I always get a popcorn bucket with the free refill, and when it's time for that refill, I simply walk up to the counter and they take care of it. This time, I was told I had to go all the way back to the end of the line. The line was long--easily a 15-20 minute wait. That left me with two choices: miss a big chunk of my movie or go back to my seat without popcorn. I chose the latter. If this is a new policy, it really doesn't make sense. A dedicated spot for refills would solve the issue and keep the experience consistent with what longtime customers expect.

They give you a basket with 4 slices of bread and butter. There are two slices per sandwich bag. Like a fold over sandwich bag. So two bags, 4 slices. If you want more bread there is a charge for an extra basket. When we got up to leave the table, we had one bag left of bread. The person cleaning the table picked up the basket and moved it to where the other baskets of bread were. This was gross. We could have touched that bread in the sandwich bag, it is so unsanitary. Restaurants are suppose to throw out bread if the customers did not use it. What if the person before you licked it and put it back in the sandwich bag.. YUCK! I am home now taking a Pepcid.
