Juan Casillas woke me up late at night and demanded my financial information and money for bail for my son. When questioned about this late night phone call and the demanding money from me, he immediately began berating me by saying "don't you love your son?" He repeated that question over and over then said he would make sure to tell my son that "Your dad doesn't love you!". This person then called me "rude" several times then said I was "Fu*king" rude". I demanded to know his Bond Number as Im going to file a complaint on him. After several demands for his bond number he refused to answer, said he wasn't going to tell me his bond number, remember he called me, and called me names then hung up on me. I'd say he was the "RUDE" person and probably broke the law that governs bail bonds. If this is an actual bondsman his Bond number is BA-34-9471 and yes, a complaint will be filed with the Department of Insurance. read more

He was the only one there when I needed help most, and he handled business in minutes to get me out when it was only worth $100 to him on his end. And then he even gave me a ride to my apartment and made sure I was back on my feet! For $100?! To this day I still think about how much more I owe him, but Juan doesn't care about the money. I know he does this work because of stories like me, or I'm guessing way worse...for helping out that person at the other end of the call who needs it most. I had to write a review, for the man that helped me during a very unfortunate time , about 6 months ago.Juan at Romeli Bail Bonds was soothing to talk to while I was upset and feeling at my lowest, his voice was just comforting. He treated me with dignity and respect even when I felt that I didn't deserve it. He really put in the work and called practically everyone I could think of until we found someone to help me bail out of jail after what would be my last bender. He was human and real and very kind to me. He was willing to work with me every step of the way. He would check on me before and after court dates , and be encouraging to me and my new found sobriety. I felt supported and taken care of. I can't say enough about how awesome Eric from Romelli is. I called very late last night in a panic. My disabled and mentally ill son who just turned 18 a month ago ended up in jail after having a mental health crisis.
