Not only did the employee NOT apologise, she defended the statement stating that they have "unscheduled" lunch breaks. Please avoid this business at all costs. Best retribution is just take your business elsewhere. It is obvious by their actions that they do not care about their customers.

'love shop' lotions. After finding the item I needed to go with a gown (lower cut, smooth) I wanted something for day-to-day wear with good support. I was sent out into the shop to shuffle through the racks to find things in my size. It's not my favourite way of doing things, and I can get disappointed when I see something I like, but it's not in my size. I ended up trying on 4 bras that 'met' my criteia (support & light coloured) so I didn't really think that was a great selection. In the end, I purchased the ol' stand by that I tend to pick up every now and again. The price was comparable to what I've paid at other boutiques in the past. Unfortunately, that other store has since closed and I finally needed to look for a new store. I chose Princess Lingerie because it's in Riverbend, which is close to where I live. It's a great location because it's easy to get to, lots of parking, and not a crazy mall or downtown store. The day I went to the store to try on bras, there was only one representative on duty. She was very nice and helpful, but I did have to wait about 10 minutes for her to finish with a previous client. One customer rep seems like not enough in that type of store since every customer needs personal attention. But other than the waiting, my experience was wonderful. I found 4 bras I liked and definitely spent way too much money!

I believe if a business professes to be an expert in their line of work, (the prices she charges indicate that), the end result should reflect this. Her's did not! But they did have everything I was looking for such as peppers, tomatoes, cheese and then also more things that I wasn't looking for but thought would be fun to get! Who wouldn't want The Keg Cajun spice for $2 or mozzarella and marinara flavoured Ruffle chips? The food section was the only one I shopped in and it wasn't crazy busy for a Friday after work time. Things organized and aisles clean. Paying for groceries was quick and easy and I brought my own bags which the cashier bagged while I paid. That was great service. The security guard didn't check my bags on the way out but he was too busy chatting it up with a customer that entered. The McDonalds was busier than the cash lines so maybe that's where the all the fun was!
