had washed them. Embassy suites have a lot of greenery and indoor spaces that make you feel like you're outdoors in a park. This embassy suites does not have that same park like vibe. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. Outside of that do not expect a lot of perks or frills. It's not a bad hotel by any means, it's just very dated without enough staff support. read more

This place was amazing, clean, large spacious rooms with a mini kitchen. Pool area is nice, however no hot tub which isn't a problem for me but maybe others. Great staff, large breakfast buffet with omelette station. Nice bar area & gym too!! Overall great stay! read more

This is DIRTY!!!!!! Checked into one room with pee in the toilet the next room had another guest toiletries in the shower and the floors were sticky and nasty in the room. Decided to go to the gym and it was so broken and dirty that I just left!!!! Traveling for work and my company booked me here, never again Hilton! What's next? Bedbugs ??? read more

Stayed here thanks to getting a good rate on Hotwire. Hotel is a little dated, but currently under construction to remedy that. Room and common areas were all clean. Located in a business park, not a ton of places nearby, but is close to the exit to I-75, so very easily accessible. The typical Embassy Suites breakfast has been pared down to a to-go box with a bagel, danish, and yogurt due to COVID, which is a little behind the grab and go offerings at some hotels. I would have appreciated something with a little more protein. read more

Wow needs an update badly! And better cleaning staff! Elevators are so in need of cleaning; glass and brass. Rugs are coming up, nails exposed and look dirty. Our bathroom was not up to standard for an Embassy Suites. Front desk staff very cordial, shuttle service very good and bar staff quick on the pour. But cleaning staff? Not good! read more

Very disappointed with this hotel. Reserved a block of rooms for my daughters wedding 2 years in advance. When the day came, some rooms were separated on different floors, some reservations were lost, and most guests couldn't check in before 4 and had to go straight to wedding. The hotel was entirely booked because of a children's hockey tournament in town. Big mistake. No supervision, garbage everywhere, children running screaming throughout hotel and riding elevators like an amusement park. The hotel promised us the bar would stay open late for our guest who haven't seen each other in years and wanted a night cap but instead were kicked out at 10:30pm because the employees have had enough of the unruliness of the hockey guests. The only positive were the rooms were well appointed and clean. read more

Bad service since I've been here, and fir the amount of money you spend it's not worth it!

Our company had their Christmas party here in November! To say it was fun is an understatement. It was a BLAST! The actors and actresses are fantastic, entertaining and just down right fun! The food was good the room was very nice. It is a great time. I highly recommend trying this out or coming back for more! read more

What was supposed to be a weekend getaway for me and my partner, turned into a horrible experience. We came to this location about 2 years ago and everything went well, but, 2 years feels like a lifetime with the amount of issues we had this time. Once we checked in and unpacked, we noticed our room was handicapped accessible, our room phone didn't work, we didn't have a clock, and one of the lamps in the room didn't work. So, we go to the front desk and let them know our issues and they tell us if they get us another room there is a great chance the phone won't work in that room either. So at this point we are stuck with this room. They send someone to try to fix the lamp but they tell us, they can't replace or fix the phone. The lamp is eventually fixed (at the expense of a broken outlet cover) and we try relax after the numerous inconveniences, then we realize, the towels we asked for at the front desk never came, so we use our cell phones to call the hotel with the number the front desk manager gave us and no one answers. 2 hours later the towels come. The next day we went back to the front desk and asked to be accommodated for the multiple inconveniences and their solution is Hilton Honors points worth $25. At this point, we are very frustrated and asking for the general manager but they are not available. We ask to get the right number and the manager gives us the same exact number that was given the previous night. It took one of the other front desk workers to call the number on the card given to us, to realize we were given the wrong number. We decide to carry on the rest of the day and speak to the general manager on Monday, since we were told that this was the day that they would be available at the hotel. It's been over a week, we've called back 3 more times and the general manager has not returned our calls or messages. We noticed other things too that we will be reporting as well. It also looks like there are people within the company making fake positive reviews on this site. Seems like one positive review is made for every bad one and the bad reviews all share bad experiences with their rooms or the staff. I will be posting this review on every review site possible to prevent others from sharing the same horrible experience that we did. DO NOT book at this hotel, you will regret it! read more

This place is horrible. Do not ever come here. This place looks very nice and majestic but the employees and manager are the exact opposite of that. The manager of this hotel would not let us leave our rooms and if we did anything more than walk .1 mph he would threaten to kick us out. If you are going to come here I advise you not to. room was fine and clean. good room service. front staff was extremely passive aggressive when it came to complaints about the pool. Over 40 people were in the pool room and about 30 in the pool itself. Capacity for the pool is 40 people which is 80% from the normal capacity for COVID. Disgustingly crowded and extremely uncomfortable to enjoy during the middle of a pandemic. Front desk staff was pretty rude about us asking to switch time slots or even if there was a time with less people. "well at 8 or 9 there will be even MORE people" is what we were told. No one was regulating the time slots or if guests were in there that shouldn't have been. Manager peaked his head in-didn't do a head count- and left. We talked to multiple other guests who were also unhappy as well. Don't expect good customer service from the front desk or managers, however the rest of the staff was amazing and left our room very clean. read more
