Lots of women hate bra shopping and I'm the same way. I've never had professional bra fitting. I went there to get nursing bra because they say it's important to have proper fitting one. I absolutely loved the experience! The girl who was helping me was very knowledgeable. She did pretty much all the work and very fast. I bought 3 bras she brought to try, they fit perfectly. Definitely coming back after I finish nursing. read more

During these trying times, it has been increasingly difficult to find excellent quality and service at a reasonable price for women's under garments. All too often we have businesses that don't stand behind their products. I am very pleased with the products I've purchased and the customer service I've received. I have never felt so comfortable with a bra purchase before. I usually hate shopping for bras, and I felt like I was important and welcome here. I believe it was the owner who was helping me out, and she made me feel good about myself as well as she was incredibly knowledgable about bras. I have been wearing wrong sizes forever. Another great thing was she kept in mind what my budget was, and wasn't showing me bras that were out of my price range. Excellent excellent service and experience!! read more

Wondering if this store has changed owners since the previous reviews. My experience was not as good. The store carries a lot of selection and has plenty of friendly staff to help you. I can appreciate the high prices and return policy on bras, undergarments and bathing suits. It makes sense. Dresses, beach cover ups, pajamas, flip flops, etc. all overpriced in my opinion. Purchased a summer dress/cover up and asked at the checkout what the return policy was. Owner or supervisor was at the counter and asked me "why?". Not sure if I will ever return to shop at Romantic Notions. There are other places to shop. I may have to drive to Edmonton or St. Albert but after the "why?" response it will be worth it. read more

I thought it was a clever and unique IG contest. I won a couple of mugs, a decorative garland and a $50 gift card. I came to the store to claim my prize. The store is gorgeous! The displays are very attractive and the merchandise are high quality. I could've spent way more time perusing if my husband and baby weren't waiting outside in the car. I loved their women's clothing and home decor. They also had cute baby stuff which I ended up buying with my gift card. Overall I had an amazing experience here. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Krystal and her sister Karissa. They were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much for the generous giveaway prize!
