She told us to let her know if we had any questions or needed to find something. The customer service from her was exceptional! I always enjoy coming to this location because they don't judge based on skin color, age (as long as you are over 18), sexual orientation, looks, gender, any of that. Many Yelpers were rattled that I checked in here with my mother the other day. To each his own, but my mother and I are both mature adults that happen to be be friends. I discovered this small shop while visiting Oceanside. My mother and I were going to a UYE for spring break and happened to notice this cute store. What caught my attention was the front window of the store. It was well decorated and there was a sexy outfit displayed in the window. I was intrigued and dragged my mother in the store with me. Everything in the store was presented properly and it did not feel trashy or scary like some places. Waited for almost an hour and even popped by later and the 30 minute break sign was STILL up. Not sure how well they manage their employees, but leaving the door locked and not answering phones is not the way to get business. I walked in and asked if there were dressing rooms as the fishnet stockings that caught my eye looked possibly too long as I have rather stubby legs. The young African American cashier shook his head and didn't even bother giving me a vocal answer. Already feeling discouraged at this point I made my way out to leave when I spotted what to my knowledge were cleaners or "poppers". For a tiny little place it isn't bad. Since it is so small the selection is limited and you might not be able to find what you want if you are looking for something specific. If you just have a basic need or aren't super picky you should be able to make do with the choices they have. They have all the basics. They do not have a changing room but they do have a nice little selection of lingerie. The service is pretty good and are helpful with answering questions. I came back 40 minutes later and there was a sign up that they would be back at 10:30pm. 10:45 came around and there was a line right outside the door waiting for someone to open. The items in store are decent, the "management" is horrible. Went in and the assistant manager was a total asshole the whole time, to the point that myself and the two other girls I was with decided to leave. Ive been in there a couple of times. They do not do refunds or exchanges, there is no dressing room to try on lingerie, the neon that is in front of the store is broken, the whole place is way too crowded, not to mention I came in looking for something and there was a girl named mrs. Rita in there and she was by far the rudest person in there she had asked me if I had came in alot and started talking to me non stop and besides the fact she called me old she was really rude and invasive I came in seeing if the normal employees worked there because I am more comfortable with asking one of them and she said that there was no one i knew in there as well as, she told me that I was not going to buy anything then I should leave. WOMEN: do NOT come here alone. EVER! I had a very uncomfortable and creepy experience here. Came here to get a few quick things and to get out fast. Not a great selection, but there was some stuff. Not the best, not a lot of toys that were in my price range. The man working approached me and begun sharing extremely personal details about his sex life and his fetishes. It was extremely unprovoked and out of the blue. Creeped me out a ton, every item I chose he would tell me why it wasn't great, then choose the more expensive version and put it behind the counter to hold it there for me. I felt like I had no say in the matter, he made us stand outside with him two times to listen to him while he smoked cigarettes. Wouldn't let us buy our things and leave before he continued to ask us to step outside with him. He then kept pushing for answers about our sex lives. He kept trying to teach us about our bodies and about the bdsm culture although we showed no interest in it. As an employee, they should be knowledgeable but not pushy and he crossed many lines. As a young women, I was extremely uncomfortable and also felt targeted. The man asked to take pictures of us and get our phone numbers: we gave fake numbers and he continued calling the phone and became very annoyed realizing we were putting in fake numbers. finally we put in a real number and he insisted he took a picture for the contact name. We were kept in the store for three hours because every time we tried to check out and leave he brought up more things to show us even after we politely declined.
